So far so good! The older gentleman Mike is very kind & honest & you can count on getting quality work done @Cottman. I got my torque converter and transmission rebuilt as well as a few other things fixed and I got my car back quickly with zero hassle involved. Outstanding service. Great communication and professional. They were able to get the part that day and I was able to get my car back the same day (a day earlier then expected). The price was cheaper then other estimates I received. They even topped off other fluids in my car that I was not aware of until the next day when I was going to do that myself. Highly recommend Cottman for your transmission needs. Mike even educated me on other issues I was unaware of. No pressure experience...honest expertise.

Always a shock when you experience an unexpected major component failure. But Mike thoroughly explained our options for replacing or rebuilding our transmission including accurate price estimates and repair timing. Cottman had us back on the road within days and included a lengthy full warranty. Would highly recommend these professionals and sincerely appreciate being treated like family and not just another paying customer.

Work was done as quoted. Rebuilt my transmission took just three days. Working just like new. No issues before during or after the work was completed. Very good clean job. They gave me a free loaner vehicle vehicle while my car. Was being repaired. It was the day before the Christmas Holiday and I did not have my phone to call anyone for a ride. You can not ask for anymore from a great place like Cottmans. MY CAR WAS REPAIRED AS QUOTED. AWESOME JOB

Amazing business... took my car in with some slipping they kept it and ran diagnostics and test drove it free of charge THEN called and let me know what was wrong with it and quoted my price. Very reasonable price too. Had it fixed within 24 hours and sent me on my way. Very knowledgeable and professional as well as friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Also want to add that as a woman I didn't feel like I was getting the run around or taken advantage of.

I took my gfs car in here because i thought it was a transmission or axle problem. Filled out the online form and completely explained what was happening. I don’t think they liked the fact that i put key in the dropbox and called the following day. All because they are closed on the weekends but hey. What do I know? They blew me off on the phone call and said the guy that specializes in that no longer works here lol i called Midas down the street immediately! Called to pick up the car and he said tomorrow they close at 5! I said sure Called and was told “we feel it, but we don’t know what it is” I picked the car up and dropped it off at midas at 5 pm By the time i got down 32 i was called and emailed! The axle is shot I don’t know? But you tell me what you think?
