I drop off my car at 10:30am Costco to do my car tire rotation .The guy says will done about 3 hours if no appointment and will call. I am waiting until 6:30 pm not done yet.

I have been getting my tires from Costco for many years, but I am finished with them. I took a tire in to get patched, and they refused to do it. They were trying to bully me into buying a whole new set of tires. They were rude and unprofessional. I will never use them again for tire service and will be cancelling my Costco membership.

Chris and the team were super helpful, understanding and kind! They couldn’t change our tire because it was out of stock but still made sure we were safe to get home because we had to wait until tomorrow morning to go to another shop. Thanks!

This Costco tire place is the worst one out of all tire places. The guy at the counter is rude and unprofessional, even mean spirit towards to a senior citizen. No manager was available and workers had attitudes, never use this tire center again after spent over $1000 buying new tires. Very bad customer services.

Make sure you come to your appointment on time, I had an appointment at 10:00 AM and I was about 10 minutes late due to traffic, 4 people in front of me when I arrived. The lady working in the front will not honor my appointment but accept me as a walk in.

I took my car to replace 4 tires on January 15th and when they gave me the key to get my I found a scratch on my car wasn’t there when I dropped the car off before the repair done. I filled up a claim on the same day. After 10 days they called me and denied what happens to my car.

Edgar is the main person I dealt with today. He was extremely honest and straight forward about the different options I had. He was personable and made the experience seamless. I ended up needing to get 3 new tires, and I was done in less than an hour. Arrived at 10am & left before 11. Please note that they do not take appointments & it’s first come first served.

I would rate this place 0 or 1 star but the manager was amazing! We took our car here for replacement of 2 wheels. The line was not even long but move very slow as in slow. The staffs also lack customer service skills. No acknowledgement of people in line. Then they messed up customers order. It happened to me as well. And the worst part is they wanted me to be the one to pick up the tire from another store when they are the one who ordered the wrong tires. They check and saw the vehicle and still ordered the wrong one. SO i called the admin and was directed finally to actual manager of tire center. He was nice professional and he picked up the tire we need feom the other store. We had our car that day. But whoever fixed it messed with the inside put the driver's chair very low and far...and dumb me can't figure out how to adjust it til we got home. BUT of course the prices is a great deal at Costco. Just make sure you're ready for line and not so attentive staffs

Worst tire mechanic!!!! I went Costco tire for tire rotation and change one of the tire which was leaking. They change wrong tire . I took car home and next Day morning tire was completely flat!!!! Next day I put dummy tire and take it back to Costco again !!!! Oh my same thing happened my tire becomes completely flat next day again . I loose two days job !!! These aren’t good. Learn hard way ! Don’t go !

Today I went to Costco in woodbridge , got my tires rotated . Stop at drive thru McDonald for coffee and discovered that all my coins change in my car was gone including a handful of $1 gold coins , only 3 left . I am so disappointed of the dishonestly .
