Scheduled rotation and balancing and while shopping at Costco get a call that because of wear and tear they can't do the service but they can sell me 4 new tires. I went home to do the quarter and penny test and there's plenty of tread left. I will avoid this tire shop for life.

Love shopping here due to prices. I purchased tires here and need to make appointment for rotation which is included but I HATE having to call and be on hold for 20 minutes (multiples times) just to make the appointment.

Best place to purchase tires and batteries. I love that they use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to spec. I have not seen this done anywhere else. They are also great at balancing tires, most other places don't get this done right the first time. Their battery warranty is also great and if you ever get a flat they have many locations throughout the country.

I came in with a screw in my Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tire. It was within a half inch of my tread edge and could not be repaired. Nick in the tire center ordered a replacement and had it expedited, it was installed by the next day. I just had to pay for installation, as the tire was nearly new at the time of the puncture it wasn't pro-rated. Nick was very helpful, professional , and gave me anamazing Costco customer service experience. Thanks to Nick and thanks to Costco for their road hazard insurance.

Isaac at the tire center offered extraordinary service!!! I had 3 flats!!!! The tires were bought here and I needed to get all 3 fixed in one day (on a Sunday which is arguably their busiest day). Isaac was courteous and very diligent at getting everything taken care of in a timely manner. Best experience I've had in Costco.

I bought my tires here and have nothing but good things to say about the salesperson Monica and her team. I very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. From the moment I called to ask about pricing, I was told exactly what it would cost, how long it would take, and they did exactly as they said. I was even more impressed yesterday when I dropped in unannounced to a slammed Costco and tire center and asked if they could drop my vehicle off for balancing and 10,000 mile rotation while I went shopping. To my surprise, they took my car in and rotated and balanced my tires and filled them with Nitrogen all at no charge. I cannot tell you how helpful everyone was there. I wish I could give Monica and the team more stars, they really were great.

I went to change the 2 front tires, the left front tire had a leak for a few weeks I was putting air every 3 days. When I went to pick my car up I found the new tires on the rear. Monica told me is they way they should installed for safety reason, which is true. but I said what happen with the front one. she said, well, we changed the one in the front and put the old rear one to the front. I figured well, I do not have to put air anymore in the front since now they are the old rear one. GUEST WHAT?, I still had the leak in the left front tire, THEY DID NOT SWAP THE TIRES AS SHE SAID. I had to go back and change the other ones sooner than I wanted, price is ok, and since I did it in less than two weeks, they gave me a discount as if I changed all at once

They are honest , when I have a leak and other tire companies want yo replace the tire , I take it to Costco and they fix it and do a great job . Staff friendly, Monica is a gem 💎, love her

Very disappointed. I bought a set of 4 Michellin tires for $774.32 back on 11/2017 with a 60,000 miles warranty, they were worn down at 20,000 mile even though I aligned the vehicle with their "PREFER" SHOP and rotated the tires every 5,000 as per warranty instructions. Costco tire center refused to grant the warranty even though I complained since the first 10K miles. "WORST" customer service starting with the front lady and to the supervisor, we pay for services it is not for free.. Never again and for sure will not recommend their services neither the products

'Very disappointed. They don't have the Costco warranty of satisfaction behind them, but it is not specified in their sign. I bought a set of 4 tires recommended by them for $571, that supposedly had a warranty for 60,000 and they were worn down at 35,000 miles. They want me to spend another $571 for a new set to give me back $120;' in other words to pay more than $1000 for the same 60,000 miles. I don't recommend to buy tires there.

The good: the shop is fast, they have great tires at great prices, and they do good work. The bad: you have to stay on top of them, they never called me to let me know my order came in. The received my order on Friday and I had to call them on Sunday to remind them my tires were there. Dropped my car off in the morning (first car there) and I tried calling back a few times throughout the day and nobody would answer. Finally I got through around 130pm and asked about my car and it turns out it was done and nobody called to tell me (unprofessional). Got onsite and checked out my car and one of the tires was about 10psi low, I figured no biggie so I got my compressor out and filled it up. Lastly, I had marked one of my old tires with paint (about 30k newer then the other 3) and told them I wanted that one mounted as a spare. Checked my spare and found no paint mark so I went back inside and had them change it to the one that had the paint mark. All in all the experience was below average but at least they made it right and I got some good tires at a good price.
