Costco Tire Center

I’m updating this review. These guys are constantly way too slow. They messed around with my wife’s tires. Now I’m waiting 2 hours for them to find a slow leak. I’ve been in the tire center for an hour and it doesn’t appear there doing much work on my car. I had way better experiences with Sam’s.

Didn't go to the tire center but did go to the main store. It was as usual except the bread aisle had a new item I should not have found. It's a muffin stuffed with caramel. Needless to say I will be going back for more. Then they had the same muffin stuffed with different fruit. My downfall.

These guys don’t want to help and do t want to do anything other than appointment. I had flat tire on the way home and felt likey since I was close to Costco. There were no single car. In service and they were all relaxing. And I have been told that in 40 min time they are expecting an appointment and cannot help on fixing tire. They have had not a single car next 45 min.

Never been to Costco so this was new. Different from Sam's and I enjoyed it. If I go again I'll do some price comparing.

Way better than the Webster location. Only problem I had was the with the cashiers, they kept on asking for my costco card and ID like I stole some one else card and was shopping there. Jeez no respect, never had a problem at Sam's club with checking out b4. Costco have to many rules and regulations LOL like a Cartel. They don't accept any other credit cards but ViSA!! Like I should give back this free Costco card and continue going to Sam's Club!!!

Came in for tire rotation on the Highlander and balance of all four. Harold did the work and now the car is as smooth as silk on the road. Jose’ at the front counter is kind and professional. I will be buying my next set of tires here.

Got my tires changed to new Michelin tires last night. Waited 2 weeks for my tires to get delivered to the warehouse. Then I waited for 2 hours 10 minutes to get new tires on my sedan, which is too long wait. Got home, and noted that my rear tires are flat after 1 hour. Calling them and no answer...

Month old tires with warranty and road hazard. Couldn't fix a flat because the puncture was too close to the wall, about 2 inches. Had to pay 40 for the replacement tire because the tread was worn down to the 8 mark? On a brand new tire! Just got scammed. The slowest team ever. Worst service

Worst customer service ever seen. I have been a member since 2009 and Costco has never let me down with their services but this will be my very 1st negative review for Costco. Don’t go to this Costco

The price for the tires was great and the free maintenance services are nice. Tire rotation can be slow at times. Being a free service with purchase it's hard to complain, but it can drag.

I called 2 days in a row and the phone rang until I was redirected to the automated menu 4-5 times, both days. When I talked to Admin staff, they were very unpleasant. When I went into the store to talk to an associate at the tire center, they were very unpleasant as well. This is definitely the worst Costco customer service I have ever encountered.
