Tucker was absolutely the best in assisting me with my Honda CRV and the issues it was having. He got me in next day despite the crazy snow and was quick to provide details on what was happening with my car. The communication the entire time was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

Cottrell didn’t charge me for the diagnostics that they performed on my vehicle; nor did they charge me for the diagnostics that the specialist came in to do because they didn’t feel right charging me when they couldn’t find the problem. They also talked to me rather than talking down to me. Will use their services again. Thanks!

Tucker is awesome. He worked with us and made sure we knew every step of the way of what was going on with our car… I really appreciate the fact that he made sure our car was safe the entire time it was there. I will so be recommending him to others that need a really good mechanic. He isn’t just good he is awesome. Definitely go to him for your mechanic needs

They are very thorough and knowledgeable!! My car had 2 leaks (othe mechanics could not find) they were able to find and fix both!! Plus a steering issue now fixed!! I would highly recommend the Cottrell family shop!!

Needed to get my Chevy Trailblazer worked on. I had coolant leaking in my engine bay. The Cotrell Family Auto tram was able to diagnose the situation fast and effectively. I got my vehicle back within 2 days. Amazing service and I highly recommend. Very great experience 10/5 stars!!

Wanted to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush (recommended by another mechanic). Tucker provided a detailed estimate prior to booking my appointment. After he did a full systems check, he called me and told me that my brake fluid tested fine and that I really didn't need a flush unless I wanted it done. Honest, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend their service!

I never give reviews but I feel it's warranted to do so. I have a Honda pilot and have only had the maintenance done at the dealership. But they are pricey so I called five different shops and Cottrell had the best rating and reviews. This is the first shop to touch my vehicle besides the dealership. They are friendly, professional and not going to do you wrong. I had an amazing experience and Tucker did a great job. Most adorable As well.

I see now why Cottrell gets such great reviews. I needed a prepurchase inspection done but, as I am out of state, Tucker was willing to coordinate getting it to his shop - not just an on-site check. The prompt communication & genuine care in my case is a level of service I rarely see these days. The car ended up getting sold out from under me, but I also wanted to add that he had made room to do this within a day of reaching out, which is also greatly appreciated. I only wish I lived closer so that whatever I end up buying would surely be in good hands when it's time for servicing. Thank you Tucker.

Tucker has been great to work with. His turnaround time for quotes is great. He got me in and out in the exact time he planned for. For one of my vehicles I was considering selling. He did a great fair balance, job of walking me through the pros and cons and values of different decisions I was thinking of making.

What can I say except that Cottrell Family Automotive is the best, most honest body shop I have been to and will ever go to. I found them by accident when at my wits end over my current issue with another body shop who was ripping me off and ultimately ended my work order when I demanded answers and documentation on my cars work and parts ordered. Tucker answered my questions, agreed to work on my car upon the other body shop having my car towed to him, and kept in constant communication with me. He didn't need to really do anything to help my car, only charged me half of the diagnostic estimate and even walked me out to my car as I picked it up and made sure I tried it in front of him. He didn't try to do unnecessary and unauthorized repairs without my consent and try to scare me with possible scenarios just to get a big ticket transaction. I have found my only future body shop! I recommend him and the rest of the team at Cottrells. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s

Took my truck in last minute before a long trip. I was amazed at how clean and organized his shop was. Very fast, detailed, and thorough. He did a full inspection on my truck with an oil change. Put it on a lift - found some issues I didn’t even now about. Definitely a repeat customer, thanks Tucker.

Tucker is a great mechanic. He worked on my 4runner and fixed a leak. His shop and waiting room are awesome, easy place to sit and work while you wait. I also appreciated the software he uses to quote repairs on your car, it is a streamlined and transparent process.

Wonderful local automotive business! Clean & organized shop. Tucker and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and provided an above and beyond service for my vehicle. Tucker also inspected my car to identify any pressing preventative maintenance needs. He also helped me create a plan & timeline to address upcoming repairs. Definitely recommend this shop!
