Good service. Fast, reasonable, and experienced staff . Personally as a ride share driver I already tried Walmart auto center and discount tire but (don’t go Walmart auto center they will be messed up ur vehicle) finally get better service from COSTCO.

Road damage occurred to a tire while traveling through Paradise Valley, AZ. Brendon and Ben got me in for replacement tires on the spot during a very busy day and did a perfect job of fitting new tires and getting us on our way. Perfect job, perfect customer service!

All in all it was a good experience. Good tires, good price and work was done efficiently. However, I was very disappointed after spending nearly $1000. on a set of new tires, they didn't bother to clean them or even slightly wipe them down. They were covered in dirt, grease and some kind of glue. It took away that aww factor of making a new purchase and left me to think they dont pay much attention to detail and makes me wonder what else they missed?

If you're wondering why there are no attractive young men anywhere it's because this place hired them all. 😏 4 stars because they took forever but they were really nice about it. Great customer service... Especially Brendan.
