I was told my one store rep that the tire was available in inventory and my appointment was confirmed. I went next day for my appointment at the time of appointment and then I was told by another rep that the tire would have to ordered and won’t be here for four days. Not at all satisfied with the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Awful tire center experience. After explaining that I was traveling with my family and got a flat tire late last night the employee smugly asked if I had an appointment for service. At 10am on Friday the soonest he said he could get me in was 3pm Saturday. A tire center that doesn’t allow time slots for walk-ins, specifically for a single flat repair is missing the customer service mark. I went to another tire store across the street and they had me patched and back on the road in 30 minutes!

Currently, I have been waiting for 2.5 hours on a tire rotation and balance. No explanation. It's just extremely horrible service. I did have an appointment. I would suggest going anywhere but here. You can't even get groceries while you wait this long, they would go bad. After being there for 3 hours and fifteen minutes, I ran out of patience and went to the desk. the guy went out to the shop and my truck was on the ground and he said it was ready. I had walked out back and looked through the window and seen my truck on the ground 45 minutes prior. This job should have taken no longer than forty five minutes. Somebody forgot about my truck and messed things up. It definitely messed up my day. The few dollars I saved there throughout the year was not worth throwing away several hours over this. I will now be renewing my membership.

I left so unbelievably irritated. I waited an hour and 50 minutes (was given a quote of an hour or less) and still hadn’t gotten a call that my tires were done. I went to go see what was taking so long and was handed the keys with the guy not saying anything to me, just dropping them in my hand. I have no idea how long my car had been done without being notified. The tires were very over inflated and they left stuff ALL over my wheels that they didn’t clean off.

Sure they're a good deal, but the service is awful. Really long wait times, but the worst is they didn't even balance my tires when I got my service. They were so unbalanced when I got on the freeway my car was shaking! I had to get it balanced somewhere else and they showed me the measurements of how far off it was, insane. I'd had my last 3 rotations done here and now I'm doubting it was ever done.

Went in today. Had a flat that needed to be fixed! NOTHING ELSE!! This is where it gets interesting…idc where you work if you need a membership to buy a tire you should tel everyone who calls NO MATTER WHAT!!! fast forward i buy a membership, I pay for the tire, he told me give him about 15 mins to fix instead it was about 30..hmm no biggie. I receive my car and drive off MY BRAKES DONT WORK! I’m literally hanging them to the floor to stop. This is by far the worst day I’ve had in a while and I just hope and pray there “claims center or insurance” fixes my car ASAP! I’ll be in contact with my lawyer smh.

Best price and service for tires and batteries. Warranty cannot be beat. Took my car in for tires and left it... They turned it around before my appointment time. Have waited half a day at Sam's for just a tire rotation. These people are on their game.

Ordered tires online as instructed by Costco. Set up an appointment for installation. My tires were delivered and appointment confirmed. I've been at Costco for 90 minutes today for my appointment and they can't find my tires.

I talked to an extremely rude employee named Thomas over the phone who gave me a quote that was $100 more than what I expected. I do not claim to have expert level knowledge on tires but I do know my tire size and car model. Thomas was completely unprofessional and dismissive of me over the phone. When I asked for his suggestion, he became aggressive and frustrated instead of providing helpful advice. It seemed to me that asking Thomas to do his job must have caused major inconvenience. After such poor customer service, I debated whether it was even worth it to come here to get the tires anymore. However, I did go and I was greeted by a very pleasant employee named Ethan. He took great care of me and the price was actually $100 less than quoted over the phone (as I was expecting initially). Ethan is the only reason for 2 stars. Based on my experience, I would suggest at least memorizing an encyclopedia on tires before talking to an employee over the phone because they do not seem to respect you otherwise.

Went in with a quote given by an employee over the phone. Charged over $100 more when I went in for my appointment, so I took my business elsewhere. Can’t speak to the actual mechanical service, but this price change was incredibly ill-timed and frustrating. Not a fan of being put in the position of choosing whether to waste my time by leaving or to spend more money for a service than agreed upon.

If I could give a lower rating of this center I would. It has been issue after issue dealing with this Tire Center. My fiancé purchased new tires for me back in December as an Xmas gift, it took 2 months for us to actually get the tires and have them installed. When we kept calling and asking, Costco employees told us the other 2 of our 4 tires were still in transit. Then, when we were informed (my Costco tire center over the phone) they had arrived, we came in and one of the employees told us 2 of the tires were still missing. So we had to order the tires and have them shipped again. We finally got the tires installed, yet no apologies were provided. Now 8 months later, I came in to get my tires rotated and despite being given the ok over the phone to have my tires serviced, they refused to rotate my tires because my fiancé was not present with me and he was on an old account at the time of purchase. I am so unbelievably frustrated and utterly disappointed with the service provided by this center. I guarantee we will never purchase tires through Costco ever again based on the experiences, as well as the lack of empathy or understanding provided by the employees.

They were very nice and did a good job. They were pretty thorough. They repaired a flat also on our other car and it was only $11. Glad I chose them for my new tires!

Worst tire center and customer service. I've stood at the desk multiple times(I have 4 vehicles) for over 10 minutes with employees standing right there infront of me and not greeting me. They also do not sell tires that fit every vehicle, but will write down what size tire you need and tell you to purchase it and bring it in to have installed. Then upon bringing the tire installed they will tell you they only install tires sold through the store. Total waste of time and trips. I've also had them patch tires for me which they will not warrant any longer unless bought through them? I'm here now and a tire they installed less than 6 months ago could not be patched so I was told to go buy a replacement and now they refuse to put the replacement on because it was not bought there due to the fact they dont sell that size. Horrible tire store and they have lost my business for life.
