I got in an accident recently and used Crash Champions for diagnosis and repairs on my car because they were one of the providers from through my insurance. The quality of work and attention to detail was very disappointing. Every time they told me that the repairs on my car were complete, I would go check and find damages that they should have found originally from the accident, then once those were done the quality of work as still not good at all. My engine is still making noises from the accident / on the same side of the car where it was hit and they refuse to fix it or take care of it. So in conclusion, they were supposed to fix damages from the accident and not only is the work performed not good, but my car is also not fixed and I'm in a pickle. I can't consciously and transparently give them anything more than a one star review.

I had a damage claim back in February and crash champions did sloppy job on my car back then. 3k was paid by insurance...I went their last week as one of the repaired part was falling apart . Crash champions refused to fix it under their so called " Lifetime warranty " They are scammers , once they're paid , they will refuse to do any warranty work by giving petty excuses .Lifetime warranty doesn't mean anything. So beware of these scams.

Tried to make an appointment and she told me I didn't need an appointment on Saturday morning.When I went there on Saturday, someone told me I needed an appointment because 2 customers were waiting. If she makes an appointment first, I won't waste my time. Current service advisor does not even try to resolve the situation. They don't care customer. I called another auto body shop company, and she told me I need to wait 45 minutes at least you have the option to wait or not.

Honestly this was a great experience having my car serviced and fixed at Crash Champion's. Had an appointment scheduled, showed up and their office was locked and when we called their number the operator could not reach them. A couple employees saw us and just kept ignoring us and walking back into the garage behind the locked gates. Horrible experience. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service. I went there after a car accident. they were recommended by Geico . They did work on my car that I did not approve of and wasn't covered by insurance. The manager Dustin has terrible customer service. He called me at work and told me that I was responsible for $1300 before I could get my car back. This place is fraudulent. The communication is terrible. They need to work on customer service skills. This place is shady do not go there.

Do not use this facility unless you want to be without a vehicle for over a month, want hear excuses every week, and have someone use your vehicle to the extent of adding several hundred miles. We would not have used this Service King had our insurance not sent us there. Spilled drinks were found all over the interior as well as something melted causing the console to stick. This vehicle is less than 5 months old.

My car took over 30 days to be fixed and then they missed an area of the repair on the car. There were still scratches on the door. So it took an additional 12 days to be fixed. There was a miscommunication between amber and the insurance company. She told me my rental car additional days was approved by insurance after the original 30 days . The additional days will be covered since my car was not ready. I asked if I should call the insurance she said no she handled it. To find out after I get my car back in stuck with a $240 bill for the extra days for the rental car on top of my car deductible for the repair. I Called the insurance and they said it was not approved and I had to pay the additional days. Spoke to the manager at Crash Champions of DeZavala, Dustin and he said they will not cover it either. Even though the car was not ready, because they were at fault for missing the scratches on the door. He said they didn’t have it in the notes but the car got handed over to another person to take care of because an employee left, Martin. And he circled the scratches when I handed the car over for repair. Even though they said the only ones circled were the ones already there. It would have just been nice for them to own up to the miscommunication on their part and take care of the charges for the extra days of my rental or even half of it and I would have been happy. You think they would try somehow to help/make things right. It was their fault in the first place the repair took over almost 45 days to complete. Definitely would not use them again for a repair. Go elsewhere

If you have Geico PLEASE call around and see if they take it near your collision shops. I live in San Antonio Texas and they had VERY FEW places that took Geico and none close to my house. At this service King they took very good care of me but Geico didn't give me much of a choice given that most places didn't take Geico. My complaint is that there are service kings near my house that would not take Geico and this one is out of the way/bit of a drive for me. Amber did a fantastic job. It did take a long time, my rental insurance expired. I was with out a car for a week but again it was Geico's fault. I would definitely recommend this service king. I would not recommend Geico.
