I had an appointment scheduled to have my rotation and balance taken care of. I drop off my car to wait an hour and half. I receive no call or text so I go to check on my car. I wait at the register for 5 minutes to speak with someone. Finally, a guy with glasses comes up to help me and tell me that they weren’t able to work on my car since the tires need to be replaced. Plus, they didn’t have the tires in stock. Basically wasted an hour and half of my time just to tell me they did nothing with my car. He showed absolutely no empathy or remorse for my frustration. If you don’t like your job then leave. Don’t treat your customers like garbage. At the end of the day if it weren’t for us bringing you business you wouldn’t have a job in the first place. Never bringing my car back there to get serviced. The worst customer service experience!

Had an appointment there in the evening for tire balance. Was told to wait for a call. Waited 1 hour 30min and didn't hear any call. Went to ask at the desk and they said car was ready. Looked at the amount of time spent and it was 45min. Other than that car runs fine.

I had an air leak on my car tire. Tire Technician and his supervisor (Judd) told me that they don’t have the time to fix it and that they are closing in 1 hour. I explained to them that I am on my way to work and need to get my tire fixed. There are no other tire shops open on Sunday afternoon at 6pm. The technicians showed no sympathy or cared about my situation. I was extremely frustrated so I asked to talk to the store manager. He went to get the store manager, returned after 5 mins and told me that he can work on my car. Amazing how that works 🙄

Staff in the tire center are not experience and cannot even carry a tire. They broke the rear suspension spring after putting my spare tire on because they did not have a tire in stock for me. The tire center staff took my SUV in then after putting the spare tire on, he came out with my car and said he doesn't know why the car is sitting very low now. My husband looked under the car and one of the rear suspension spring was rip. We file a claim with Costco. It took them one month to get back to me regarding my claim. I got the suspension spring fix because they took forever to get back to me so I just wanted a reimbursement when they finally call me. First, they were only going to reimbursed me half of how much it cost for me to fix it after a complete investigation with the tire center and the staff there and I accepted it. Then, 2 days later I got a call again from Costco saying they're not going to reimbursed me anymore. Costco was trying to tell me that my car was already like that when I took it in after they had already did a complete investigation and agreed to reimbursed half of the cost for me. That is the worst customer service ever. What kind of customer service is that to take back what they had agreed on after a complete investigation to the claim that was file by a customer?

They don’t answer the phone whatsoever for any questions. My dad was very frustrated because they said they would have his tires ready and they weren’t even ready for that day.

Like other reviews state, it took THREE HOURS of sitting here waiting for ONE tire to be replaced while the employees all disappear and then come back and do one small thing then go back to talking and showing each other videos on their phones. My husband walked up and watched them and when they realized he was standing there they quickly went back to working on his car and got the ONE tire changed in 20 minutes. Apparently these grown men need to be babysat.

Tried to call their tire department and they dont answer. I have spent the last 10 hours on and off trying to get ahold of them. Even called their membership and they tried to get them on the phone

Great service get there early with an appointment call them for an appointment and why should be there for hours? Great service, 60 minutes for a complete tire balance and rotation

Tire shop experience was awful... I had an appointment at 5pm and it took 2 hours to replace a tire. What bothered me the most was that my wait was because 2 guys working on my truck were just having a conversation for 20 minutes while my truck was ready to go. Unacceptable! I guess next time I should be back there with them, so my trick just doesn't sit.

Couldn't work on my BMW because they thought my lift points were too worn (they aren't). I got my return then when I went around the corner outside I found that they left my car with the keys in it unattended and then when I asked where my tool was one guy answer he never had it and the other guy pointed out they left it on my WINDSHIELD. They are worried about the liability of lifting my car, but completely neglected my car after that. (FYI lift points underneath the car appear to be low because of the cover under the car, but in fact are the standard two to three inches off the frame, but that might take a small effort to find out) Also this was at the new Elk Grove location

Paint off at all the nut holes , service not good enough . they definitely use the wrong socket.

They left their trash and work gloves in my car, on top of that I was told by their security guard that my truck was left open when they parked my car in the parking lot. Never coming back.
