This guy is the bomb dot com! I caught a total flat in downtown Charlotte on a busy street. The gentleman got to me within 30 minutes, removed my tire, took the nail out, plugged it, and filled it with air on site. He was very professional and provided very fast service. I highly recommend his services.

Man these guys are like that fr (translation: they're the real deal)! I tried to remove a nail from my wife's tire myself with my tire repair kit, but it was an exercise in futility (it resulted in the tire going completely flat). I searched for mobile tire repair near me and found these guys. I'm glad I did cause bro came out and fixed the tire in maybe 15 minutes. The dude at the shop sent me an invoice to my phone number and that was that. Anything tire related and you can't get to a shop, call C & R, they're very fast and ultra-convenient and get the job done right. I would give 12 stars if I could.

I had a very very bad experience with these people. I had a blow and call these low quality people out to repair my tire. They brought out an old damaged tire that had a nail in the outer side wall of the tire. I pay for a brand new tire. I was charged for a new tire 195.00 . I was night and rainy at the time they came out to replace my tire. They knew they gave me a bad tire because the guy kept on saying to me you have warranty sir. Don’t worry about the tire. Next morning the tire went flat. I took it back over to the shop to tell them the tire was loosing air pressure. They told me it had a nail on outter side wall and it couldn’t be repaired . I had to go somewhere else and buy a new tire . I lost over 195.00 on the hole deal . They calm they couldn’t help me out I had to buy a new one . Don’t fool with these folks.

We came to Charlotte out of town for a cross country race. When we arrived it was past 10pm and we had a flat tire. C&R were quick, and communicated well with us. Super grateful for them and helping us in such a bind! I would highly recommend them

If I could give a lower rating I would. Person kept telling me time of arrival to change flat tire. Called back 4 times and he lied every time. Very unprofessional. We cancelled and got the help of a good Samaritan.

Got quoted $250 for a USED TIRE AND SERVICE. 30 min drive to me and change a tire. I’ll wait till morning and pay $50 out the door at my tire shop $250!?!?! you’ve lost it. And on top of that, it sounded like you were making up the prices as we speak. Big PASS

Chris is a hardworking man trying to provide for his family. Communication on eta could be better but he came and helped me when I had a flat at 1:30am on a Friday night. The price made sense for the excellent service.

I got a screw stuck in my tire on the way home and within 10 minutes of being home my tire was completely flat. It was after work hours and a lot of places were closed, but we were able to find C&R Mobile Tires. I called about the situation and was told they would come to my house to fix it, which I was super grateful for. Chris was on the way within 5 minutes of our conversation and was able to fix it in a very timely manner. Chris provided amazing service and I will/would call C&R Mobile again. Definitely suggest using this company!!!

Overall a Great Company!! I happen to be that girl that’s can’t help but always have a flat tire & is too busy to go to a shop lol. He comes through every time for me & he comes the day i contact home. Result are always perfect & communication is as well. No complains at all on my end. Thank you again!

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Quoted me “ 2 Hunnit” for a roadside repair and said he would be there in an hour. I waited 2 and a half hours and he never showed, nor did he respond to numerous calls and texts. I highly recommend finding another tire service because the way he operates his business is absolutely flat out pitiful.

Called these ppl the guy said he would be here in an hr and never showed,he could have just said he couldn't do it and I would have hard another spot to get it done like I had to do anyway🤡 wasted a hr.these ppl aren't reliable don't even know why they have any stars to begin with. But you can tell they aren't professional by the way the guy answered the phone.

I called C&R at 8:30pm with a flat tire on my teenage son’s car which happens to not come with a spare so he couldn’t just change the tire out so he was stuck. C&R quoted me over the phone for a patch/plug I was thinking was all that was needed. They assisted my son within an hour and turned out my son’s tire was beyond repair but C&R had the foresight to expect the worst and bought a good used tire with them for my sons car and replaced the tire on site and got him going again. I certainly recommend them!

We called about 15 different “24/7” emergency roadside services before we finally found C&R. The gentleman came out on a Sunday around 7 p.m. to replace my fiancé’s flat with a new tire. He was fast and knew what he was doing. Thank you guys so much for your help!! Definitely recommend calling these guys!
