Great service! I called the night before when I got my flat tire (the hold time was long but I was patient) the supervisor let me know they had my tire available and could come in as a walk in. I went this morning and got my tire replaced in a little over an hour.

They called and said my tire had a nail and asked if I wanted to put the spare on til the next day. Since my tire wasn’t leaking when I dropped it off I said leave the tire on. I get to the car and it’s flat and Jasmine up front was like well you said leave the tire on. Why would I say that If the tire was flat. Then the guy with the curly hair acted like I was bothering him by asking to him to take the spare out. Not to mention when they put the spare tire back in the trunk they just put it on top not in the compartment. Won’t be back. Kalyjah was the best part of this experience. Carlos was cool too. But Jasmine and the other guy with the curly hair were huffy and puffy for no reason.

They did not balance the tires I purchased at this location! I had to interrupt my trip to hit a different costco two days later and all 4 tires were way out of balance. Be ready to have to make two trips to get your tires right. Not impressive at all.

Just left the Brookhaven tire center never to return again. First I was remanded for not having an appointment. It is hard if not impossible to make an appointment if they don't answer the phone. Both people were rude and would tell you to bring the car around so they can see the car. The next one tells you can't park there, but there is no parking any where close. I had just brought my car from the closest parking place. It was pouring down. I called Perimeter center no appointment necessary to order tires. Brookhaven Tire has the worst people for a "Service Center".

Took my Range Rover in and they said I needed a new tire. Okay no problem. But why has it been 4 days and my car still isn't ready? How am i supposed to get around?Am I driving the only Range Rover in Atlanta?!?! Is the tire that rare that they couldn't order one quicker or get one from another Costco?!?! Beyond ridiculous!!! Absolutely terrible service!!!

I TRIED! I cannot and will not accept poor customer service! It's so VERY baffling to me that human beings who work in a "SERVICE" environment not understand the simple part of "SERVICE" is what drives your business! Meaning it's how you are able to have a job! I had 4 tires replaced and as soon as I leave the tire center the pressure light came on. I returned 6 days later for assistance. I won't mention being ignored because it's too much to add. I had to MAKE the Manager acknowledge me and then be questioned and told my tires had a leak. HOW! Then he barraged with questions of what I did and didn't do..reset the light etc...He begins to check the tires all while telling me the tires are FINE! I was told to get in the car and the light is still on after he fills with air and I have to push the reset light to turn off! RIDICULOUS! I will NOT return to Costco Brookhaven Tire Center! I assumed that maybe this time things would be different. NOPE! They were consistent in making me feel as if I were bothering them to have tires replaced. They speak to you in a condescending matter as if you work with tires everyday as they do. Rushed is an understatement! PLEASE don't ask a question because you'll get a response with another question that makes you feel like a child being chastised! NO customer should feel this way! I knew this would occur so I asked my boyfriend to come observe and he told me DONT EVER GO BACK THERE! I understand it's an appointment based environment where points have to be made to assure every customer has their car on time and safely. But it's as if they are always behind so you're pushed to hurry up and finish with your inquiries! I wish I could've gotten the two individuals names; one who surprisingly was a manager and the other is always there. Neither should deal with customers! Stay in the tire repair service area and best serve there. I do hope that SOMEONE recognizes the shortcomings and make things right for other customers. Its so unfortunate because Brookhaven is so convenient! But I will visit any other location for peace of mind!

I don't know if they are honoring the appointments process. In that I had to wait a vert long time just for a tire rotation. Then I was asked to go back outside and place a number on my car. Why does the customer have to do this?? The number seems to put in line with everyone including the folks who didn't set an appointment.

I noticed I had a leak in my tire and took it to Costco for repair. They showed me the nail, told me how they would repair it and it was all covered by my Costco tire warranty. I discovered some things while I waited: the Costco employees and management are not paid on commission and no incentive to “trade-up” the customer. Costco only sells and installs tires so no pressure to “cross-sell” other repairs like struts and brakes. Finally, the tires that they stock have a maximum mark-up of 14%. The tire department like the rest of Costco relies on the annual membership fee to generate profits; the mark-up is designed to cover operating expenses. Finally, the Costco warranty is clear to read and they stand behind their commitment. It was an outstanding customer experience.

This place is total chaos. If you buy your tires online, do not expect them to be there in 3-5 days like they say. Expect weeks. No one will keep you updated on what’s going on and no one answers the phone when you call to find out. Then you have to go and wait in line just to find out no one still has any idea of what is going on or how long it will take. For Costco, it’s crazy how badly this place is run. Avoid unless you’re prepared for a fight.

Coming from a family that has always purchased our tires from Costco, I will be going somewhere else for new tires. The customer service of this tire center is nowhere near the standard of your typical Costco..

Costco is the WORST for tire service. The money that you “save” on your tires is offset by the ridiculous wait times. I had a 12:30 appointment scheduled today for a balance and rotation. Schedules the appointment last week. I arrived at 12 (early) and asked for a time estimate on my service. Gentleman said about 1 hour 30 minutes. After about 1 hour 20 minutes, I asked for an update on my car since I didn’t see it in the bay. He said they were running behind. I asked how long it will take to complete once they actually started working on my car and he said 45 minutes. I had to leave as I have already wasted my afternoon there. In addition to what happened today, I had a nail puncture a few months ago and only Costco in the Atlanta area that had my same Michelin tire was in peachtree city. I had to drive 1.5 hours in the rain, on a donut just to get a tire replaced. Let’s not even get started on how long it took to actually get me in and put the tire on. I’m so done with Costco tire. Save your TIME and stress and go to discount tire, or any other shop that is actually adequately staffed and carry’s inventory.

Horrible service at this Costco tire. I returned a battery core to get a refund after purchasing a battery from them earlier. They processed the return, but I had to waiting 15 minutes for the manager.

This is my third time replacing tires at this Costco tire center in Brookhaven and will be my last. Had an appointment to change tires on my Lexus for Thursday at 6p. The rude and unpleasant woman at the counter said no later than 730p. Ok. My wife and I waited and had dinner in Town Brookhaven. I called them at 730 asking if it was complete. The man replied ‘no and that it would be another 45min’. I asked if they even started on it as I was going to just come take it and reschedule. He replied as if I was inconveniencing him, saying ‘yes they started it will be done in 45min’ and then hung up on me. I show up 45min later, no one is at the counter except for my car key that’s out in the open for anyone to take as seen in the image. I waited about ten minutes for someone to show up and gave the woman my name, she just pushed the paper and key to me. Upon inspection afterwards, there was glue / silicon sprayed all over the rims, grease inside and on the tan leather, they never cleaned the rim where they installed the counter-weights and my one rim was chipped as seen in the image from when they were balancing or removing or installing the wheel. I do not at all recommend having your tires replaced here. The people running this place are extremely rude, they can’t hold to their times and they treat you and your vehicle very poorly.

Wow. I sat in front of an empty bay, waiting for someone to come so I could ask how long the wait would be to get a new tire. The employee looked at me, walked over, put the yellow chain up, looked at me again, and then walked away. You've lost my business. I went to Walmart and got significantly better service.

Bought expensive Michelin tires from them. Got a flat. No appointments available and after a lengthy hold the guy won’t give me any idea of when they could get to a walk in appointment and was kinda rude. I hope Costco takes note that the tire dept is not living up to their service standards.

I came here for a repair to my tire that I bought at another Costco location. It had a small nail in it. They refused to repair it, saying it was irreparable. I visited an independent tire shop which was able to quickly and easily apply a small plug. Refusing to do repairs makes the Costco tire warranty pretty worthless.

It is the worst tire center I ever experienced in my life.I ask continental tire .the salse person says they don't have Iasked him what else you have?he said michlen tire .I ask him two tires. He said $395.00.I told him let me talk with my wife. I came back and told him my wife said it is OK if it is Michlen. He charged me $423.++.I took my car and drive to my home .sound of my car and it's comfort is worst. I didn't order tire rotation. But they charged me about $,40.00 for tire rotation which they don't have to rotate. Next day I took back and complain and to take out this tire and put the michlen bran tire they said we don't have it .they want to order,I said ok .they said we will call you. They didn't call me. It is unbelievable.

So it's Nov 30th 2022. Since the start of the year, I have had to come to Costco tires a total of 4 times to get my tired repair or replaced. Was it because of bad service? No. Just bad luck. All of my damaged tired have been from hitting road hazards. My original set of tires were from Costco. And they have repeatedly honour their road hazard warranty every time. First tire damage: Tire was starting to get to the end of it's life. They sold me a tire the was full price, minus the cost of the original tire's tread available tread. So I only paid $90 for a tire that normally costs $170 each. Second tire damage: Hit a pot hole that shredded the new tire, 3 weeks after it was installed. Took it back to Costco and they replaced it for free. Third tire damage: Hit another pot hole that damaged a different tire beyond repair. They told me there was a shortage on the tires that unusual get and it would be about 3 weeks. I agreed to wait. But in the meantime, I got a used tire from a junkyard,. Since I didn't have have a spare tire. After 4 weeks, I bought a spare rim and went back to buy a full set to replace all the older tires and have an actual full sized spare. They were nice and apologized for the extra week wait by giving me a discount on the full set. Minus the left over tread of the old tires. So the full set that would have cost me a little over $800, only cost me $675. Fourth tire damage: I ran over a screw today on my way home. Put in the spare and came to Costco to get the flat fixed. Cost me nothing but time and patience. Let's see if I have to come back a 5th time this year. Hope not. But Costco Tires at Duluth had taken care of me, every time I come through the doors. They have gone above and beyond to justify my having a membership here. They work hard and do their best. Yes they may mess up from time to time. They are human. I have been a customer since the early 2000s for mainly the tires. And I will continue to be a customer for at least that long. I can't deny that some of the other people leaving reviews had bad service. Some of them did. But I have the sneaking feeling that the majority of the badly worded 1 star reviews are from a$$h0l3s that weren't happy they didn't suck their "paying customers" ¢0cks. I could be wrong. But give the Costco team some time and patience and they'll take care of you.

Waited nearly 3 hours for tire replacement with appointment (which was booked 15 days in advance, their earliest available). When I went to drive away, a horrible clicking and scraping sound was coming from my front right tire. Turned right around and walked into the garage bays to let them know something was wrong, and was chastised for being in the garage. Turns out they had put a rear tire in a front wheel well. What an absolute joke, and dangerous to boot. Will never come here again and I am a dedicated and loyal Costco customer.

Called them 4 times with no answer. The one time they picked up, the person was talking to another customer so I patiently waited but then they just hung up on me. I called right back again.. still no answer. Wasted time

They offer a service to check your air pressure but none of the employees want to do it and avoid eye contact when you pull in the front. You have to literally talk up to be acknowledged. Then once an employee finally comes over they act like you are bothering them. 😒

WHOLLY UNSATISFACTORY. I purchased new tires at >$1000. Upon return home, one tire had a faulty valve, such that it would lose all air within 1.5 hours. Called Costco, and figured they would stand by their work and try to make it better. First they denied that they did anything wrong, and said I could have run over a nail or something. I said, I hear the air coming out of the valve. They said that I need to bring it back and told me to drive it. Asked a retired neighbor who worked on cars and he said, the tire is absolutely unsafe to drive on. So, we had to get the tire off, and took the tire to Costco, where they admitted 'we should do a better job.' They fixed the valve, but now we have to get the tire on the car. They were nice today, but this comes after our jack failed when trying to get the tire off and the car fell on the rotor, which we now have to get fixed. I thought I was saving myself a headache to get 4 new tires when one was failing, and I should have just patched it. I have concerns about the integrity of the sidewall of the new tire after sitting totally flat for weeks while we tried to figure out how to get to Costco without paying so much. So disappointed in Costco's service. It's why I use them, and they provided faulty service and left us to pick up the mess they made (while encouraging us to 'just drive' on an unsafe tire). I might add they also damaged the rim on that wheel as well. I will note that their COVID safety protocols appear to be top notch. I expect better from Costco.

They simply don’t forget a lug nut. They were ok sending a customer out without one. I question if they were torqued down. You would think they would notice a lug nut completely missing.
