Called to check that they had a battery in stock as instructed by the website, was put on hold for 5 minutes then was hung up on. Otherwise they seemed to have good prices and warranty but I ended up going somewhere else.

Thank you. I don’t know who installed my tire/wheel, BUT I DO WANT TO TAKE A MINUTE TO LEAVE THIS POSITIVE REVIEW. GOOD JOB MECHANIC! (Whoever you are, hopefully the whole team). They were PROPERLY torque down my wheel, I am doing some maintenance today and those wheel nuts came out exactly like it should. It was NOT 250 lbs + impact wrench like every where else. Please KEEP ON DOING the proper torque on these! Someone could be in the middle of nowhere and can’t take a wheel off to use a spare…. Seems too many of those cases.👍

As a Costco member and regular customer of the Tire Center since 2011, I'm disappointed in what used to be a great aspect of Costco. Everything has gone downhill particularly in the last year or so. Expect difficulty reaching anyone on the phone to make an appointment. Same if you go in person, you'll be waiting around for a long time. You can't just show up like you can at other tire shops, appointments at Costco are necessary. Once you do come back, expect more waiting just to drop off your car. Often times the wait will be so long it's not worth hanging around, so you'll have to leave and come back later. On your third visit to pickup your car, you'll play the waiting game again. All this to not really save much money if at all than what you would've paid at a regular tire shop. The worse aspect thing about getting your tires at Costco is in the event you encounter a problem. That's any problem, like a warranty issue with your tire, or workmanship, or needing patch repair. Because unless you've come back every time you need a tire rotation and have them do it, the warranty will not be honored. It's very shady scam. The idea in a nutshell is to sell the appearance of standing behind your product, but make conditions for that assurance, conditions which you'll likely not meet because they've made it extremely inconvenient for you to do so. They know this, it's intentional. So when you do encounter a problem they can deny coverage and pressure you to buy a new tire since you're stuck there now anyway and have little time for other options. It's not worth it and they don't deserve your business. You're far better off going somewhere else.

These guys are slow AF. Had an appt and still took 2+ hours to install brand new tires. I love me some Costco but definitely wishing I went with discount tires. What makes it worse is that they don’t have a waiting room for you to sit and wait. Instead, you are forced to sit inside Costco food area. After 2 hours, I’m literally waiting outside the parking lot anxiously waiting for my vehicle with groceries. Costco wake up and do better.

Please learn from my mistake. Do not purchase tires from Costco. They do not honor even the manufacturer warranty. I got a nail in my sidewall. They wouldn’t warranty it. Although Will failed to explain to me how a road hazard is not covered under their road hazard warranty. At one point Will was talking about tread life. How does that relate to the sidewall? My question was avoided rather than answered. Then Will had to “show me” and hold my car while he went to the concessions stand to get the $1.50 hot dog. Thanks for wasting my time Will. You illustrated how mature you are and how this Costco location regards its customers. I feel Costco used to be the good guys of large warehouse stores. It seems more and more like they are just turning corporate. While Sam’s club is offering more customer service and convenience, like scan and go. Sam’s Club also answers their phones. I spent 20 minutes yesterday trying to get the tire center to actually get on the phone. When they did I told them I would have to drive over three hours on a donut, they assured me my tire was in stock and a nail in the side wall was covered. They also said if I didn’t come it would be a week to week and a half ‘til I could get in again. Needless to say I’m having the worst buyers remorse, perhaps I should have gone to Sam’s Club or Discount Tire for my very expensive brand new set of 4 tires. Lesson learned.

Replaced two back tires on my Lexus and I have locking lug nuts and hard to find tires. Although the tire center was very busy, they were great communicators, quick to bring my car in and even called me mid tire change to make sure I didn’t want another option they just had shipped in. Very good service and good prices! I waited about 2 hours for the tire change but I came in without an appointment and 5-6 cars in front of me so that was to be expected.

Absolutely stellar experience, was nervous taking my Gt500 well….anywhere but everyone was professional, did everything to spec and handled my vehicle accordingly. The tire shop guys rock. Listening to all the Karen’s that come in, I couldn’t stand that.

Scheduled an appointment to have a tire checked after developing a slow leak. COSTCO replaced the tire quickly and provided information about Michelin roadside service for any future requirements.

Went first time because of my tpms light was on regardless me filling the tires, the guy reset the sensors and it took like a three weeks for the light to detect and turn off.but nicely he didn’t charge me anything however he drove the car recklessly in front of me . Second time I went was worse I had two nails in my tire and after they said they will fix it and charged to fix it they called and said they can’t fix a tire with two nails I should buy a new tire and they were trying to convince me to buy their offer of all 4 tires . I refused and they refused to refund me the fixing charge and said they lifted the car etc. Anyway so I went to regular tire shop and they fixed it in 5 minutes while I was standing no argument or anything. I didn’t like the attitude of the man and they usually are understaffed too.

Arrived 20 min before a scheduled appt. Mandy was very helpful since I didn't have the tire size. I was able to shop for my groceries and buy the time my car was ready I was checking out. Thank you again.

We dropped the car off here, went shopping and the car was ready in an hour and this was a Saturday! Excellent.
