Great experience here today. Had a blow out driving through Vegas and Jose went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Kudos to Jose and the team there. They did an incredible job; outfitted me in a new set of tires at a great price in less than 2 hours!

Paid ahead of time, had an appointment at 10am. It's now 11am and my car just got lifted. Workers are standing around laughing. Tried to talk to and ask Sheng wu a few questions. He was rude, disrespectful, snappy and when I told him I didn't appreciate his attitude he just smiled and said um okay and laughed. He spent most of the morning in the shop and I counted 6 missed calls. That's how u lose business AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY BROKE MY HUB CAP!!!!!!

I got a nail in the corner my brand new tire & thanks to the warranty they replaced the whole thing for free. The service reps are great. They're very knowledgeable and were a lot of help in choosing my tires. They checked my tire pressure sensors and my spare tire & ensured correct air pressure on all tires for free as well. If you're considering buying from Costco, I recommend waiting until your tire size goes on sale. Their sales change at the beginning of every month & they can save you a ton of money.

Loooooove costco! It was my first time buying tires here and I will only be buying tires from Costco going forward. They were relatively inexpensive. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t mean. Honest people!! Also have a 5 year warranty so you can’t beat that!

Love costco but not so much the tire department. The prices are right but the customer service is severely lacking. 2 hour wait for appointments. Plus an hour waiting in line AFTER getting the call that my vehicle is ready for the single person to ring up 6 people in line. I will price match at the competitor next time for the better service.

Tire Rotation Free! It was nice to get it done free, but I was a bit concerned when they noted my tire inflation should be 32 front and 30 rear! When I got the tires installed in Nov 2021, they gave me a sticker stating 36 front and 32 rear! So I have been over inflating my tires for 18 months! What is it going to do to my warranty?? Its a bit concerning to someone that doesn't know tires and have to depend on a "professionals" opinion. It changed from 1 shop to another! Same company but different opinions! What's a guy to do??

Came in last minute after getting jersey around elsewhere. Danny greeted me with a smile although covered with a mandated mask 😷 told me not to worry they're here yo help and did exactly what he said he would and got me on my way quickly and seamlessly with an excellent attitude and more than that it's refreshing to see someone that's professional as well as courtesy extended. Outstanding will be back most certainly.

Have purchased tires here for a fair price and have no issues with installation besides the wait times, but thats expected at a costco this busy. Also offers car battery drop off and exchange.

I was told by the tire center that they do TPMS sensors for $100 per tire. That is more expensive then some tires on the market. I called another tire center and they told me $40 to replace the sensors. Costco, you just lost a tire purchase customer as I am going elsewhere to shop for tires.

A few weeks ago, I called CostCo's tire center to make an appointment. The guy who answered the phone asked if I'd already ordered the tires. When I asked for clarification, he explained that I needed to order tires through the website. Once they arrived at the warehouse, I'd receive a call to make an appointment. So, I did as instructed. I ordered the size tire I needed from the list that came up on the website. I was happy that there was a nice deal on the tire I chose. Once they came in, I made a service appointment online for this morning. So, I went in for my appointment. Amber, who helped me, explained that the tires I ordered were not ideal for my car. Apparently, run flat tires are for cars that do not have a spare. I appreciated her informing me about this, but I was irritated. First of all, shouldn't this be clearly stated on the ordering page? I carefully read through all the details. In fact, I also had the website compare the two types of tires I was trying to decide between (one was run flat and the other wasn't). At no time was I alerted that the tires weren't ideal. Secondly, when I received multiple phone calls from CostCo to set up the appointment, couldn't they see that a mistake had been made? Why didn't they question it then? Amber was helpful today by telling me the Summerlin location had tires in stock in my size. However, I had to be in Aliante at noon. My tire appointment was at 10:30 at the Decatur location for a reason. I wasn't about to drive down to Summerlin just to go all the way back to Aliante for another appointment. I was frustrated and almost in tears. I definitely won't be back to CostCo's tire center.

Love love love love the place! Fast, easy, employees are knowledgeable and very friendly. It was really busy when I went there and they got my truck done with new tires in a very reasonable time. Definatly recommend costco tire center to anyone!

I went to get my tires rotated. The young lady at the desk asks me if I bought the tires from Costco which of course I did. She says well your not in the computer system so asked me if I had the receipt. Luckily I had the receipt in my glove box went back inside the store while another 2 customers go in front of me. The young lady gives me an attitude after I produced the receipt. I will never ever purchase tires from Costco ever again....what a fricking hassle just to get a tire rotation!!

Love the store but, I now dislike the tire dept. 22 moths ago and 55k miles ago (all still under waranty) I purchase a set of tires from Costco for my wifes 2007 Hyundai. I found yesterday that one of the tires had a lot of warping and uneven wear so I took it in for replacement. They tech looked at it and agreed that it must be replaced and then told me that the tire isnt covered. His reasons: (1) according to his book it is due to a mechanical problem with the car. I ask what the problem was since I just did a full inspection on the suspenson...he didnt know. reason (2) I never had the tires rotated at Costco. I do all my own car repairs and rotate the tires frequently myself. He ask if I had proof of this or a log. Seriously? A log? He said that if you dont have Costco do the rotaions then your tires are no longer under waranty. This would have been nice to know so I asked if they gave me this information when I purchased the car. He didnt know. He opened his book again to read a sentence he found that stated...tires must be rotated to comply with warranty. Never said it must be Costco...but he wouldnt budge as if the tire was coming out of his pocket. Long story short...I will never use Cotco for the tire department again as I drove away from there with a bad tire (which is mine or my cars fault). Thank you.
