My husband got a call today after ordering tires yesterday. They said the tires were in and they had a 3:15pm appointment. He made the appointment and got there around 3:10ish. They told him it would take an 1hr or 1hr 15mins. He went to walk around, and after 4:10 he walked back to still see the car was still sitting in the same spot with the blue cone. He went inside and sat for another 1hr. The guy came out 2 different times stating it was gonna be 20 mins the first time and was another 30 plus minutes later, then said it would be 10 mins but was another 20 plus minutes after that. It took around 3hrs from his appointment time to get it done. If your gonna make us make an appointment then the appointment and the time it takes should be upheld. If it does take past the time then compensate the customer for waiting the time they did. If he was told it would take 3hrs he would have been fine with it but you said it would take 1hr and 15mins. He wanted another 1 and 45mins extra.

Was told it would be less than an hour to plug a slow leak in my tire. Here I am 3 hours later and they haven't even taken my car into the bay. Woman at the desk was less than helpful telling every single upset person that she doesn't have any idea how long it will be. Upon speaking with the GM, he didn't offer any restitution whatsoever for my wasted time and cut me off to day he isn't doing anything and all he can say is sorry. Don't waste your time here like I and the 3 other people I saw cancel their order and take their keys before they were serviced even though they had appointments.

Huge shout out to Xavier and Sean who helped me get tires after getting my car towed to the center at 8:20 PM just 10 minutes before they closed. I got a flat tire on the highway around 6:00 PM and called Sean letting him know I would have my car towed there. I was stressed about getting my vehicle there before close, I managed to catch Sean who checked the tread on my tires. Xavier assisted with purchasing the tires and setting me up for an appointment the next morning. I am so grateful to the both of them for making a not so great evening better!

Great prices - terrible service. Appointments are pointless and lines are long. If you can afford to buy elsewhere - you should. You might be treated by people that care.

I will continue to choose Costco’s tire center for one reason— Theo. He has been my go-to for YEARS for all of my vehicles from my Fords to my Porsche. I cannot recommend him enough, someone give this man a raise!

I would give 0 stars to this place. I came in to get my set of tires that I ordered installed and they told me it would be about an hour for them to install them. Long story short 4 hours later I came back because I hadn’t been contacted about the service being finished and my car had been sitting for 3 1/2 hours! I asked the man at the desk why hadn’t I been contacted and he told me that their texting messaging service is iffy and that they sent a text. That is completely unacceptable that I wasn’t given the courtesy of a phone call which would assure that I was notified that my car was finished being serviced. I had prior engagements that I missed and completely lost my whole day. Avoid this location at all costs!

The technicians misplaced my tires within their inventory and by the time they found them it took them 2.5 more hours to put on 4 tires after quoting me 45 minutes. Ridiculous! And they broke my key without offering to replace it!

Easy to book, but downhill from there. Took 1.5 longer than I was told for a simple tire rotation (and would have taken longer if I hadn’t called). No one at the counter for 10 mins when I arrived for pick up. I still love Costco, but this is the worst Costco Tire I’ve been to and I’ll definitely go to another location next time. One bright spot was a great tech who was helpful getting me my keys and truck at the very end.

I previously had a positive experience with Costco tires, having bought four new ones for my truck at this location in 2019. Needing new tires again, I returned on a Saturday and purchased four new Bridgestones. I confirmed that they would reattach my spare tire under the truck, and they scheduled me for a 5 PM appointment the next day. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that they close at 6 PM and they were unsure if they could complete the installation before closing. This was confusing since I had already paid for the service and was given this appointment time. They then assured me it would be done and confirmed again they would reattach the spare tire. At 6 PM, they called to say my truck was ready. The new tires looked good, and I drove off. However, a mile away, I stopped for gas and noticed they had not reattached the spare tire as promised. Additionally, the truck began shaking violently on the interstate, indicating that the tires were not balanced. I had to slow down to below 40 because the vibrating was so bad. I called back, and they scheduled another appointment for two days later. When I returned, the paperwork indicated "balance warranty," which seemed odd since their failure to balance the tires wasn't a warranty issue but an oversight. I asked why this happened, and the associate had no explanation and said they hoped nothing was wrong with the tires. There was no apology, no discount, nothing. For $1200, this is not the service I expected. I will not return to this location and am now skeptical about using Costco for tires again. After this, I will stick to Costco for groceries and clothes. Very disappointing…

Spent $580 on two new tires today because of a nail in one. Pulled out of the lot to discover they had put the same flat tire BACK ON my vehicle, and let me drive off in a defective vehicle. Not one apology and barely acknowledged there was any problem.

Had to rebalance my tires twice in one week because the weights were thrown off. Brought my car in Monday and it’s still not fixed 6 days later. When you call, you’re either put on hold for an excessive amount of time, or they don’t pick up. This was my 3rd call today and I do not know when my car will be ready. Hire more people, retrain your team, and fix my tires.

Total ripoff. Took my car because one of the tpms sensors went bad, I replaced the other 3 a couple months ago. I had to wait 2 hours for them to tell me that I need to change all 4 costing $240. I took my car without doing it and went to Walmart and they just changed the bad one for $30.

I asked them 2x to keep my 2 nice tires. They put a dry rotted tire on the spare and in the back of my truck. No 2nd tire.. The same salesman I told I wanted to keep the best 2 tires acted like the dry rotted tire was my good tire. After I told him the tire looked like "shirt" his memory was jogged. I walked with him to the tire bay and told him "That's poor quality work. It should have never happened. No body listened to what I asked for." However, the manager listened and made sure it was right before I left. I hope this shop wasn't trying to take advantage of a woman and her 22 year old truck.

I called 3 times to try and make an appointment. Twice I got sent to voicemail, and the third time someone picked up and immediately hung up. I've been here before to get a new tire and the technicians were very dismissive and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Very disappointing service for someone who is an avid Costco member. This is the one Costco department that I never have luck with.

The wait time for a tire rotation is horrendous. The free lifetime rotation was a selling point I highly considered when purchasing the tires. I will pay for a rotation somewhere else before waiting again.

I went in to have a tire patched. I was first told there was one nail and that they’d repair it for $11. An hour later, they said that there were 2 nails and that the tire had to be replaced. I later took my car to the Lexus dealership who confirmed there was only mail and it was easily repaired. It is sad that they tried to rip me off. I will never visit this shop again, and I will tell everyone I know of the dishonest service they provided.

I've had my costco tires for several years now. I moved to this area recently and was happy to know that there was a tire center near me. Unfortunately this service is on another level of bad. At my old costco, rotations took about 1-2 hours, sometimes less. A puncture repair would be done within an hour. My most recent puncture repair here took 6 and a half hours. While I was dropping my car off, the phone at the front was ringing non-stop, so calling is pretty useless it seems. I'm taking my car to another tire center for my rotations/punctures from now on.

My tire center purchase experience was disappointing. They had to order my tire from TN. It took four more days to get here than was promised. I had to call several times to check on arrival. I was told they'd call me. Noone did. The tire sensor continues to show. When I took it back, I was told they couldn't help me today. The tech was very nonchalant. Never again! I'm done with Costco tire center, and will ensure friends and family know to not buy here.

Horrible service. Left truck @ Costco to replace tires and got a call that technician stripped my Lug Nuts on my truck. Safed on tires but cost me on Lug Nuts. I will never used Cumberland Location again.

Technician here should be further trained. Purchase a new set of 4 tires online and installed at this place. Not in a good balance and returned after a couple days. Rebalanced but my car still vibrated after 60 mph. Meanwhile my tires were inflated to 40 with 35 recommended on door. Not believe in this location any more so went to the Sandy Springs Costco. Told them it was the 3rd time trying to balance the tires. They assigned a lead to me. Finally my car was okay.

They got the job done so that's two stars. The wait time is long though; even when you have an appt. Luckily the mall is nextdoor to kill time. Buy black soil brother gnomes on Ebay and Amazon.

Why can’t they have someone work the counter like the one inside the warehouse? Every time I come in here no one is around to help. I literally have to open and close the door so they could hear the door chime. Average time wait usually 10 minutes before anyone comes to the counter to help. Costco really needs to step up with the service at tires center.

Customer service is terrible. I went there because I had a flat tire. After 1 hour wait they told me that they can't fix the tire and they can't replace it either because they don't have it on place. They offered me to order it which should take 3-5 business days. I refused it, but they call me back after couple days saying that my 1 Tire arrived and they can change it now. I was really surprised that they did order without my permission and they order just one tire. When I call them back asking if they received any tires for me they told me that don't take orders if no payment was made. I don't know what is going on on this shop but it's a full mess.

Made an appointment to have 4 tires replaced, done within 1.5 hrs on a busy/rainy day. If you have a special request make sure they make a note because they stay busy. Will be back for all my future tire needs!

Prices are good but service is terrible. Service at the desk is slow and when they finish with your car they do not call you to let you know it's finished like they say they will. This is the second time I've experienced this at this location. it makes for a frustrating day when you're waiting on your car to be finished. In the future I will likely go back to discount tire as the prices are similar but the service is much better.

Terrible experience. Bought and paid for tires. Waited for them and scheduled my appointment. I show up and they say they won't install them. Huge headache for no reason. There reason was garbage because I took the car right down the road and got tires. Had to return the ones at Costco. But you gotta call and waste more time on the phone they won't do it in store. Manager needs to be put under review. I asked to talk to the Costco manager and he refused my request. Very unprofessional. Even costco customer service was blown away by how bad it was.

Prices are good but service is very poor. Yes free flat repair and free rotation but if it’s always a 4 hour wait is it worth it? Free air too but they always seem annoyed when you pull up for it. I got air yesterday and they would not even take the time to tell me which tire was low (pressure check) without an appointment.
