I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cottman Auto Repair Center and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the issues with my car and provided a detailed estimate. The repairs were completed promptly, and my car has never run better. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. I highly recommend Cottman Auto Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repair services.

Eh wouldn’t recommend these people. they’re scammers . went here they charged me a diagnosis fee 75 bucks Other shops in Philly do it for free tried to charge me 800$ to replace my fuel tank 450 for labor which is absurd 350 for the gas tank ( used) I went to the junk yard picked up a gas tank for 150 went to another shop and in total I payed 350 bucks yeah don’t come here be smart look at the reviews because clearly they just want to pocket a check off people for 200 dollar labor I would’ve done it myself but you can’t replace a fuel tank with a jack stand and a 2 ton jack. Worst part is a diagnostic fee just by that you should know they aren’t good for business tryna play me like I’m a dumb kid 👎bad jawn absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. Assuming my review is fake is insane

They price gouge! Charged me $350 to replace all 4 brake pads, given the cost of the parts, they were charging $235 for labor. Meanwhile, places close by were half of that for labor. Shop around before you go here.

It has taken me forever to find a mechanic that is responsibly priced & honest. The manager always gets me in asap. He has worked with me when having to get multiple things done, starting with what is urgent & letting me do a few visits to not break the bank.

I decided to try out this place back in October since I just need my front brake pads done and they were local. The guys there are phenomenal with how quick they get your vehicle serviced and explain what was the issue. Today I got my oil changed and back brake pads changed and once again had zero issues. I definitely will be coming back for when I get a tune up.

This place will have you in and out in no time. I never have a long wait here when getting one of my cars serviced. They always explain everything in detail so that way you'll know what's get done and you won't be ripped off. This time, I went for an oil change and inspection, and they checked everything so you're safe on the road.

Had a FLAT and thankfully was 2 minutes away from this shop. The gentleman who helped me was very accommodating. He found the problem with my tire and Although the prices for a new tire were too high for me (I went elsewhere to get a new tire) I do appreciate his courtesy actions. He was very kind and helped me a great deal!

Tahmid the owner goes above and beyond for his clients! I got referred here by family and will never go to another mechanic for my Mercedes again. He is honest, punctual, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fair with pricing. He will physically go under the car and show you exactly what needs to be done, and show you the same after the work is done. I needed some routine maintenance done, and in an unrelated incident my vehicle ran into other issues. Anthony stayed several hours past close time just to diagnose and fix the problem for me. This just goes to show what kind of a human being he is. All the positive reviews are absolutely true and I witnessed it for myself. Now I know why some people travel from very far just to service their vehicle here. Do yourself a favor and skip the dealership and any other indy you know of for all of your BMW/Mercedes needs and come Cottman Auto Repair!

straight CON Artist, if you need any kind of repair on your vehicle do not go here unless you enjoy paying lots of money to not have your car mechanical issues addressed. I recently brought my car to this shop for an diagnosis on an issue I had been hearing and they made a "guess" as to what it might be, and then charged me 1000 to fix it. Afterwards the noise was still there and The problem was not fixed at all and they refused to refund my money. I take it to another mechanic and they told me I had been ripped off and easily identified my problem. Turns out it was a TIRE issue all along. unless you need a quick oil change go to any other mechanic but here !!!!!

I've been there twice and have had a great experience both times. First was in July for my state inspection, and the second was last week for general repairs & maintenance (including an oil change, a new tire, and rotor/brake pad repairs). The staff were very polite and helpful during both visits, and they were quick with the services needed. They were incredibly accommodating with my pickup time as well. Great service, highly recommended!
