I ordered tires online 9/25. They arrived at Costco 10/1 and I was able to schedule online for installation the same day. Took 45 minutes to install. Great experience.

~LOVE SHOPPING AT COSTCO. Always purchase Kirkland's brand. I knew I loved the products at Costco, but never considered the tire department...GREAT SERVICE in all the departments. Purchased Great set of Michelin Tires for my Acura. Best price in town and Wonderful Service~

Horrible experience! Seriously would not buy tires from them ever. They did not even shipped before the time frame they should have been in the warehouse and installed. Got the runaround in trying to get a refund for the tires. If you need tires in less then a month DO NOT buy from Costco.

I highly recommend getting your tires at Costco. I got a nail in my tire and they replaced the tire for $2.

Got a battery for my car and swapped out the old one for the rebate. The prices here are unbeatable elsewhere so I'll definitely be coming back for other automobile needs that this location can help with.

I just called for new tires on my 1989 Dodge D250 with the first gen Cummins Turbo Diesel. From what the associate told me they cannot get tires for anything older than 1994.

Typically I have a good experience with Costco tire center at this location. We’ve had tires put on 5 of our vehicles over the years so, we have some experience here. Today, Scott was rude and provided poor customer service. The “deal” was Scott, that my mechanic said there was something wrong with my back two tires. I trusted you to be professional and check them. People make mistakes, possibly my mechanic was wrong but after my interaction with you, I trust my mechanic more.

Was told that my vehicles lug nuts had some kind of problem. They would not put tires on my Rav4. Took somewhere else a had no problems. Wasted my whole day .....

Spent a little over 4 hours just to have my tires rotated and balanced. Person at desk told me the wait time would be 1-1.5 hrs. Do not recommend this location especially for walk in.

The employees are so accomodating and friendly. I brought my tire here as a walk-in service and needed to have it inspected for a leak. Joe made my whole day by getting my tire in and out within an hour. I'm so appreciative of the quick service!

The wait can be a bit much sometimes. The staff is always friendly. Complementary tire pressure check is the best! Only takes a minute.

When they tell you tire installation takes 1 hour, they don’t take into account the schedule and what kinds of services they have before the appointment time, so they really mean 2.5 hours. The front desk is left unattended for every 9 of 10 minutes. Find another Costco tires.

You do have to be a member, but they have the best priced quality car batteries around, with 3 year warranty. Anywhere else you'll pay at least half again as much for less quality and less warranty.

I appreciated being able to order the tires on line and was contacted when they came in to schedule the appointment. While the cost may be more than somewhere else lifetime rotation and balance is included so it feels like it's worth the price.

Tire exploded on the highway and I pulled into a parking lot to put on my spare. Raced to Costco and arrived 20 minutes before they closed. Like true professionals, they were able to get all 4 tires changed, even though they had to stay late. Saved our lives as we had to drive back to Chicago the next day. THANK YOU.
