4 hrs to get a flat fixed . 2nd person in line, as in pre-1000 arrival. Really????? Because I didn't have an appointment? Like I know when a screw is going to impale itself in my tire? Give me a break.....

Good customer service. Thank you. Make sure you make a reservation to have work done. They have a lot of walk-ins and little staff to get things done in a timely fashion.

Never timely and always something extra. They don’t answer the phone. They broke my wheel stud off and I had to go around town finding a place to repair it, pay out of pocket and then come back to get reimbursed. This was after months of going back and forth about them about it. I am never dealing with this tire center again. They are friendly enough but horribly understaffed and overbooked.

We came in for a tire rotation and got a phone call that we had to have all lug nuts replaced and it costed us out of pocket. Also we noticed on both our vehicles this place tends to over inflate your tires, BIG no no. Not only did this happen but we overheard two more customers, who were picking up their vehicles before us, were also having similar issues with their lug nuts too and also had to be replaced...what a coincidence? Definitely will be going to a different location next time.

A big THANKS! to the tire team, specially to Keith M and Andrew Y for going above and beyond their duties helping me in a time of need. I was passing Tucson and my tire exploded! state patrol actually helped me put the spare tire on and suggested to put a new tire back on since the spare tire wasn’t to drive on freeway or long distances. I arrived to this Costco location minutes before closing, I told them my situation and they were very kind, and accommodating, they accepted my car and stayed way past their closing time working on it so I could continue my travel and be safe.

First time getting tires here Nick was awesome. Ordered my tires day later had him installed by Kaden and another guy big beard. lol! Replaced my wheel sensors at the same time to get that annoying light to go away and now I know when my tires are low. The light wasn't off when I left but he assured me once I got it up to 50 and drove it for a few minutes said it would go away, and just like that it went off. I'm very pleased with this place they even referred me to a place that backs members of Costco for 15% off and that the work will don't be done properly for alignments and such. I would highly recommend Costco tire shop to others and I will be returning with my other vehicle.

Great service, and really fast. They actually get your car in at your appointment time, that sounds like a no brainer... but I'm so used to any auto services still having a huge line to wait in at the "appointment" time. My tires were on and ready to go in an hour.

I’m an engineer and rocket scientist who works on his own car and is meticulous about his vehicles. I’ve also been going to Costco for the last 20 yrs or so. I’d say that the crew working in the tire and auto are the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in a tire shop. They’re polite, listen and take good care of my wheels. I recently pulled up without an appointment and the tech noticed that one of my lug nuts was loose. Thank you! And then another one comes running out with a torque wrench offering to to torque all of my lug nuts. Made me feel like a VIP or something. Thanks gents.

I bought a new battery yesterday at your location. Since you couldn’t install it a took it home. (200 miles). Installed it this morning. Completely DEAD. My primary complaint is that called for 48 minutes and never got an answere in the tire shop. Why does no one answer the phone. I was calling between 11am and 12pm. The calls continually cycled back to phone tree.

I feel comfortable buying at Costco because they stand behind whatever you purchase with no hassle! Some of the products are unique and change often. If you like something, get it now! It may be popular and gone, never to be seen again.

Matt in service was extremely helpful. Came to Costco with a nail in my tire (unrepairable) and a spare in place. He gave honest, sound advice on what I should do. Unfortunately Costco doesn’t carry the replacement needed, but Matt made sure my spare had sufficient air pressure to carry on safely for the time being.

Wow , really good service,knowledgeable. Hard to remember when I've seen a better run operation, not to mention the good variety and great prices...very professional and quick caring service
