Talk about not caring about customer service, appointments don’t mean anything and even with an appointment your car might not move for multiple hours for a simple service. They could care less and it shows, needs better management and customer service training.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Made it seem like I'm hassling them when I'm asking for a basic thread depth check. Melodramatic sighs when I asked for an estimated time frame which is standard courtesy they failed to provide. Quiet quitter/dead beat energy Simple nail on tire got in 1115am for a 1130am appointment still here at 200pm. Worst than the one on Stockton and that's the worst I've ever seen. New low Avoid this place. These tire "professionals" acting like doctor Edit I've never seen such audacity to treat and talk to people like the way these guys do here. Its wildly inappropriate and insane

The worst possible service. We have been waiting for a single tire issue for four hours. They added that our car is not the main concern. Thus, if someone entered, they would leave our automobile unfinished, work on the other one, and then return to ours.

An hour into my appointment im told they just started and ordered the wrong tires. No apology. Had to drive in just to purchase tires the day before, flat out idiotic. 3 hours for 2 new tires EDIT: came back for rebalancing and Mike was highly competent, he gets 5 stars

My tire was flat. I stopped at Costco at Exposition around 3 pm. I had to wait until 6pm because they were busy. Later they looked at the tire and said I have to change the tire and pay $135+tax. I asked if they could glue the tire. They told no. I left the center and went to the private shop. My tire was fixed in 15 min for $20.

Very slow tire center. Last costco overfilled recommended psi by over 10. ~42 psi when recommended cold was 33 on car…. This place tells us we’ve missed regular rotations (maybe by 1k-2k of their arbitrary 7.5k limit at maximum). Telling us wear on the tires is not ideal due to this and we should pay 900 for a new set because one has “two punctures too close together.” The uneven wear was because they grossly overinflated the tires consistently. My fault for not checking their work…. Also waited longer at this tire center for a scheduled appointment than we have any other tire center as a walk in. Will go to les Schwab for future tire needs. More knowledgeable and better service.

Waited over 2 hours for a single tire replacement. Work was completed eith new tire on and I watched my car sit on the rack for 50 mins while I waited. If the work is done and you car is sitting there for over 15-20 mins there’s something seriously wrong with the procedures or management

We had a flat tire the day after Christmas. The tire center was extremely busy, but they looked at our car tire despite the fact we did not have an appointment. We had a flat that was not repairable, and a new tire was ordered. The tire arrived the next day and was replaced. The tire center and its employees were very efficient and professional. Thanks again for making a stressful experience easier to deal with.

Seemed very disorganized. Made appointment to avoid long wait was quoted 90 minutes ended up being 170 minutes and the manager was dismissive and kinda rude about it. A lot of standing around from the workers. I'm a huge Costco fan, not the best experience with this particular tire shop.

I get here and they said i ordered the wrong ones and they have the right ones those are two hundred more I said fine I will pay the difference...after they put the tires on they have me go to pay and let me know I have to come up with the 900 and get a refund for the one I bought on line. No one told me that or I wouldn’t of had them put on.

I had an appointment for 5:30pm and got my car in early at 5:04pm yet here I am almost two hours later waiting for my car while my food goes to room temperature. Horrible experience.

Pretty disappointed with the service. Waited 2 hours for my tires to get changed…just to see it still parked when I was picked up (2 hours after drop off). When I asked about the status after an hour of waiting I was responded to with attitude and talked to like I was stupid. Please save your time, money and energy.

Terrible experience today. I had an appointment for a rotation and balance this morning, and it took around 2 hours for them to do the job. Kind of long for a weekday tire rotation with an appointment, but whatever. What's worse is that they did a terrible job. Two of my tires turned out to be completely out of balance, and they vibrated like crazy. On the plus side, the fixed it after I brought it back. Still, I spent almost the whole day dealing with a simple job that a local tire shop would finish in 20 minutes -- and the local shop would probably do a better job. Costco as a whole is great, but I definitely recommend avoiding this tire shop.

There’s really poor management of this center. Took nearly two months for them to get the tires I ordered. Took 3 hours to put them on. They damaged one of my factory rims on a collector car. Basically if something could go wrong, it did. Made me question whether saving $50 was worth it. Will go to American Tire next time. If you care about your time or car, I recommend going somewhere else.

Took employees over 30 minutes to locate my key FOB for my vehicle after I checked out. Only to discover they had left it inside my car that they had parked out in the Costco parking lot! My car could have easily been stolen and no one would have known.😡

This is not my first rodeo with Costco Tire Center, but my first time at this location. Everybody from the employee who took my appointment on the phone, to the one who checked me in, especially to the one who pulled my car out seemed, at best, indifferent and bothered. Moderately worrisome to bring my car to technicians like this, probably will find another location. They did have me in and out in an hour, though. Also, why don't these service receipts have measured tread depths noted on them? Helpful information to gauge the age of my tires...

I got a flat tire in the parking lot so I went in & signed my car in. I waited over three hours just to be told that all walk in wait tell after all appointments... Including the ones after me. It would be an other hour so I called AAA instead
