Walked in at 10am for a flat tire. Was given an hour to complete. Came back an hour later to find them gather around cracking jokes, they all started working after I stood by the window. They basically started working on my tire at that time, 1 hour after. That’s when they were able to tell me that I need a new tire, now I have to wait another 30 minutes. I asked the manager Victor Vaiaoga for an ETA, and he just told me that I was a walk in to wait (I arrived when I opened and there was 1 car in the shop). I had to remind him that I’m only following up based on the ETA he gave me. Sucks it took THIS for them to actually START working on my car If Costco has a problem with walk ins, don’t accept them. It’s unacceptable for that to be your response when asking for an ETA on your vehicle based on time your employees provided.

Made an appointment, left the car only to find out 2 hours later that they didn’t even touched the car yet. Why do you even make the appointments if you don’t respect them and your customers. Disappointed ☹️

The service at Costco is unacceptable! I can’t believe I’m not allowed to shop without my husband being present with the membership card. The staff is unhelpful, the store is disorganized, and the parking lot is a disaster. This outdated policy and overall experience make me question if the membership is even worth it. I won’t be coming back!

Made an appointment only to spend three hours for a single tire patch. No issues with the tire patch so far but appointment or no appointment. Expect to spend your entire day here for any sort of service.

First bad Costco experience in 6 years of being a member. First time using Costco tire center. Ordered the tires, delivered the next day, and scheduled my appointment for Saturday. I ordered 33 inch tires, the same size I’ve been using for the last 4 years. I was told at the counter that it exceeds their policy of installing factory sizes. The size tire that reads on the door is 32 inches. They refused to do the install because of a 1 inch difference in size, a 3% difference in variance. Thanks for nothing.

Don't bother. 1. You won't save money by coming here anyway. 2. These guys WILL NOT put new tires on the axle that provides main drive power. They site some TIA nonsense that even "assumes" new tires go on the rear. They won't do what the customer would like to do. 3. Customer Service and "The Customer is always right" does not apply at this center. I'll call out that bald Hawaii looking dude with the black gauge hoop earrings. That guy is a douche. 4. If these guys are "trained" by Michelin, how come all my tires now have mixed amount of pressures? 5. This place is a clown show.

I'm traveling through the area and we had an emergency with a tire late on the day before a holiday. They scheduled us in on their busy schedule and fixed our tire quickly. Thank you to Isaiah and the tire crew for resuming our journey.

I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a Costco Tire Center customer for years. I ordered a tire on 5/3, 2 weeks ahead of my best friend’s wedding out of state. I was told it would be shipped by 5/6. It is now 5/15 and not a single person has bothered to pick up the phone to let me know that my tire would be late. I’ve been calling the Tire Center for 2 weeks and no one is picking up. Makes you wonder what the point of a direct line even is. I finally decided to call the admin office yesterday to explain the situation and my frustration only to be met with a very nonchalant “supervisor will call you back”. I still have not received a call back and was told I need to drive in to get a refund. My car is now unsafe to drive. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend.

Waited in line at the membership over an hour. While all employees in that departments socialize laughing and taking their time. One employee took 45 minutes to finish create a membership. Terrible customer service and management.

Need a better "appointment" system, because the one you have is worthless. Had a set appointment, changed my plans to make this appointment, and 1 hour later, my vehicle hadn't been touched, so I left. Front counter drop off assistance was great with Carlos, but nothing after that.

Came in late on a Sunday and had an emergency and Carlos, Matthew and the rest of the crew did not only a fast but great job and recommended getting my tire rack checked and didn’t even know it was a problem. Just another reason why I love this Costco!

Great experience. Ordered tires and they arrived within 2 days. Appointment was scheduled and tires installed within 45 minutes. Easy process, great service and best price!

10000% would not recommend! Shout out to the most ridiculously dishonest female tire specialist in the universe!! Thank you for advising me my “rear tires were shot and needed to be replaced”. Not to mention, the plot twist by the Manager when we arrived to pick up the vehicle. We suddenly were advised only the newly replaced tire (less 500 mile wear) was defective. All of this to find out a simple alignment was all that was needed. Special THANKS to Adam’s Tire in Orlando for whipping my vehicle back into shape. Because of Adam’s Tire, I felt comfortable making my jaunt back safely to Sarasota.

Best place for replacing Tesla tires. Large selection and expect advice. They even have Tesla lifting pads so as to not damage your battery. Can’t beat their out the tire price and road hazard warranty.

Greg... so greatful for you!! ....My truck wouldn't start (loaded with food from Costco) & you saved the day... I followed your instructions, took food home & unloaded without shutting engine off... then drove to dealership... you were right it wasn't the battery, it was the starter!! I was 1.5 hours from my home when this happened, & it was a swealtering 96° afternoon... I can't thank you enough!!

I got two nails in two tires and I went to Costco, I stopped in front of the tire center to ask if they could fix it, and everybody came to talk with me haha 😅, good customer service!! So while they fix my tire I went to buy some groceries for home, when I was about to pay they called me saying my car was done, and it cost only 22 dollars to fix

Ordered tires and set appointment online. Showed up at store and they found my order. Tires installed and ride decent. Someone in Tire bay yelled come outside, went long way around and he said here yah go then closed bay. Strange I have new tires but no booklet, receipt or any proof other than my credit card statement that I bought tires there and no proof of installation. If they stated up front that we do not give any warranty on install or tires I might have rethought $850 purchase.
