Not a soul in sight!! The shop hours say they close at 8:30pm and there is NOT A SOUL in sight! Waste of time coming up, so inconvenienced.

I bought new tires there for 2 years and now they said it too bad and need a new tires Nd doesn’t apply for warranty cause it’s not driving in alignment which they never told me to do that when I installed the tires. $1000 for only 2 years!!

I ordered tires on the Costco website then called to make an appointment for install , we arrived at the store all went very well , then when we arrived home I cleaned the soap off the wheels then finding a couple of scratches on the polish wheels not what I was expecting from such a nice tire store . For this I'm digging there review otherwise it took about an hour and all went well.

They took good care of me. Had a screw in my tire and I was dreading going to the tire place up the street at the intersection (the lost my business years ago TBH). Took a chance that Costco could help me out and they did more than I expected they would. Even when the damage wasn't as bad as we expected, they still did an outstanding job double checking that there wasn't anything else wrong. Costco is far and beyond better than the other shops in town. Will be going here from now on for tires.

These folks are great. Sometimes it's hard to get in, especially as a walk-in, but they are knowledgeable and honest - hard to find with a tire dealer. I've put on tires from Costco a few times now on a few different vehicles, and I would never go anywhere else. Costco always has deals on four tires and always stands behind their products.

I hope you aren't in a hurry! And by that, mean, I hope you like killing 3 hours at Costco while you wait for your tires to be rotated. Good grief! I've liked all the employees here I've talked to. Some go out of their way to be helpful. But, my goodness! I dropped my vehicle off at 12:30 for a routine rotation appointment, and I'm going to be fighting rush hour traffic to get home. Hopefully it'll be this evening's rush hour and not tomorrow morning's....

Better than I expected considering the reviews for this location. After we bought our tires from Costco we happened to move away from any Costco stores. I've been getting our tires rotated at random stores during road trips. I took note of the 2 parking spaces reserved for self serve filling of tires with N2 (nitrogen).

We purchased a Costco membership just for the tire prices and road hazard warranty. What followed was inexcusable for a tire shop. Issue 1; Our vehicle (2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 20” wheels) has a low volume tire size. When we were trying to order tires at the store, the inventory system couldn’t be trusted. The computer would say tires were in stock but when the tire shop employee called to reserve them, he was told they were on back order. They had no idea when our tires would be available. We really need tires. To work around this issue, we bought a used set of OEM 18” wheels which have a readily available tire size. Tires were ordered and ready for install the next day. Issue 2; The lug nuts on our vehicle have decorative caps. As is typical with that style of lug nut, the caps are loose and deformed. Some call these “swollen lug nuts”. They require using a larger socket. Costco didn’t have that upsized socket to remove our lug nuts nor did they have compatible lug nuts in stock. I was sent home with no work done from my tire appointment. Issue 3; The employee was using only Imperial sockets! My vehicle is metric. Using the wrong sized sockets worsens the issue with deformed caps. He brought out a couple of sockets to try and none of them were metric. Issue 4; Customer service isn’t good. I suggested several ways we could get the job done. I asked if they could get the correct sized socket at the hardware store down the road. I offered to get it myself. I asked if they could mount the new tires on the 18” rims as they were in the back of the vehicle, then install the wheels myself at home. All were dismissed as unworkable per company policy or would void the tire warranty. I then spoke to the manager who continued to refuse to touch my vehicle. He stated that I really need to get new lug nuts since if I have a flat, the wrench that came with the vehicle won’t work. I pointed out that the spare was already installed and I had the correct tool in the vehicle. He then said that they aren’t a full-service facility and don’t have the tools to handle issues like mine and refused to work on the tires. To sum it up, our vehicle has a common issue with the lug nuts. I’ve used an oversized socket for the entire four years I’ve owned it. Other shops can take off the wheels without issue. We will be asking for a refund on our membership and have wasted a week trying to get new tires.

Got a great deal on new truck tires but this has been followed up with miserable customer service during multiple follow-up services. Hopeful this improves.

Knowledgeable staff..they take the time to make sure you are getting the right tires. You can schedule an appointment so that is nice. One thing I really like is that they put a sticker on the windshield to remind you to rotate every 6k and they do that for free.

Slow and inconvenient. Failed to tell us that even if you have an appointment you'll still need to wait 3 hours before they can get to your vehicle. Buying tires was a big reason we chose Costco and may be the reason we will not renew our membership.

We are not happy with their service because we have four tire changed but they not admit that they not clap tie the logo cap. The next day we found it lost. We went back to see them ask for replacement but we deny it. And not offer for replacement!! My friend is Asia not speak English good so I help to translate may be the person in charge discriminate him not speak English!

Not a full service tire center. They do not have the ability to align your tires, so expect to pay another $100 at a third party center to get your new tires aligned after Costco installs them. They will not tell you this upfront.
