I am disgusted and appalled by the way my niece was treated today. She was quoted $130 and charge $290, to change ONE TIRE! They didn't have keys for the lug nuts, so she had to purchase her own and bring it back to them (which they tried to keep by the way). Charging a young woman for worn down tools you broke conducting business is unethical, grimy, and gross practice. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I had a screw in the tire of my new car. The owner took it out, checked to make sure it wasn’t leaking, and didn’t charge me a dime. Easily could have charged me for looking at it, but didn’t. When my bumper to bumper warranty wears out with the dealer I certainly will be back.

Had a very strange experience here. Basically took my tire to get replaced - paid for a full replacement - guy even came out to tell me he changed it and I probably should replace the other three soon. Got a nail in the “new” tire, upon bringing it in to get patched they told me the tread was low on it - I’m like that’s the new tire you put on a month ago. (No I didn’t look at it when they originally put it on). Well it was some old mystery tire. No apology for the mistake (?) and none for me having to come in again to get my “new tire”. They made kind of a big deal about the fact they graciously weren’t charging me for the “new”!tire- Which I already paid for and supposedly had put on. Thanks for not charging me ?! Again!? And I had to convince them that there was either a mistake made or something fishy is going on- they didn’t seem too concerned. Maybe it was a mix up, I would recommend going somewhere else. Someone else left a review that something fishy was going on. Check their work at least before rolling off their lot. Maybe it was a mistake- ?

See Diane’s review below. This is how they operate. They’re fine unless they screw up. Once they do, they’ll try to cover it up by blaming you or the car. Then they’ll charge you for any follow-up work to (attempt to) correct their prior shotty work while taking zero responsibility for their mistakes. I’d strongly recommend finding somewhere more honest and trustworthy to work on your vehicle.

**SMART START BREATHALYZER CALIBRATION SERVICES ONLY*** This is the service center for my breathalyzer. These gentlemen are always friendly. However, I have been charged multiple times for one service on multiple occasions with a failure to see the refund. Servicing itself generally takes a little while, but no problems there. The parking lot is cramped, and Becky, the front desk, is rude and short on the phone and in person.

We required urgent service while in St Louis and County Tire was able to handle our tire needs. We were able to get four tires in a sort of hard to get size, installed and back on the road, all on a bisy Saturday. Pat is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and got us a good price for good tires. We are very thankful to know a great quality tire service in the St Louis land of potholes.
