I called early on a very cold morning and Mr. Reed was there in an hour. He diagnosed and explained the issue, and was about to get the part and repair my car quickly without me even being there. He charged an incredibly fair price, and I was back on the road in no time! He was very professional and made sure he put in a quality replacement part. I was able to pay my Venmo which was an added convenience. I would highly recommend him!!

I highly recommend Courtney. He replaced a starter for me and also diagnosed another issue I was having. He got me back on the road at a very affordable price. He does good work and is much cheaper than a shop. Will be using him in the future

This guy is a legend. Very polite and fast to respond to service request and quick to resolve the problem. I texted him on a Saturday, had him here on a Sunday at 9am, and the problem was fixed a few hours later with very fair cost of parts and labor. Thank you Courtney!

I called early in the morning to see if someone will be able to come look at my car well he said Yes &’ to text him my address. I texted my address yet he never showed up, called and no answer very unprofessional of him. Highly disappointed because I could’ve found someone else.

Courtney’s Mobile Auto Service LLC is an amazing company! While I was on vacation in Cincy, my tire needed care and the mechanic was on top of it! Very timely and efficient. He was polite and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was safe for the trip back home. I definitely would recommend his services.

Mechanic showed up at my apartment at 8 am on a Sunday and not only fixed my old battery, but undid some of the damage the dealership mechanic did to my car. He goes out of his way to help customers. Would recommend his services to anyone else.

Excellent experience with Courtney. Called him and he was able to fit me in the next day - I took it as a good sign that he is often booked. Courtney's 30-year expertise made me confident a new battery was what I needed (and was all I needed). He gave me a lift to the auto parts store and recommended the best replacement product, even using his corporate loyalty account to save me a couple of bucks. At the end, his price was very reasonable, and the whole time, he was friendly and professional.

UPDATE May 2024: Another 5 stars for Courtney's service. He came to my house within 24 hours of me calling and got my sister's car running again plus an overall check of the car. He taught us some basic maintenance and helped us make a list of future service work. I plan to only call Courtney for auto service from here on out. Courtney to the rescue! My Toyota Corolla had a dead battery in my driveway and in less than 24 hours my car is running again. Courtney responded quickly over email and phone. He is knowledgeable and brings a wealth of experience with him. I will absolutely be calling Courtney again when my next auto issue arises.

Courtney helped replace the breaks on my mom’s car and did a phenomenal job! One of the parts was fused together from heat and rust and he took his time to crack it open to get the break pad. I watched the whole time. Super friendly and knows what he’s doing.

Courtney is an expert troubleshooter. He knows details about new cars as well as older/vintage cars like no other mechanic I've experienced. He's professional, polite, organized, and hard working. Plus he arrived 10 minutes earlier than our appointment time on a Sunday morning. 5 stars in all categories for him!

Courtney service was great beyond great. I would have to say this is the fastest that I've got my brakes done. He was a very courteous after he finished my breaks he stuck around to make sure that they worked just fine had me go around the block overall this was a great experience I will be using his services again for any mechanical issues that occur.

Such a kind, thorough, and knowledgeable man! I needed an airflow sensor replaced and he checked over everything before making sure that was the part I needed! Was so helpful I couldn’t recommend enough!!!!

Courtney did a terrible job on my brakes.i asked him multiple times if he knew what he was doing and he told me yes but my brakes only lasted 2 months. I wasted $300 on a bad service job when i could have went to midas who would have done 10x better than what he tried to do. Do not bring your car to him it will not be worth it. If he can fail on a break job i just know he will fail on any other service you need done. Please take your car to a well qualified professional and not somebody who work off the street.

Courtney is great. My car was breaking down on me while driving and I had it stuck in a parking garage. He came and fixed it in the parking garage, drove it, let me drive it, and charged a very fair price for everything (despite my car being very difficult). I plan on going to Courtney in the future. I needed to figure out what was wrong with my car and Courtney was able to fit in me in pretty quick. Not to mention him being mobile was very convenient. He was able to diagnose the issues and gave me estimates for them all. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I’ll definitely be using him again!

My car would not start. Courtney's was the closest to the location I was at. I called and he said he could come out and take a look at the car and gave an estimated time. He called and updated me when he was on the way. I was fully expecting to have to tow my car as I had tried to get it to start 5-6 times. He showed up and took a look at my car and got it to start. I then drove the car to his shop. It did surprise me because his shop is not a conventional auto shop setup. Courtney was extremely professional and got back to me later that day with an estimate and an explanation of what work needed to be done to the car. I was extremely shocked by the quick turnaround. I was fully expecting to not have the car for a while, but I am super thankful especially since he charged a fair price for the work. I have been driving my car for about 2 months now with no issues! I would definitely go to Courtney for any car maintenance/issues in the future!

Once he set up an appointment it was hard to get a hold of him the day of and then when rescheduling he did the same thing. Never got serviced, now he just ghosted me because he didn’t want to follow through. Not very reliable
