So this man named Anthony at the Costco tire center at 8000 Parramore Rd Jacksonville, FL 32244 went above and beyond for us today. Honest , kind and professional (“old school manners). Faith in humanity restored every now and then. I hope he gets a raise. Let me tell you my experience with customer service this past year has been atrocious. It’s refreshing and these are the people you pay more, value and hang on to !

I will honestly never go anywhere ever again. Such professionals that got me out of a jam when I preferred the wrong tires. Very happy with everyone there

Be prepared to wait several hours. Slowest tire center out of all the Costcos I've been to.

Don't order tires here if you have aftermarket wheels. This tire center does not have a machine that is compatible with aftermarket wheels. I didn't realize this would be an issue, because it was not brought up during the tire ordering process or appointment making process. Definitely a waste of my time and the tire center employee's time that could have been avoided with a simple question or note on the website. To add insult to injury, they could only refund my tire purchase with a giftcard.

Don’t use this place. Took my truck in and it had no shake to it!! After balance and rotation shook like it was in a wreck. Came back and waited an hour again and was told “yep all tires were out of balance”……. So why can’t they do it right the first time. Never taking the truck back and wish I could get a refund.

What is wrong with this place? Can't get through on the phone, it either rings and restarts the automated message or once I a whole someone will pick up and put you on hold, but never return. I even went inside one time and the guy there was very rude, especially for a Costco employee. Is this department run by a 3rd party or something?

BEST NEW TIRE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER! I came in for an 11am appointment on a Saturday for two new front tires, typically a very busy day at Costco, so I was prepared to spend 1-2 hours waiting. After a pleasant check in with Rin (tire tech), I gave him the keys and he handed me my paperwork with the time stamp stating 10:58am. I proceeded in the store to look around, working my way slowly around the aisles at a snail's pace to burn the time away. Around 20 minutes later I saw a nice sofa set middle of the store that looks promising for a nice place to lounge and wait while listening to some podcasts. I did not get to rest my butt on that nice sofa because I got the call that my car was ready, all done! The time stamp on my final work sheet - 11:27am. Try to beat that!

Had a tire that was losing pressure slowly. Called Costco and informed them that we weren't able to see anything on the tire, but that it was losing pressure. Brought it in and shopped while the car was being worked on. Tech called me and said they couldn't determine the issue. I asked if they had checked the rim for possible bending, they said they had not but would. Called me back and they said there was no issue with the rim and that they couldn't find the problem. They also said they inflated the tire. When we left the tire was still at 30 PSI, so they hadn't. Turned out there was a fairly good-sized piece of metal in the tire, which he would have seen had he removed the wheel from the car like they did at New Kings Tire and Auto Repair. They also charged me for not diagnosing the issue which would have taken less time to actually do had they simply removed the wheel. Just awful, do not recommend.

I stopped at Costco without an appointment when I got a tire warning. Will had the spare put on for me and ordered a replacement tire. The replacement arrived as scheduled and I returned to Costco to have it installed. Although I again did not have an appointment, Will made sure the job was done and I was on my way in 20 minutes. I am very appreciative of the consideration and courtesy shown me and highly recommend Will and the tire service department at Costco.

Called the day I wanted to get tires installed and had an appointment same day a few hours later. Tires were installed 40 minutes after I dropped off the car. Experience was quick and easy. Costco offers great deals on Michelin tires and a handful of other benefits.

Less than helpful. Employee is more interested in watching Giants game on his cell phone rather than providing helpful service to customer.
