The work was excellent and they kept me informed on how the work was going. They had to wait for parts and they kept me informed on when they would be coming in. Very nice people to deal with. I would highly recommend them!

Some young kid on his mom’s insurance clipped the front end of my 2014 Camaro. The Gates location was dope af. Super clean work. All the gaps matched and the paint was spot on. I was very reluctant to go through these folks but if this ever happens again I would absolutely call them. Took a little while but with parts and paint most of that wait time isn’t directly their fault. Plus, I would rather them take their time and do the job right than rush. Great work fellas.

I recently had Crash Champions in Gates do repair work on my car. This was my first experience with them, and it could not have gone better! The work was done ahead of the quoted schedule, and the communication, from making the initial appointment, to picking up my car, and everything in-between, exceeded my expectations. I was never left wondering where they were in the repair work, because they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would especially like to give a shout out to Mike, who went WAY above, and beyond to accommodate my inconvenient schedule, so that I could pick up my car. I know you often hear this, and it seems like just another thing everyone says, but you really don't find that level of customer service that often anymore!

Aaron and Mike are the best of the best. In a time when parts are forever back ordered Aaron did not let an order sit and Mike did a phenomenal job getting it all ready to go. As for their work? Our truck looks showroom! Hope I bever need a collision shop again but if I do- it's Service King in Gates.

I am totally satisfied with my results and the customer service I received from Service King. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. They gave me frequent updates and was always available to answers questions during their business hours, no long wait times! I would not take my vehicle to any other repair shop in Rochester. Repairs make my car look just as it did and maybe even better then when I originally made the purchase! Thanks Service King!

My truck has taken a little longer than expected, but just wanted to say Mike the manager has been nothing but helpful and straight up with me. He just called me for an update on my truck and I told him I have no rental anymore because insurance companies stink (well leave it at a miscommunication). Anyways, he said give me ten minutes called them himself and took care of everything and now enterprise is actually dropping off another rental for me at my home as we speak. Really appreciate the customer service here. Danielle you’re great too haha!

Service King handled my damaged truck with great care and professionalism. They kept me informed of its progress. It came back looking great. I admit it took longer than expected, but I cannot really fault Service King for supply chain problems that the entire automobile industry is experiencing.

The service was genuine I really appreciate it the customer service taking time to show me the dancing everything was taken care of and the paint job was tremendously great I would recommend them to anyone I I would highly recommend them I have used them before and I'm grateful Dead it wasn't my fault but I was taking care of so I trust them with my car or any vehicle and the timing was great also it didn't take forever and the rental was there when I got there in a rental I turned it in there so that was very convenient be blessed for your great services 😉😉😉

They did a good job fixing my truck. They made it look better than it did before my accident. The staff were cool and helped me with the rental car process as well. They also send text to keep you updated with your vehicle.

Took about 5 mins to be recognized but when I was greeted; the rep was friendly and efficient. Although I did have to follow up for the quote a few times. Seemed reasonable. I will update after repairs are complete.

We brought our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk to Service King after it lost a battle with a deer. Our insurance company, who normally is great, let us down at every turn. But Service King did an amazing job. They bent over backwards to get our repairs done before we had to leave for vacation and the staff were beyond nice throughout the whole process. The Jeep looks great and drives even better. We will never take our vehicles anywhere but here in the future!!
