This shop saved our vacation! We got a flat tire on the interstate due to road debris and limped our way into the Costco parking lot less than an hour before they closed. They got us up and running quickly and kindly. Thank you!

RJ and MIKE and EMILEO treated to great service. I had a flat tire and of course my car did not come with a spare. I was towed to my Costco and they immediately took my car in and took care of it. They are the nicest people to deal with in this time of poor customer service. Thank you guys so much.

This review likely won't sway anyone's opinion, but I want to express my frustration with the lack of empathy shown by Costco Tire Center employees regarding their flawed system. I placed an online order and scheduled an appointment based on the expected delivery date. I received a notification about the shipment just five days before my scheduled appointment and even got a confirmation for the installation the day prior. However, when I arrived at the counter for my appointment, I was told they didn't have the tires in stock. I was advised that I should have directly called to confirm the appointment. It's disheartening that the system seems to be at odds with what customers are told. It's perplexing to be told over the phone to order online and go through the scheduling process, only to discover upon arrival for the tire installation that the system isn't aligned with reality. This misalignment is frustrating and leaves customers feeling misled, especially when they receive a confirmation the day before their appointment. There needs to be better communication and a more reliable process in place to avoid these situations.

Don't ever go here to get your tires balanced and rotated. I went there. Made an appointment for 1:00 on Saturday January 22nd. They got me in but the accidentally put my paperwork into the walk-in section so instead of waiting an hour to get them done I ended up having to wait almost 2 hours. 5 days later I'm driving from Marion to Mansfield. My left front tire starts shaking. Come to find out every lug nut on my left front tire came loose and I almost lost my tire and got in an accident. I was able to pull into an auto shop and they were able to tighten down all the lug nuts including the lug nuts on all my other tires because they were loose as well. Called them up that night. Explained to them what happened and they kept telling me the video shows they did it properly. I tried to explain to them that they didn't because that wouldn't have happened. If they did need to say I will never go back to see them again because they weren't willing to fix the problem that they created.

I bought four new tires from them. One had a leak and I left work to find it flat. I took it in for them to inspect it, had an appointment and waited for three hours. At about one hour I asked someone at the desk and they said that they just brought it in. At three hours I asked again, and he pulled the paper out and said it was done at 3:45. I sat there for 105 minutes on my one day off for no reason. Awful service and they wouldn't even hear my request for some sort of compensation for my time. Shame on them, never going again.

I was trapped here for 3 hours because the incompetent failures here ordered the wrong tires. Only, they didn’t bother to tell me this until AFTER they had already swapped the tires. I don’t know how you could possibly screw up that hard. They had zero accountability and did nothing to fix it besides swap the tires back and tell me to come back in a week. Never coming back again.

For the sake of your safety, don’t do tire service here. Despite I’ve heard bad reviews on Costco tire center service, as a loyal Costco member, I decided to bring my car here for a tire rotation and rebalance. I waited for 2 hrs and on the highway back home, my car started shaking. I had to take my car back after a week and waited for another 2hrs, staff told me they checked balance, everything is good which is absolutely a lie because the shaking disappeared immediately after that, they certainly did another rebalance and fixed their previous error.

This location has unfortunately slipped. I special ordered tires, was told it would be 3-5 days. Two weeks went by without an update. The manager did apologize and re-order the tires and they came in. I called to schedule an appointment and was called back about 5 minutes later and told that the time had been given to me by mistake. Okay, mistakes happen, I certainly understand that. Set a new time for the same date, no big deal. I went and had the tires installed and the manager wrote on the invoice that I wanted one of the tires to be saved. When I went out to my car there was no saved tire, I had to walk back in and they had to find it. The staff were very nice and polite about this- like I said, I understand that mistakes happen. However, I have also discovered that the tires were not inflated to factory spec - they are supposed to be 32 rear, 38 front but they were set to 32 on the left side and 38 on the right side. I also do not believe they were balanced correctly as I am now experiencing a vibration/shake that was not there before. This is just a little too much to go wrong with one simple tire visit. Hopefully this location can get back into shape because I used to really trust them with all of my tire needs.

Brought my new to me ND MX-5 Miata here for new tires. Got 'em at Costco online, shipped them to this location. Easy and simple. I was nervous though of my limited edition BBS rims getting scuffed or damaged during the installation. I politely mentioned it when dropping off the car and they responded with serious white glove treatment. They got me in exactly at my appointment time, done in ~1.5 hrs while I shopped. Great service, efficient, paid attention to my special handling request. Thanks Josh and Chris.

Costco Tire Center at Easton is the biggest scam I've come across. They don't even deserve one star. I bought four new tires a little over a year ago and one of my tires got a cut in the sidewall. They told me I would need to replace all four tires since they no longer carry the tires I bought. The warranty is for 80,000 miles, but since the warranty only covers wear and tear, they wouldn't honor it. I have 51,000 miles on my car. I work from home and live in a walkable neighborhood so I very seldom drive the car. While the rest of Costco is perfectly fine, because of this horrible experience I will never step in there again. Based on a recommendation and the glowing reviews, I will get any tires I purchase in the future at Katz Tires.

Terrible Terrible Terrible...What a scam. I bought tires here and only got 8,000 miles out of a 45,000 warranty and because they said it was misaligned where one side of one tire had 2mm more than the other side (other rear tire was evenly worn)-they didn't have to honor the warranty. Because one tire was coming off the rim they did offer me $75 toward one tire and nothing for the other. These are Michelin tires so that amounts to 15% - nowhere near the full warranty amount. I'll buy from Discount Tire next time - they are a lot more polite and are better priced.

Good deals on new tires but don’t bother with the free service for rotations, balancing, etc unless you want to waste half a day eating free samples and napping on the display furniture. I was first in line at 10am on Sunday and still waited over 2 hours just to replace a TPMS sensor. The Tire Center experience is definitely not up to typical Costco standards, which is disappointing because we love everything else about Costco.

Very helpful and friendly. I ordered the wrong tires but suggested the correct ones and had them on and out the door in an hour and a half. Gave me time to look around the store and buy a few items. Great prices also.

Horrible service today. Received a call that my tire under warranty was delivered and mounted today (it's a Monday afternoon). Upon arrival, I was quoted 1 1/2 hours to put one tire on my car. Waited that long and still not completed. When I checked back the car was still parked out in the lot, untouched. I was polite and said just give me my tire and I will put it on at home. They did so and said their manager has been leaving at 2pm everyday, sorry. Didn't get a receipt either.
