These guys are straight crooks. My dad brought his accord for a flat fix. Instead he called saying the tech told him something "broke" and that he needs to get it fixed. Come to find out the tech broke a stud off possibly when trying to secure the tire. Instead of getting his tire fixed he's now having to fix a stud. If I didn't have the know how on how to repair this my dad would be out hundreds of dollars. Avoid these guys.

Very good experience here, not sure why some people are complaining about the slow time, but forgot to consider that we live in a world with other human beings with all their needs, we just gotta wait and be patient. When servicing a car, I'd rather give the mechanics plenty of time to work on it and make sure everything is in order, instead of rushing, and this Costco tire center is trying their best, considering that their tire center is not too big and have to service a lot of people with different needs. But maybe I'm just different, I have more spare time. A couple of weeks ago, bought 4 tires at the register (on site) on a Sunday after looking online on their website. Tires estimated to arrive by Thursday that same week, but on Tuesday I got a call that the tires have been shipped to this location (earlier than expected), and then scheduled appointment for installation the next day (Wednesday) @10:00am. Got there on Wednesday, check in with the tire center staff, they told me it would take 1 hour for them to complete the job, at 11:05am got a call and said service was done and car is ready. Very satisfied with their customer service from the beginning to the end; staff/ mechanics were all friendly, answered all of my questions, and allowed me to inspect the car from a safe distance while my car was on the service bay. I also like the fact that they don't charge for installation (labor) and have road hazard warranty included plus free rotation and balancing for the life of the tire, and with Costco membership and credit card was able to get some cash back. Overall, be reasonable and manage your expectations, not everything in this world is perfect. We are all humans, and I suggest you take your time researching the tires you need, check their website and decide of you want to buy it online and getting it shipped to the store, or visit the store if you have some questions and make the purchase there, and then schedule the service, be courteous, and you will be taken care for. This review is for a tire purchase only, and this was my first experience buying tires from Costco ever, but looking forward to do routine maintenance on the tire with them, as it doesn't cost anything if you buy brand new tires from them. Highly recommend this Costco Tire at Bunker Hill.

Came in with an open mind, but unfortunately believe all the 1 star reviews. Service reps are not helpful and don’t explain anything. Also, be prepared to pay $15+ non refundable fee whether they help your issue or not. Would not recommend.

I changed my 4 tires at Costco Tire Center 7-8 months ago. 1 month ago, they changed 2 tires at another Costco Tire Center because their sidewalls were open. Today I went to (1150 Bunker Hill Rd, Houston, TX 77055) for 1 tire with the same problem. But the employee there, Jeremy, said that this problem does not cover the tire warranty. I said that 2 tires were changed due to the same problem before. There is a problem with these tires. I didn't hit the tire anywhere. You can look at the rim in the pictures. If this tire bursts on the highway, who will be responsible?

Poor service, bad customer service, Costco needs to close this department and start over. This is the worse tire shop I've been to with Costco. Forget calling them for information. I don't even understand how this tire shop has the Costco brand name. Do better Costco.

They absolutely have the “ I don’t care” attitude. It’s very unfortunate I have a flat tire right at their location. I wish I could stop at the close by independent tire shop instead. I probably get much better service.

Terrible customer service. Took forever with tire service. They need better employees to take care of their customers. I would expect better care since I am a member. Seemed like I was a bother when I paid for the tires!

Customer service here is horrible because this guy MONTE, please give him some manners and customer service class. Learn respect and talk to your customer nicely. The other guy, Tuan, very kind and helpful. Been at Costco for years, but never thought they would hire someone that is so rude. Sad.

I got my tires here because for some reason my mom likes to get them here. I prefer Discount Tire Co., but I thought I'd give them a try and got run flat tires. My experience was that I went to pick up my car yesterday on Feb 13, 2023, and on the way home, my Tire Indicator came on while entering the highway saying my Driver Front tire had 0 PSI! I made a U-Turn to go back, and as I did, I called them and the gentleman said to drive it 20 more miles and the indicator would go off, which I knew wasn't true because it was pulling left as I drove down the feeder road. I pulled into the bay and the gentleman checked it and filled it with nitrogen. I'm not sure what happened, and he didn't know either. I'm keeping an eye on it to see if it loses air for the time being. Not really a reassuring feeling thats for sure! Just my experience!

On December 16, 2022, I caught a flat tire on the freeway, already stressed out and overwhelmed. I went to Costco Tire Center to see if I could have the tire replaced after I gave the guy a description of which tire needed to be replaced; he asked for my phone number and told me he would call me when my car was ready. After sitting and waiting for over two hours pushing three, I finally went to the Tire Center counter to verify if my car was ready. The guy fumbled around, finally found my receipt, and said it was ready. When I looked at the paper, it had a time frame of 12:34 pm. I then asked why I had yet to hear back from anyone. Like they said about my tire, the guy could care less and even stated that he did not work on it, meaning it was not his problem. Because I was ill, I did not want to argue; however, when my friend and I were walking to my car, we could both see that the spare had not been changed. I was so upset I then asked the guy Anthony why no one replaced the tire, but he told me my car was ready. He then casually and nonchalantly said it was not him. So I headed back to Costco to speak with the guy who said the tire was not in stock. The customer service could have been better. I would not recommend anyone to go here to purchase tires. No one cared; they dropped the ball and still would not take any responsibility. I spent over three hours waiting unacceptable.

Service is slow and phone service is unprofessional they claim they don’t patch Pirelli tires and I found a set or 4 Michelin $250 cheaper at Discount Tire also they charge for a flat repair which you must have an appointment I have never used Costco Tire and will never use them I will tell everyone that I think they are trying to make a quick buck from Loyal Costco Customers

as multiple people have said, SLOWEST service ever. i checked in at 10am right when they opened for tire balancing. since i was a walk in, they told me they had to squeeze me in between appointments. but they also said i was 1st in line. it’s now 2:30pm and i just called to check what the status is and they are still providing vague, unclear answers. i asked at 11:30, and now 2:30 and the answers have been “i can’t tell you what time it will be done.” but you can’t even tell me if it’s being worked on?? they make it sound like making an appointment is the only way, but based on other reviews that doesn’t even help. so just don’t waste your time here

Did the job, but frustratingly misleading with timeline (about 2 days = 5 days)... also 10% more expensive than Walmart on my particular set of tires.
