I had scheduled an appointment but when I got to the tire center, they were accepting people without an appointment in the appointment line and so I had to wait for the other customers to be done. Finally I get to the register and they say I'm late but that was due to me having to wait in line! Then they say it's going to take roughly an hour and a half for a tire rotation! That's absurd. They said its due to them being backed up but I had scheduled an appointment but clearly an appointment isn't valued at this tire center! Go to a different costco or don't waste your time scheduling an appointment.

I changed a tire today and I don’t understand why they had to put the top down on my convertible. How do I know? They didn’t even close it properly, so I got an alarm. Now I’m curious about what else they might have done to my car.

Bought four new tires. Two months later, I have a hole in one. Four hour wait. And $81 for a new tire with Road Hazard Protection. The local tire shop, Pomp’s, charges $15 and it’s done in 30-45 minutes. I LOVE Costco, but will never buy tires from them again.

Even if you schedule ahead, plan for it to take double the time they estimate. Nearly 2-hours to balance a set of tires.

I highly recommend Costco for tires. I was there today to have my tire pressure monitors checked to see they were working. One was not so need to replace all 4. The service technician was VERY helpful!!!

They don’t know what they’re doing. Very incompetent employees that should have no business running a shop. I scheduled a tire replacement and they tell me 45 minutes into the appointment they don’t have my tire in stock. They call me a couple days later to reschedule since the tires are now in stock. I go to my appointment and they tell me that appointment isn’t in their system so I have to reschedule again. Hopefully the third time works out but this is the last time I get my tires done from this location.

Costco is great, but be prepared to waste an entire day at the tire department. All three times it has taken over two and a half hours. One of those was for for me tires, SSI that's sorta understandable, but not for my last two visits. They were both patches, a 10 (max) minute job. The communication was terrible and my car wasn't ready when they called me to pick it up. As a Costco Executive Member, I will go elsewhere for my tire needs in the future. The cashback isn't worth the subpar experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 4 hours for it to not be done. Had to set up another appointment the next day and waited an additional 3 hours. Absolutely ridiculous

Made an appointment over the phone. When we got there they told us our appointment was a different day than they had told us. After waiting for an hour in line, they then told us they can’t work on our type of tire. The man helping was rude. I suggest when people call to make an appointment you accurately put it in your system and you tell them the brand of tires you work on before waiting til the customer gets there. Waste of time and rude service.

SCHEDULE AHEAD TO GET DONE QUICKER! I find the best tire deals at this Costco and have had my car serviced/complete here many times especially with the amount of miles I drive. During the holiday's, you can also snag some good deals and savings on new tires or service (just got a $150 discount on 4 new tires for Labor Day deal). A lot of individuals from what I see always come in and expect their cars to be done but everything here is scheduled. Guys that are working are the best and service is as well as any other top tire places.

Don't get me wrong, I love shopping at Costco but the tire center has some serious issues. Buying tires online is easy but I don't understand the need to then navigate to a whole other website to schedule an appointment for installation. I was also disappointed that even though I showed up 20 minutes early they didn't even bring the car in to the bay until an hour after my appointment time. So what's the point of scheduling an appointment? When I got the car back all of the wheels were caked in tire grease. They could have at the very least wiped the wheels off. Sure the prices are hard to beat but with this kind of service there are better values out there.

Well my tire decided to bring home a nail embedded in it. Off to Costco for repair. They do a fantastic job, it's just the wait time is crazy. Took an 1.5 hours drop to returning my key.

Amazing. I was seen on time and finished in a timely manner. I could watch the workers from the outside. Very professional and a cheerful group who looked like they were enjoying each other's company. I will definitely come back

As I shopped for tires and battery I was treated better here and I got what I paid for to the point that I saved 15 dollars on battery and I was willing to pay 25 more on tires. Plus I use the free air and service nearly everytime I visit the gas pump and store.
