Amazing service very pleased with my experience here. Had my car totaled in an accident that they sadly couldn't fix for me but I fix myself and took the parts back for paint matching and they did an amazing job. Monet was a great person to talk to and kept me updated on my process and made it quick and painless. As for the painter, he did an amazing job i don't remember his name but he's been doing it for 35 years and he did a DAMN GOOD job matching the paint compared to the other business I went to for body repair. Definitely worth the price i paid for getting 2 dents out of a hood and paint matching my front bumper and hood. Amazing place would recommend to anyone.

We hit a deer traveling through Kansas, called Crash champions at Kellogg location in Wichita KS, Brittany helped us contact the tow company and the rental car company. She made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. She had us on our way in less than two hours! On Black Friday none the less. We are so thankful for kind people like her! Keep up the good work! A terrible situation was made stress free thanks to her.

Someone hit my car in the parking lot at work and popped out my quarter-panel. They fixed it in like a day. Thanks a lot. Both Mike and Jericho were very kind and professional. Check them out if first if you need repairs.

I have had services here twice and both times customer service has been excellent. They keep me updated on everything and talked me through all the insurance information. The first time, my vehicle came back amazing and they even gave me touch up paint in case it peeled or I got a scratch. This time, Jericho was super awesome! I was sad that I had to clean out and leave my car for the last time but he kept me laughing and was really supportive throughout the whole process. He was prompt with communication and was very thorough when doing the inspection. I appreciate all of the help this company has given me and would recommend them to everyone I know.

The customer service was wonderful! Brittney and Jericho kept me in the loop the whole time my car was getting repaired. And the repairs I had done made my vehicle look brand new (rear door and bumper). My car came back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. There were no headaches or hurdles to jump through and they even took care of getting the rental car I had been using for the last week back to Enterprise. Thank you for the great work!

Really disappointed--i brought my Mazda Miata 2016 in on Monday, 9/9 to have some door dings on the right passenger side repaired, and after when I happened to try my external passenger door handle on 9/10 to load some luggage in my passenger seat, the handle wouldn't work. It was completely disconnected from the mechanism. On 9/8 it was working, I even took a passenger for a ride and she used the door that day no problem. We called Crash Champions and they insisted it couldn't have been them that caused it, so we went to a mazda dealer to get it repaired. When the dealer mechanic inspected the damage, sure enough the whole handle mechanism was apparently loose at the bottom of the door frame, per their explanation to us. So it wasn't just a broken spring or something, the whole thing was somehow knocked loose. I am not a mechanic and I can't speak in detail to how exactly this works, but my door was working on Sunday, I took it in on Monday to get minor door dings repaired, and it wasn't working at 7:30 AM on Tuesday the first time I try it since getting it back. I'm disappointed Crash Champions didn't take the issue more seriously and at least endeavor to investigate the issue or make it right somehow. They even joked with my dad on the phone that they hope Mazda repaired it for free (they absolutely did not and now im out for both the door dings and fixing a door handle). If I could do it over I wouldn't have had them touch that door.

I was not impressed with their customer service, or with the work done on the car. Before agreeing and paying for work to be done, make sure they can actually do the work they are offering.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. My service advisor was Mike. He is very knowledgeable, personable, did an exceptional job of following up and kept me informed. Mike and Crash Champions went above and beyond to make sure all damage was documented and addressed. Quality of repair was excellent.

My teenage daughter had the inevitable crash. Thankfully, it wasn't a major one. Nonetheless, it's still a very stressful situation, and the folks at Crash Champions were professional and communicative, and we are really happy with the repair work. Definitely recommend this shop. I dealt with Brittany and Mike (I forget their last names).

Their communication is very poor, i still some parts on backorder and keep calling to see if they have recieved already or not and keeps telling me they’ll call me back but will never call back. This happens several time already. Wont reply to emails either.

They did a fantastic job with my front end repairs. They took the necessary time to figure out the issues and then get them repaired. The work is great and my vehicle looks fantastic.

I brought my vehicle here for bodywork. There were as fast they could be given the parts backlog. The had to replace one of my doors but they were able to repair everything else. The paint matched perfect and Brandon was great to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t agree with their repair and ended up paying for an overpriced estimate. Insurance would’ve paid for repair. Would not recommend.

I was declined service because I "mentioned" that the money was from a court case. All other body shops in town had no issue with where the money came from. It appears this establishment only takes customers that are getting repairs done through insurance.

Save yourself time & headache and find another one in town to go. Was recommended here from Honda Scholfield to get paintless hail damage removed, did not finished on time, said windshield needs to be replaced, then when it’s time to picked it up, some spots were not removed, white stains all over interior, from front to back. Left car with them once again said they will get it detailed to remove stains, 2 day later said the car were ready and can be picked up, hail damage were fixed but all the stains still remains, messed up my whole new car interior, I didn’t even bother to bring it back cause I’m tired of pointing out what they did not try to do it right the first time, I don’t even trust these people to touch my car again. Please take your car elsewhere.

The staff are very nice to deal with. Brittany at the front counter, is who handled most of my case. Insurance ended up totaling out my car. But this company is very professional! I had my kids with me when I came to get my belongings. They gave each one of them a super hero cape! Very good customer service, and would highly recommend!

My wife had a lady back in to her at a drive thru. Left a square dent in our front bumper from her receiver hitch. My wife and the lady exchanged insurance and information as this was a private property accident. They lady asked us to get an estimate to see if she could take care of it on her own before she contacted her insurance. We said yes (I’m aware of most people might says this and never get the accident resolved but there are still good people out there that will do the right thing) and if she don’t pull through after I give her the estimate I will file with my insurance and go that route. So I go in Crash Champions (because they are close to my house) and the lady at the front desk asked what she could do to help. I told her the situation send she proceeded to tell me that the lady that hit my wife will not pay for it that I need to go through my insurance company. I told her that I wanted to give the lady a chance to handle it before that route. She then told me that they required a appointment to get an estimate. She then told me that they are booking appointments for sometime next week and asked if I would like to make an appointment. I told her no thanks I will shop elsewhere. From the minute I started talking to the lady who sit at the reception desk to the right when you first walk in that I would not be doing business here. Very poor first impression to say the least. I have 6 kids and several vehicles and I will not be returning to this collision repair for anything ever again. I did drive down the road and get two estimates at other collision businesses.

Really great people work there had my car worked on they made sure they had all the parts before they started to work because I had to use the rental car in fact they got my car done a day early that's why I gave them five stars
