I was happy they got me in the same day for a spark plug tune up and there was a 10% off sale that I needed. Abel is a great asset to the company as he is willing to do what he can for the customer . My wait time was short and I love the free coffee. I wish the TV was muted unless requested by the customer , as it’s a big irritant to people’s nerves . But the tv is the only complaint. No one watches TV in this modern era and the noise grates on my nerves. But the service dept is great. Susan Carr

Sabina, Travis, and Will were great! I had actually been in contact with another dealer and told them I don’t like hard sales tactics them my own profession was in sales so while I don’t mind having a sales ‘pitch’ I don’t like old school way of ‘initial here, what will get you to take car today, hours at dealer ect.’ Long story short other dealer was trying to make up Ford’s promotional APR rates and among other numerous annoyances I finally just walked out, found Courtesy Ford with Sabina and Travis with virtually exact same features and called them up telling them what I wanted and they got me the APR rates, rebate and what I wanted for trade. To top it off we decided to call with top tier maintenance and warranty after talking with Will because the value to me was windshield replacement and fixing minor door dings/cosmetic included (out last car we had woooorst luck with chipped windshield and door dings) Moral of the story, good sales people who focus on value. They met me how I like being met with sales aka I do my research, I know what I want, I’ll haggle a little but ultimately I have two toddlers and I’m not trying to spend half a day getting a car 😂 5 stars all the way around!

I leased a new electric car from this dealership and overall it was a really good experience. There were some minor hiccups in the process and the lease price changed slightly between initial offer and signing, but it wasn’t a huge price difference; $350 over contract period. The actual total cost of purchase was several thousand below ford.com listed price without haggling, which was a wonderful experience. They did talk me into leasing the vehicle to get that lower price though. So it seemed like I skipped the haggling by not buying it. The salesman was super chill, very informative, and genuinely wanted me to love my new car.

Bought a used vehicle, it needs an alignment. They said they would take care of it. Can't even get it scheduled after multiple calls and emails. Finance manager is a scam artist.. tries to push you to get the service agreement because "headlights go out at 40k miles and cost 4k each" and "windshields cost 5-7k to replace because all the sensors go through it and need recalibrated". Quoted 580 a month with the service agreement, I asked what it is without and was told 480, come to find out it's actually only 420 without.. Just all around terrible. Only bright spot was the sales lady but only because she was nice, she wasn't exactly great at her job, but I wouldn't mind working with her again. I was buying the vehicle regardless because it was exactly what I needed and below market price. I will never return for service or to buy another vehicle regardless of price.

Pathetic and shameful behavior trying to take advantage of a new widow at this dealership. We had a death in the family and decided to sell a 2022 Ranger with less than 5K miles as our family member who used it passed. We were offered a price on Saturday and then offered almost $5,000 less.. less than 36 hours later when we showed up to take the offer. (No damages found, no issues with title or paperwork.) Absolutely shameful behavior.

I am completely satisfied with Courtesy Ford and their maintenance team. I believe it begins with my service advisor Tristen, who is always faithful in getting me promptly scheduled for service. He makes me feel important and aways sends me reminders and keeps me up with my vehicle when it is being serviced. For me, personal service is important and I receive that at Courtesy Ford.

Scott was a solid person to work with answering our questions and being very upfront with all information we needed to make a good decision regarding our vehicle purchase. Although we had a particular model in mind, he was quick to give us information about other options we had available and the special editions in their showroom. Our sales experience was great with Scott and I would go back to him for any future needs. Our financing was handled by Hunter and he came through with a better deal than our pre-approval from our bank which allowed us to explore a few other extras we probably would have passed up on to keep our payments lower. Overall a smooth experience from sales to finance and I was able to drive off with my new truck once it arrived. Scott even helped me setup my Ford Pass app and make sure I got a quick rundown of my new truck which was great.

Update: after much conversation and argument and threats of protesting the dealership they finally made it right and took the lightning back and got me into a gas vehicle. I ate a little bit of the cost but I think they definitely ate some too. Ultimately they ended up doing the right thing. Avoid this dealer at all costs. Bought a new Platinum F150 Lightning knowing distance /range would be significantly less than a gas version, but with 300m range, towing should be around 150m when towing. NOPE. 85m max. Not even enough to make long passes. Additionally, the truck OVERHEATS the battery going up ANY incline when towing causing it to cut power to everything including SHUTTING DOWN THE AIR CONDITIONING...so now, in a BRAND NEW Ford F150 towing 6k lbs up to a 2% grade in 85 degree weather we get stuck going 45mph max, no air conditioning. This is despite when they got the truck from a Seattle area dealer that had it on their lot and THEY drove it down to Portland in March (cold weather) they failed to notice the heater coil wasn't working so the cabin had NO HEAT on delivery. It spent 10 days in their shop waiting for a part, then the install etc and the entire time I'm telling them I want a different truck; they did everything in their power to constantly talk me down & convince me to keep it refusing to do anything else the entire time until the repair (of a brand new truck) was complete. At that point, whatever, I picked it up only to discover later that it can't actually tow, the entire reason we bought a truck (boat, utility & camping trailer towing). Dealer told me to basically take a hike, call ford about their buy back program, or I can trade it in and buy another one (which of course would cost me additional tens of thousands of dollars to do). These people are CROOKS and they don't give a crap about their customers. If there company Ford makes a complete crap product and you make the mistake of trusting Ford and buying it not knowing, YOU get stuck with the bill. I'll be contacting attorneys this week to sue Ford & the dealer and due to the high dollar figure, it won't be a small claims court lawsuit. Also, the sales person was a disaster, supposed to get all weather mats and a tonneau with the deal of the truck and it took MONTHS of them ordering the wrong items, in addition to all of the above. And I've been telling the dealer and Ford from day one of discovering this to be an issue, all I want is a FUNCTIONING truck, take your EV truck that can't tow back and give me the gas version...dealer and Ford themselves refuse; they're fine sticking it to their customers. Don't trust these crooks at all.

We dealt mainly with Sabina Khalidova, Internet Sales Mgr for the dealership. Friendly, attentive, didn't push us into a decision. Listened to what we had to say, answered all our questions promptly. It did take quite a bit of time after we had agreed to purchase the vehicle for the paperwork to be completed but they were down a finance manager due to illness and Hunter did a thorough and smooth job of completing the purchase for us as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend them.

We had our 2015 Edge serviced by Courtesy Ford it had a open recall that was the reason it had broken down. We had it towed to the service center without a appointment they fit the edge in the next day and we got it back the next day free of charge. Thanks Veronica.

I absolutely love my Ford broncosport heritage. I'm happy I purchased that one I'm glad I went through Courtesy Ford however their follow-through left something to be desired as far as the electronic system. But when I have a moment I'll try to go down there and see if they can help me with it in person rather than online since they didn't return my call after three attempts.
