Had tires Installed 2 days ago. They told me 1 - 1.5 hours, and I was out in just under an hour. They were professional and courteous. Today I went back for them to do whatever it us they do 25 miles after new tires. Again professional and courteous. My only complaint is the bench to wait on is hard and uncomfortable, but I won't let that stop me from returning.

I went to a shop prior to going to Costco. The shop told me I had a nail they even showed it to me, and they wanted to charge me $200 for a new tire. They told me it could not be plugged. During the 2 hour wait at the first shop, I had the time to look at Costco online and determined that they had my tire. As I waited, I called Costco to see how the wait was and asked if they plugged tires. I was almost positive that the location of the nail could be plugged. I drove to Costco, and they weren't busy. The guy charged me less than $15 and plugged my tire in the time it took me to do one lap around the store. The service people were super helpful and friendly. AND I GOT A GOOD DEAL! highly recommend.

We got a flat tire last night during rush hour. I was able to snag a 7:45 pm appointment online and the process was super easy. Sarah was the nicest person we’ve ever dealt. She had the best attitude and helped us to buy a new tire and fixed our car in less than an hour. Would 10/10 recommend Costco for all of your auto needs!

I went there to fix a flat tire and they did not want the job because the store would close in 40 minutes and it would take more to finish it. I explained that I only went there because it was OPEN and they did not care.

I went to Cotsco on Sheldon Rd today for the wheel torque checked and I saw the guy checking only one screw on each tire in the parking lot. It took him a minute to do that. He said they were fine. I called them after to make sure what he did was fine and the guy on the phone told me they supposed to check all of the screws but didn't offer me to come back. He actually ended up telling it should be okay. Make sure if you go there check what they are doing to your car, obviously they're not doing their job

They got my flat tire fixed up quick but they cracked my hub cap and claimed it was already like that when they got to it... it wasn't, and I had photo proof.

I went in for a nail in a tire and knew that I’d need to replace two worn tires. Prices were average and the wait time was typical even though it was a busy Sunday. Tires were replaced and I drove a few feet to the pumps to fill my gas tank. While I was doing that, the low tire pressure alert came on for one of the brand new tires. Drove it back to the tire center where I was told they just needed to reset a sensor, they topped off the air and said I was good to go. I then hopped on Veterans Expressway heading to South Tampa. After 15 minutes of Highway driving, the low tire pressure alert came on again. I got off the highway and saw that the tire was low. Raced back to Costco and they sprayed the tire, which showed that air was rapidly leaking from the valve stem. It had not been sealed properly. They fixed it and put the tire back on. The tire has been fine since, but I was quite upset that this happened. It was very dangerous, and negligent on the part of the mechanics who handled the tire replacement to begin with, and after I returned , the staff minimized it by saying glib things like “oh let’s just get her back on the road!” They didn’t apologize nor acknowledge the situation for what it really was which was careless and irresponsible work that could have caused me to get into an accident in the process. If I have a choice in the future, I won’t return to this location.
