I have been coming to Costco for decades and just had a terrible experience at the tire center. I made an appointment online and showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled time as directed. They asked if I had a tire lock and I said yes and told them where the key was. They told me my tire would be ready in 75-90 mins and ask if I have a wheel lock. I say yes again and tell them where it is. 15 minutes later they call me and ask where the wheel lock is. I tell them, then they look again and call me back and say they still can’t find it. I am at the other side of the store so I tell them I’ll walk down there and look. I abandon my cart of groceries and walk down there. Within 5 seconds of opening my car, I find my wheel lock right where I told them it was. They proceed to work on the car and about an hour later they tell me the tire is unrepairable and it will be $65 to replace it. I say fine, go ahead and replace it. I come back 45 minutes later. The store is literally closed at this point, I wait outside the tire counter for another 30 minutes until someone walks out. It’s 30 minutes after they were closed at that point. I am literally the last customer in the place. All the doors are closed and locked. The guy says “have you been waiting here the whole time?” I say, “yeah, I was waiting for someone to come out or for you to call me.” He said “I did call you.” I showed him no missed calls or messages on my phone. After all of that and making me wait there for 2.5 hours for a simple tire repair, there was no discount, apology or anything. Very unlike Costco. I would be incredibly hesitant to visit this tire center. There’s a reason they’re one of the lowest rated Costco tire centers in the valley. Would definitely go to Discount Tire instead. Have always had very positive experiences there.

Terrible. Poorly managed. They need more people. Why am I making an appointment if it's going to take the same amount of time if I just walked in? Walk in got done before me. I'm walking in from now on. Useless to make an appointment.

Careless attitude. Stained seats, looks like they don’t use seat covers and sit in the car with grease and dust on them.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. They might have a good prices on tires, but when it comes to emergency tire repair, they make you wait 3 1/2 days. Then they make you wait another hour plus to perform the service. This is totally unacceptable. I think Costco tire center will expedite service, when they are making a lot of money selling new tires. However, when it comes to any other service, they make you wait for days. And please don’t tell me it’s Covid related.

Don’t usually give bad reviews but was not happy today. A 10 am appointment for a quick nail in tire repair turned into nearly 2 hours of waiting time (lady at front said maybe 1 hour to 70 minutes max). I only came here because discount tire is not open on Sundays. For some reason they had the tire on my car and waited 20 more minutes while talking to each other, and that displeased me. I understand it is not a dedicated tire store like Discount, only a service Costco provides. However, from now on I will stick to Discount Tire, because at every location around the country that I have been to, even when it takes a while for your car to get into the aisle, once it gets in they try their very best to get it out as fast as possible.

This is the best place to buy tiers .staff is super nice .work very hard to make you happy. This location is at Jockshire. 27 Ave. They did super good job .let me know when my car was ready. Made me very happy.

Purchased our Michelin tires at Costco just shy of 5 years ago; the tires have an 80,000 mile warranty but we have only put 30,000 miles on them. The passenger front tire started losing air about a week ago, requiring that we inflate the tire every morning before going to work. Made an appointment for a weekday and brought the car in - after a 90 minute wait I was told there was no leak in the tire. Next morning, tire low again. Brought the car in on Saturday and waited 90 minutes; was told there was a nail in the tire. Next morning, tire low again. Having spent so many hours waiting at this tire center without any solution, we have no confidence that this tire team can repair the tire, so we are left to using fix-a-flat. At no point did the team apologize for the repeated visits or the waits.

Poor service. They wouldn't let me drop off my dad's truck for a simple rotate and balance even though he purchased all 4 tires there. My dad is sick and was unable to do this himself so I offered to help him, but ended up getting turned away. They lost our family on any future tire sales that's for certain.

They we're fast friendly, use nitorgen to fill your tires, and fixed my flat tire for 11.99! I couldn't be happier!
