I got hit by a car on my driver's side front corner. They got me in quick and kept me up to date twice a week. Everyone that works there was so nice and polite. It didn't take long they got the parts and other work done in a good time. When I went to pick up the car it look so good and so clean. I would recommend them to everyone.

Estimate was fast and painless, text updates through the whole job, lucky enough parts were actually in stock, and I had my car back super fast! Would recommend - paint matches flawless, no weird gaps, and things are put back correctly.

I would recommend this place to anyone needing bodywork im sure they do a number of things but I came to them wanting an inspection and I left with an appointment for my car it was clean Profesional and fast and I'm pleased can't wait to see how my car will look again thanks crash champions.

Had my car repaired here after some loser tried to steal it. I highly recommend them. They were great to work with. I'm a huge germophobe and they cleaned and sanitized my car and I didn't have to do anything. My car came back looking as new as when I bought it.

This is the WORST repair shop I have ever been to. They lied to me and told me that my car would be ready and continued to contact me telling me that my car would be ready in a certain day. I went in to pick up my car and then they said they had not painted it, which they specifically emailed me and said they had finished days before, or finished it at all. They continued to push back the pick up date multiple times. This shop is terrible and I would not recommend at all. They will keep your car for much longer than any other shop and take their sweet time fixing it.

Called to see about a small repair. Was told location did not accept out of pocket? Really? Are you a dent repair shop or not? Moving on to a place that work with the customer.

They told me not to go there but had to experience it myself. I guess they weren’t lying. Brought my car in to get it appraised on Monday. They took the pictures and told me that they’ll email me the quote the next day. Waited and waited. 5 days later still nothing. I decide to call them and finally got in touch with one of them. They finally got me the quote. It’s was $3900 just to order a new front bumper, painted, and put it on. I was disappointed. And after that. He had the nerve to say that’s not all. There’s other components and cost me more if it needs. Enough said about them. Just disgusted.

I have to say that I have never experienced such wonderful customer service in the auto arena. I was unfortunately in a car accident. My insurance provider assigned Service King for repairs. Start to finish they kept me in the loop and had my car ready as promised. Due to the nature of my accident and all the A/C quit working. I took my car back to Service King. Without hesitation or anything they checked it out. They promised me that they would have the part in tomorrow (today 5/26/22). The manager of Service King had my car picked up by staff. The fixed my A/C and even topped off my gas when they returned my car. Bravo and a huge thank you for everything Service King. Don't bother taking your car anywhere else!

If I could get them zero stars I would they were supposed to fix my car after an accident when I got it back as you can see in the pictures the bumper gap on one side is different than the other inside the light gap on one side is different than the other side there’s a push pin missing out of from underneath my windshield wipers and the suspension is still making noise took it back to him they had it another week got it back car makes more noise than it did before I took it back to them really unhappy with the I am going to have to go to fire stone to have the front end fixed that’s how bad they are

Took 2 months to get my car fixed. Didn't know what was going on because they don't keep you informed. They let automated messages entertain you with inaccurate information. Then they messed up the paint so they had to wait for their only paint person who was taking the day off to come back to work to fix it. Would not recommend. Would recommend Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet on W Broad St. Service king's customer service is 90% automated and when you do speak with a person they tell you it's "unreliable". Every person I spoke with told me the automated updates are unreliable. I would think to improve business they would forgo an unreliable service and replace it with taking the time to make phone calls to update their customers and keep them in the know about their own car.

As an employee and previous consumer I can say this company operates with full integrity . The customers vehicle is top priority . The service manager Mike is awesome and very well respected by myself and staff. Julia is the front desk rep and she's sweeter than cherry pie

I was in an auto accident early in June . My insurance recommended Service King. I was never pleased more then to hand my keys over to a professional business like Service King. Now I hear they do more services then handle accident repair I will be back for more repairs.

Service King helped me with repairs to a hit & run in 2020 so when I was to choose where to go this time, I instantly knew. They were great at helping me get in the next day when their national phone people said it would be 10 days. Awesome work on both my Trax and them helping me get the rental back to proper place. I hope I never need a car fixed again, but if I do Darby Creek Service King will be it. Thanks to all of you..! One added thing was when I told them I worked directly across West Broad, I could walk to work, they didn’t want me crossing 4-lanes on foot, and took me. Sweet -

This was my first experience with getting body work done with my car and it was a very positive experience. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful. They walked me through everything I needed to know during the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone that was in a similar situation.
