Great service and choices here. Our grandparents have been searching for a specific mini van for a while and we happen to find one here. After having our car guy go by and check it out we decided to pull the trigger. It was in really good condition and they made the process super simple. We will definitely keep an eye on their inventory for next time we need a new car.

Me and my Fiancé had been looking for a Ford expedition for a good long while. She pulled up Cowboys auto ranch and called them and Ferris Answered and was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. We arrived there and he met us outside. The whole process was amazing and he helped us the entire way in buying our expedition. If I could I would give them 10 stars me and my Fiancé are so great full and happy with how we were treated life family. Thank you again Ferris you really are amazing!!

Had a great experience with Farris and Don! They are straightforward and honest. I am happy with my new truck! Edit: 8/19/24 After the first week of owning my truck and taking it for inspection, I realized I should’ve done it before purchasing. Please bring your own mechanic or get a pre-purchase inspection before buying. I found out that the front shocks are blown, the exhaust manifold is leaking, and the truck has been heavily abused. (I’m getting an inspection for rust this week.) These issues will cost me several thousand dollars in repairs and labor. Doubt they will reimburse the labor or parts ... Just be aware.

The gentleman at Cowboys auto were wonderful when we bought a New to us vehicle from them they made the process simple and easy got me in and out and the biggest thing being a female buying a vehicle they treated me with so much respect and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb! I highly recommend them to anybody who’s in the market for a used car

I will start out by saying that the person we talked to was nice. We drove up to see a vehicle and it was falling apart and we were told sold as is. It was really bad cracked window, very damaged, and also the steering wheel was not straight when we drove it. Those were just a few of problems. He just didn’t care that we called and talked to him and drove all the way up there and on the phone he only said it has hail damage and the pictures were good because the damage was hard to see. I hate to see someone do what we did and drive all the way up there thinking the vehicle is a good deal. I can only speak about this one vehicle, but I would bring someone that knows cars with you. I just left there knowing I would never go back.

Thank you to the folxs who work here. I had a converter that needed to be replaced. They did it in a timely manner. Originally they quoted me three days that it would be in the shop. They got it done in one. I greatly appreciate the sense of urgency. Great communication from everyone, friendly and professional. They do right by my family and their pricing is good. Highly recommended.
