Andy and Matt were absolutely amazing literally Saved Me. after calling about 10 places, this was the place that actually answered the phone. I was only 2 1/2 miles away and Andi suggested I drive there really quick and have them take a peek At my bumper repair that was needed . They were generous - kind and they wanted to help which made all the difference In this crazy world we live in. An additional note it was so clean in this place very presentable. I have never met them before today. Give them a call for your auto body repair and find out what else they can do. Thank you again for your help.

Horrible experience with owner, was extremely rude and refused to give an estimate on my vehicle due to major hail damage. (Said was total loss and didn’t want to deal with insurance company) Very arrogant and lazy, showed me his “stack” of estimates.

Called to get help on removal for door handles/ book a job. “Andy” answered rudely and declined the job. Then when I asked for him to look up time on a job using ccc (their estimating software) he said no it would take too long too type in the info 😂 don’t use crash champions for ANYTHING. Just a bunch of misfit lazy guys turning out subprime repairs. Go to Searl Autobody instead.

Excellent service! Our Traverse needed a new door handle on the passenger side. I initially got an estimate from B Street Collison who would have charged me close to 700 for a door handle replacement. I am do glad have taken my car to Crash Champions because they were friendly, fast and affordable. They didn't try to take advantage of my situation. I got a much more reasonable estimate Friday and by Tuesday was on my way. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I brought my Mazda5 to Crash Champions to have the tailgate lock and the passenger sliding door handle replaced and I have been pleasantly impressed with their service, transparency and workmanship. Andy explained the repairs and I got put on the schedule; it took about 2 weeks until all the parts were in. I dropped my car off in the morning around 8am and it was ready by 4pm the same day. My Mazda5 is as good as new!!! I look forward to coming back!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Andy and his team are absolutely amazing. After being in a hit and run accident, they got my Lexus back in great shape. This car has a lot of sentimental value to me, as it was passed down from a family member that is no longer with us. I teared up a bit when I saw it. They really take excellent care of you. I am forever grateful. Thank you Andy and to everyone who worked hard to put my car back together. It means so much. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Andy was amazing during my estimate and providing me updates as my car was repaired. Any questions I had were answered promptly and the turn around time of getting my car back was incredible! Highly recommend!

I had only some minor scratches on my truck. Crash Champions had the lowest estimate and shorter wait time to get in. Staff were all very friendly and wanting to assist me. My truck looks perfect, was done on time and had been detailed when I picked it up. Will use them again if needed.

I wanted to wait to submit my review. To make sure everything dried evenly and double check any blemishes. Everything that was in Crash Champions control was smooth and effortless. We worked with Andy and he was extremely professional. While still being able to understand our concerns and deal with our emotions. I couldn't have imagined this very unfortunate situation going any more easy, thanks to Andy. He's a great part of your team and does more than you ask of him, I'm sure of it. He personally drove us to Enterprise to pick up the rental car. I'm very happy with the end result. My truck is as beautiful as ever and we handled with so much care. Thank you all so very much!!

Did a great job and handled contacting rental company to pick up vehicle when I picked up my car. They even wiped down and vacuum the entire interior. What stood out though is when I went to start my vehicle the battery was low apparently and they were able to give me a jump. Highly recommend.
