Costco is the worst place to get tires. I ordered all new tires and they installed them but broke my sensor. They lied about it and said it's an old car and they usually need to be replaced which is a bunch of bs. They were trying to get me to pay for all new sensors for my vehicle however they were the ones who broke them when installing the tires. The manager wanted to compromise to have me pay for two and they will pay for two 😡. Again they are the ones who broke them and want me to pay for new ones. Terrible character and morals by the manager to lie to me about it. Stay far away from Costco if you ever are in need of some tires. Very disappointed in the service.

If you buy tires from Costco, avoid attempting your own repairs. Derek informed us they couldn’t fix our tire because we tried to repair it ourselves, and they insisted on a replacement. We went somewhere else and they also said it’s a liability to repair that tire so just always have a professional repair it! While they accepted walk-ins, they only repaired 1 out of our 2 flat tires. Go early at opening for walk ins. We were disappointed with the service.

Do not bother having a fair and transparent experience with this team. You have to fight tooth and nail to get reimbursed for something that THEY DID! If you represent a billion plus dollar company and can’t stand by your word, then you are worthless. Enjoy going to a company that “does the right thing” and yet tries their best to screw you over.

Excellent work under pressure! Tim and Jared had multiple cars just an hour before closing and we had pulled up with extenuating circumstances and urgently in need of a new tire. Not only did Jared get me a new tire purchased but installed it and had me back on the road within that tight timeframe. Grateful for their hard work and very appreciative of their above and beyond work ethic and mentality.

The tire pressure dashboard light came on after driving 15 minutes recently. I made an appt with Costco Tire. After 3 careful inspections they assured me there was no puncture & the tires were safe. The manager solved the issue: the car's tire pressure system needed recalibration. Yes, this proved true. Wow these techs are caring, careful & knowledgeable. I give them an A+ !!

Don't buy tires unless you have unlimited time on your hands to sit to get a rotation. That's 3 hrs of my life I'll never get back and I still don't have rotated tires. 2 of the 4 bays empty. 3 techs out there working. After 1 45 minutes (with an appt) I go to the desk and they tell me they're a little behind. It won't be 45 more minutes before they even get it in. Will you save a few bucks buying them there? Yes. Is 2 hrs waiting to get a rotation every 5k miles worth it. Not a chance. Sorry doesn't cut it costco.

Even with an appointment, it took them two and a half hours to change my tires! And my wife was stuck with our two year old walking around Costco for 2.5 hours!

From out of town, our tire was losing air and Costco was the only tire shop open with it being New Years Eve. Even with it being a busy day they got us in and out pretty quickly. Would highly recommend!

So frustrating. Even with an appointment service took 2+ hours for both install and rotation. Called for tire repair and first appointment is in 3 days and no walk-ins (against policy). It says they take walk ins, but there is a list you have to be on to walk in. Which is not considered an appointment. 🤷‍♀️ Tires are fine but service is terrible. I won’t go back after this set.

The Costco tire center is by far the best experience I have ever had getting new quality tires on my vehicles. They run sales all the time and their installation is top notch. If you want a tire repair they are about 1000 times better than the other big name tire companies who will only repair the tire within small areas, because they want to sell you new tires. Go Costco!

This is the final authority for tire selection and installation. Technicians are knowledgeable and the se Inventory is extensive. I recommend the Costco tire Center to all of my friends and relatives.

Work they do is fine, what you expect from Costco, but they need to hire more people to man the deal out front. Every time I go in there is a huge line with 1 person to help. Takes ages

I came in on a Monday to get a flat tire fixed. We had to buy a new tire (expensive) and went home waiting for them to install it. I got the call that evening that it was ready, we came, they gave us the invoice and car key. As it turned out they hadn't even worked on it yet and it still just had the spare tire on. I didn't know this and was driving on the freeway like normal. It wasn't until Friday night that they called back, claiming they'd been trying to reach me all week, but I hadn't received any calls since Monday. They said to come in the next morning, but when we did they said they were too busy to do walk-ins--until my mom called to complain, and then they did it within like 20 minutes. On the bright side, all the employees were really nice both times, but it's ridiculous to treat us like brand-new customers when it was supposed to be done five days ago. The whole thing was more irritating than getting a flat tire in the first place.

Not sure what the benefit is in scheduling an appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 6pm I showed up on time I didnt mind waiting to drop my keys off which took about 15 minutes. Staffing at the front desk is always light I understand no worries. I ordered 4 tires online. Simple tire change. I asked for one of my existing tires to be placed on my spare rim which I understand is a bigger tire than standard for my spare but have we not heard of a full size spare? I knew it wouldnt fit under the truck bed so I asked them to throw it in the bed of the truck. 2 hours later my truck is finally backed out I walk over and I believe it was Tim who handed me my final papers and said "thanks for your patience tonight we had to make sure everything was kosher since we put a bigger tire on the spare rim and costco is very particular about that stuff. " My response was "really for a spare it took higher approval to put that tire on even though it's the same rim size and fits that size of tire?" Tim stated there was more that goes into it than that. I just nodded and said okay not wanting to make it a bigger deal. Again this is all after 2 hours and there was only 1 other car in a bay being worked on and it appeared that they were training 1 new person and still had 2 other guys working so 4 in shop total plus 1 doing propane and front desk. I wouldnt say it was busy by any means. I checked my tires and noticed my valve stem covers were swapped with green plastic ones in place of the chrome ones I had on there before. I asked for mine back and watched a guy in the background shy away as the other worker tried to find them. After a minute the guy in the background walked over to a different spot slowly and grabbed them and then handed them to the other employee to bring to me never wanting to make eye contact. Let's wrap this up by saying dont go to Costco tire center if you want them to do anything bigger than stock size on your truck or jeep or if you want a full size spare. My wife had 0 problems when we put new tires on her Acura MDX 6-12 months ago because they didnt need to get "approval" for stock tires. Costco maybe it would be worth it to have at least 2 people at the desk and know they are trained on the computer system to be more efficient in helping customers.

Good tires and services. Scheduling can be a little frustrating online and still having a possible long wait in person. Every time I call I am put on a long hold.

I’ve always had good service at Costco, but this last time was a joke. Quoted me the wrong price in the beginning, broke my sun visor on the driver side and didn’t have the courtesy to even tell me about it, when picking up my car I asked about the warranty packet they always give you after a 45 min wait in line and they told me it was in my car. Sure enough it’s not. Call them and the guy gives me the run around and wants me to come back again and wait in line. So disappointed Costco.
