Had to come last minute because of a damaged tire. They did great and were very nice. Devon at the front desk was really helpful and willing to help to fix my tire issue. Thank you so much :) !

Good value but the service is absolutely horrendous and abysmal, and/or good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Need new management or more employees ASAP. Bought here and brought to Matthew’s location to have them do the install.

I was going to use them for replacing all four tires but after 15 minutes there was still no one at the front desk, so I left… could have gotten my business if they did the bare minimum

If you want to wait for 4-5 hours for someone to check the nail in your tire, this is your place! Complimentary gaslighting is included! Please save yourself a headache and go to Discount tire. Nothing is worth getting your tires done here.

Don't expect good customer service. I had a screw in my tire and my tire was flat. I asked if they could squeeze me in a patch my tire and they told me they're appointments were full and I would have to come back another day. They were rude and made zero effort to help me. I love costco, but the tire center needs to do better.

I had an appointment booked for 1pm after I got there I went inside to get some things and I came back after about 1 hour and asked the status of my car and they didn’t even start it. A waste of my time.Terrible time management, get it together. It was clear nobody knew what they were doing. smh

It is the worst Costco😡 They took for ever and so not worth it!! It took so much of my time b/c it’s been 2 hrs and 40mins to just fix a flat tire and I am still waiting!?!?!? And the people don’t want to work on my car. I tried to get occupied and went to do groceries and still nothing and Greg told me that I have to wait till they close Costco.

Use to be awesome. The service is getting pretty bad. Still a good value just be prepared do deal with incompetence. Update: messed up the new tire and my rim. That was my last visit. Horrible employees one star

I wish I’d read reviews before buying 1k of new tires here. I made my appointment weeks ago. I have been here 2 1/2 hours and nobody can tell me anything about when car will be ready. Generally I love Costco but not sure about the tire department.

I went into the store instead of ordering the tires online myself. The tech who helped me measured my tire size and placed the order for me at the counter. When I came for my install appt a few weeks later, I was called back and told that I had ordered the wrong size tires and that they had different tires in stock that they could install for almost $200 more. This was my first and will be my only experience with tire purchases at Costco. I’ll stick with NTB. Save yourself the wait and trouble.

Professional and friendly staff, they offered a comparable option to what I was looking for and that was in stock. Also, good advise when I picked up my car. I recommend.

3 hour wait for tire rotation even with an appointment (June 2022). 3 hour wait for tire rotation even with an appointment, and even though I was told it would be 90 min at check-in (August 2022). There is only one employee working in front (both visits) and he is responsible for every customer checking in, including going to the parking lot to assess tire and/or battery problems. He also answers the phone, which rings nonstop. He also has no way of seeing the status of customers’ service without leaving the counter and going to the service bays. On both visits only two technicians have been working in the back even though there are twelve listed on their board. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Came in as a walk in with no appointment due to tire issue while driving. Was in and out in around 2h durring a very busy time of day. Super helpful staff and very pleasant experience. They went above and beyond to help me out.

Horrible customer service, no one answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold for 15 mins. Arrived early for my appointment to have 4 tires installed. They only put two on because they couldn’t get a bolt off of one of my wheels, and putting two tires on took 2 hours. I don’t recommend.

It was impossible to remove the wheel of my car because of swollen lugnuts. Almost every technician worked on my car to get the lugnuts out and install the tires. I am very impressed with the way they got the problem resolved, replacing all lugnuts with new tires.

So disappointed in the tire center. Made an appointment and the gentleman at the front was comment that it's good we had appointments because it could be 4-5 hours. We expected to wait 90 minutes or so. 3 hours later, the car is not done. I was shopping while I waited and have been done for over an hour. I have perishable items and still have 45-60 minutes to drive home. Do better with scheduling and finishing your appointments.

First off I will say that the staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. That being said, I scheduled ten days in advance for an appointment for new tires. Showed up Friday and they said they didn't have them. Told me to come back Monday for a different and slightly better set of tires. Ok cool, I get it, supply chains, bureaucratic stuff, etc. Come Monday, they don't have those tires either. After waiting an hour they decide to put on yet another different set. After over two hours they were finished. Maybe they're short staffed, I don't know. But these multiple delays were totally unacceptable.

I went to Costco today (10/4/2021) for my appointment which was scheduled for 12:00. I arrived and checked in for my appointment and was told it would take 45 mins. To an hour. I have no other vehicle so I told the man that I would be onsite shopping in the store while they completed my schedule tire rotation. I returned to the tire center to pick up my car at 1:15 and was told that they had not started on my car yet because they were very busy! I had an appointment and I had online documentation of my appointment. I was furious. They tried to tell me that they were short staffed and that additional employees had come in at 12:00. I was scheduled for 12:00 so that is not a valid excuse. I asked for my keys and told them I was not waiting one minute longer. When I went back out to look for my vehicle, it was exactly where I left it, untouched. The employees were rude and indifferent. Only excuses and no apology. I have been buying tires there for years, but after this experience, I will NEVER return. I am canceling my Costco membership and I will never go back. They have no air conditioning in their tiny waiting area with one hard bench. Customer service is terrible and they have trouble “finding” tires that I have ordered ahead. They may have better prices than some of their competitors, but not enough to make the suffering worth it. I will go anywhere but there from now on.

I bought 4 tires and after installation my rims each had a circular scratch and scratches around the edges. They claim that it wasn’t their fault with no reasoning. Just go to discount tire, it’s better and they told me that Costco claims lied to me.
