Costco service 5 stars, employee interaction 4 stars. I do not get my tires anywhere else and the service at Costco is exponentially better than the competitors. However, there is an opportunity for the employees to give better service with small effort. The service tech Dominic was friendly and great, the only issue is I had a small request to have them relay to me when the tires were off so I can get a Quick Look at my brakes pads. Not a huge request and definitely not a hard one to remember as there were only 2 or 3 vehicle in the bay including mine. Also another gentlemen that was helping out the rest of the customers was quickly trying to help everyone which is awesome but in the 20 seconds of him asking me and another customer our vehicles he came back and got us mixed up within that 20 second time frame. So, again awesome service, great value, and good experience just a good opportunity for the employees to take some time to slow down and focus on the little things without overwhelming their thoughts with multiple things being processed. Overall slow down remeber the little things and finish with the customer you’re helping before moving on.

First experience with a flat-no other tire center has an opening all day. Costco takes me as a walk-in for a tire that isn't even theirs, they patch and install it for 15 bucks in 2 hours. Costco continues to deliver excellence in every area they touch

Lack of accountability. I went there to have my tire fixed. After they were done I picked up my truck and started driving and noticed that my breaks were not working properly. So I went back and they told me that when they lift the truck, they punctuated one of the break lines. They made me fill up some paperwork and told me that they will let me know the status of the claim later. This is my work truck, and they made me lose 3 days of work that week. I had to pay my own money to make my truck functional again. Later on that week I received a call from their claims department telling me that they can’t cover my claim because it was not their fault. That my truck was too old and this things happens all the time. I heard they do this lo the time in Costco tires, but i never thought it would happen to me. I spent about $15,000 to $20,000 in Costco yearly, and they can’t even cover a $500 claim? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business at that store, especially in the tire department. I’ll be canceling my executive account as well. They have no consideration or common sense about their business if they lose people over small claims like this.

Costco rocks but won't install batteries. Sams club still installs batteries for free if u buy there so went to Sam's club.

The tire center here has great prices on tires and their installation comes with lifetime rotate, balance, and road hazard insurance. I can speak from experience that they honor their road hazard insurance and come under their estimated wait times for repairs and installation.
