Im so disappointed with customer service. The guy at the front desk, Eduard, has no clue what customer service is. So rude like if we have no money to buy anything. I don’t even know how he got hired, he even looks like if he was under the influence. Costo you gonna lose sales with people like him. You guys should do something about this asap!

I would give it less if I could. This was my first experience with costco tires. I love costco. Great product, fantastic customer service. I went ahead and bought my tire at costco and made an appointment for 2:30 pm, I arrived 10 min early, wich is what they tell you. They told me that it was going to take 1.5 hours to do the job. I went for a walk, came back an hour later and I saw my car in the same spot with the green number cone on top. I went inside and ask why my car was still outside with the cone, when I brought it an hour ago. The rep told me that they were running 2.5 hour late on top of the 1.5 hour of estimated installation time. They told me that they were short on staff, I asked why was I not told about this. I re schedule for the following Monday 1:45pm. I arrived that Monday and asked the technician if they had full staff because I was burned last Friday. The technician told me that if I didn't like the fact that they move slow because it's a busy store, they can throw my paid tires in my truck and I can take it to another store!! Terrible customer service. They took 3 hours to installed my tires. I will never buy tires from this or any costco. I forgot to add that the technician told me that I should get my tires rotation at costco, I asked him if it would take 30 or 2 hour to get them rotated, he said 2 hours most likely, such bs.

Came in a few weeks ago and had 5 star service. They were extremely busy and still were able to honor my appointment time. Jarret deserves a raise. This guy was helping customers left and right did getting things done. You could tell he had a ton on his plate but kept calm and just did his job to attend to everyone in a timely manner. Even dealing with impatient customers he kept his cool. Come to this Costco and Jarret and his team will help.

I always had a great experiences here at Los Feliz location. The guys are always helpful & honest! I had a nail in my tire several times & my Toyota people told me I need to replaced my tires right away. I took it to this location for second opinion; they patched it up & I was good to go!

Went here to have my tire rotation last wednesday July 3,2024… Then July 4th we went to modesto,CA.. While driving going to modesto i notice something flew off from my wheel.we are in I-5.. i saw my hub cap rolling in the freeway.. Maybe they didnt put back my hub cap properly when they rotate my tires.. 😞😡

Five star experience, especially considering I was a walk in. Got there early on a rainy day hoping that I wouldn't have to wait so long that I died of old age. I was in and out in about 3hrs. I ordered wide summer tires and they verified that they would fit the wheels & the car before mounting. They balanced and mounted the tires without issue, and all TPMS units work as they did before. They even mounted the right rear wheel in the same spot so that I wouldn't curb another wheel...I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism!

I had one of the better Costco experience here. The staff were polite. There is coffeeshop walkable distance nearby if you need to wait off a few hours.

Do not believe whatever the technician is saying about warranty prior sale or install. Ask to show where it is written whatever they say. Dont recommend to shop here

Surprised this is Costco. Does not feel like the service I'm used to. Long lines, long wait even though I had an appointment, unhelpful, bad prices. Regret buying tires here

Highly recommend this Costco tire center location. Great, friendly, competent staff, that are willing to work with you when other tire centers screw you over. They fit me in towards the end of the day after listening to the dire situation I was in. They treat you and your time with respect. They have great communication and customer service. This is the only tire center I'll go to!

Amazing morning team 7/01/22 they took my car in early morning and finished in an hour and a half Very nice crew here at this location Its harder to get serviced mid day but thats pretty reasonable for walkins

The crew at Costco Tire Center in Los Feliz have consistently been helpful but yesterday they really helped me out. My car was making an odd sound and I was afraid to drive especially with upcoming rain. I took it back to Costco since the sound and warning light came on after I got my tires rotated and torque verified. Ernie listened to my concerns and took the extra steps to drive the car to duplicate the noise (which didn’t happen) but then hoisted my car and checked each tire. He did this even though they were busy and trying to wrap up to close. He found that my plastic skid plate was loose and rubbing on my tire. Knowing that my wheels and breaks weren’t the issue I felt safe to drive. Thank you Ernie and crew for caring about my safety and peace of mind.
