went here to get key batteries replaced & a gear shift knob. salesmen met us at the door & was not very friendly. couldn’t fix my gear shift knob due to supply issues (not their fault), removed the gear shift facing, tearing the leather in the process (did not let me know they did this), then my key fobs didn’t work after having the batteries replaced - come to find out they had put them in backwards. will not come here again.

Do not waste your time coming to this place. I had another issue prior to the one I had today. The first issue occurred several months ago. I took my GMC Yukon to be serviced for transmission problems. I did not receive a phone call after I dropped it off. After a week I called to speak with a manager. I was told they were short and only have certain people that works on transmissions on certain days. Paid 3K to get the problem fix FINALLY! Today 11/20/24, I scheduled an oil change for 4PM. Arrived 10 minutes early, I stood at the service counter only to be ignored by two gentlemen at the desk. Courtesy will NEVER get another $ from me. I will tell my family and friends to stay away too. Good luck 🙄

Mickey Johnson handle most of the transaction via text and over the phone. I requested the VIN and and build information, which he sent very quickly. I compared the pricing from another dealership that was able to come in much lower. I requested another comparable offer and we did see a few difference in the build options. However, Mickey did deliver on getting the price closer to what I liked. The other dealership was still lower but the salesman tried to pressure me into a purchase and making the statement that this is the end of the month an he was just trying to make ends meet. That made me feel like he would not look out for my best interest so I told Mickey if he could get the price close that I would complete the purchase with him Mickey never called to pressure me and only sent me two text messages, one was to let him know when I was ready and the other was to apologize for his online sale person for contacting me when we already had a date locked in for me to come in and complete the transaction. This was far one of the most pleasant transaction I have don in a while. Thanks Mickey

I was told my parts were in but after dropping off my car I was called back because my parts mysteriously weren’t there. I believe you gave them to somebody else and I’M VERY UPSET WITH THIS SITUATION ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE I BOUGHT MY CAR! Car was in for service and come out with a big scratch on the rear bumper what the hell is wrong with your service people

I took my car in for service because the SD card indicated that it was removed. I was informed that the dc power converter needed to be replaced before they could remove the SD card and was not sure if replacing the converter would fix the problem. Well it didn’t fix the problem. After driving my car an hour later, the SD card popped up again. I’m not sure if anything was done at all. Over $500 with no repairs done.

Not real sure why a $15 hazardous waste charge was added to a wheel alignment??? I have never had to pay this add on charge before? The tech's at Courtesy are great 5 star!!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took 3 days to look at the vehicle and then to only find out it was not a warranty issue but an issue I would have never thought of. Bringing it in because that is what message was emailed from the diagnostic. And even baffled the mechanic for several hours resulting in me having to pay for some of that time. The dealership is fantastic as well as their employees.

Excellent customer service, my car was hit in the rear and I didn't want to take it anywhere else to be repaired because of their exceptional quality of service that they give. I purchased my car from them. When I picked up my car today, not only did they repair it, but the washed it, totally vacuum it clean. They shined my tires! Wow! They truly live up to their Name: Courtesy!! O. I must say, you wouldn't expect a bathroom to be clean and clean smelling in a body shop, but it was!!

The truck has been in there almost 2 months at this point at 58 days.I think, however, it's what it is.I can't help that.

Inquired about a truck they had for sale Online. I was told by the internet manager it was available. I immediately responded with a request to see the truck in person, through email and text. No response at all, even though they were open for several hours. One day later inquired several more times. During this time I looked online and noticed the price of the truck was higher by $7000. Finally at the end of the day the manager I had the initial contact with sends me a messaging informing me the truck had a deposit on it and they were waiting for someone to come look at it. Several days go by and the truck is still listed in their website and auto trader for sale at the higher price. It looks Like it did sale, as it's no longer listed in the web for sale, but even after the price hike I inquired about it, again with no response from the dealer. I do know it was the same truck, as I had the add with the lower price that contained the VIN number. It's just a truck, but this felt like a bait and switch or an accidental pricing they didn't want to own up to it.

This is my fifth experience with Courtesy GMC/Buick! I've had two Acadias and two Terrains, both GMC's. My most recent purchase is a Buick Encore. MY Agent, Michael "Mickey" Johnson has been the best!! He always works with me and gets me the best deal around...and I thank him so much for it. Although I don't remember the name of the guy in the finance office, he is great as well... I'm always in and out in a timely manner with all questions answered before I even ask them! Thanks so much!! I'm thinking that this will be my forever vehicle...but, I thought that of the last one too. If I should change my mind, know for sure that I'll be calling Mickey. I took my car back to the body shop after work was done to the rear end for a third time. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the work, Johnny in the body shop had a condescending attitude when I explained the the repair was not correct. I bought my Kia back twice, after the initial repair because the trunk was not completely aligned and the inside felt was not put back together properly. Kia confirmed that it was not correct as well. They also didn't replace a part and left it in the trunk. I asked him why I was having to bring my car right back for the same issue and basically he said he'd look at it but he wasn't going to keep looking at the same problem over and over. I could take it to someone else. I don't know if he thought because I am a women, I should just be happy with it or he doesn't take pride in his work. If I could see the issue, how is it they cannot when this is there profession. I will not be taking my vehicle back. Just be careful and pay close attention to detail. Especially if you're a woman.
