Utterly incompetent tire center employees. Refused to patch a tire because it was "almost touching the wear bars" and would soon be bald/illegal to repair. Not was already bald but would be soon. They then don't sell the right tire for my car, but recommended I purchase the incorrect anD unsafe tire size so that I could make it to Discount tire who does sell the right tire. So instead of patching the tire so I could make it to proper shop they want me to spend $300 for 1 tire that's not safe for the car to drive 20 mins to a place that actually sells the tire? Not only an unsafe recommendation but idiotic. Avoid these jokers at all costs and go to a place that has common sense.

I blew an RV trailer tire on the interstate on a Sunday, and after 30 minutes of calling around, Costco tire 1) was open, and 2) had trailer tires. They do not work on RV's, but I jacked up my trailer in the parking lot, brought in my blown out tire and the other tire, and I walked out 45 minutes later with two fresh tires and was on my way. They were prompt and professional, and, as always, the price was fair.

I’ve gotten tires here twice now and both times went smoothly with a little wait times if you schedule ahead of time. I always try to get the first slot of the day so I don’t have to deal with the possibility of them being behind schedule.

I purchased winter tires at the new Costco location off of Peña Blvd. Professional and friendly service, the entire transaction and installation took less than an hour. About a month after the installation I noticed that one of my tires developed a slow leak, so I took my car back to Costco to have it checked out. Again, fast and professional service. As it turns out there was a screw lodged in my tire. The service manager Dion showed me the damaged tire, and replaced it at no cost (I guess I had insurance 😂.) These guys take pride in their work and they were super communicative, this is my go-to tire place now and I can’t recommend Costco highly enough. Kudos guys!

NEVER go here - went by because there was a nail in my tire. It couldn’t be fixed, definitely not their fault but it took 2 hours to figure that out!!!! Then some douche there tired to tell me to come back to buy 4 tires after mine are less than a year old. I understand as a female they feel like they can talk down to me and try to get me to spend money but they picked the wrong girl today! Going to discount tire tomorrow - they are the only decent guys in town.

Set up an appointment on the phone only to be told they wouldn't do it as my tires weren't from Costco. Only told me that after 20 min of waiting in line.
