They walk you through the entire process, keeping you informed every step of the way. Tony personally emailed me with weekly updates and ensured everything was completed on time. I've had the misfortune of having to visit here twice now in the last year... but both times, the level of exceptional customer service has been unbeatable. It's so hard to get truly great customer service these days and their staff always delivers. I was there last year before the name change and this time under "Crash Champions" and both times, exceptional service all around. Above and beyond. Attention to details and beyond helpful. Thank you to Tracy for the exceptional help and care, and everyone else I came in contact with was always awesome and super helpful. Lifetime warranty included on the work done. The car was spotless when it was returned to me. They assisted me with my rental return. Thank you guys so much for everything!!

My repair wasn’t done very well. They don’t have much attention for detail. My bumper was not installed level. Several fasteners in the engine compartment were either old ones they tried to re-use, fasteners from a different vehicle, or completely missing. They didn’t attach the lower part of my license plate bracket and stuck some bolts in the holes when I asked them to fix it.

Quickest body repair shop I’ve ever experienced! Was a self pay customer and was able to get quote, scheduled, and repair done all within 24hours. Staff was friendly,professional, and had created an inviting atmosphere while I waited for my repair. Will definitely come back again!!! Thank you to this place !!!!

The process was decent up until they didn’t own their mistake of not including my headlamp repair in their original assessment. The agent told me he somehow forgot to submit the headlamp in his original submission to my insurance and would resubmit. Then changed his story which caused a HUGE hassle to get my insurance to now cover my headlamp. Even though the agent admitted his fault and said “don’t worry whatever it takes we’ll fix the headlamp.” Well, even after speaking with the Manager (who promised to follow up with me and to date has not), my headlamp was not repaired. I will never recommend this place. Incomplete work and empty promises. Take your business elsewhere.

Crash Champions did a fantastic job of repairing my Explorer after I hit a deer. Tracey met me at the desk and walked me through the damage and immediately got to work. Communication from her was above and beyond what I expected. I was told when the parts came in. I was told when the car was in the paint booth. They texted me when my car was being reassembled. She contacted me immediately when it was ready. She offered to get me a ride home when I told her I didn’t have the car rental insurance. She was cheerful and reassuring every step of the way. They actually did a better job of detailing my car, then Wash Tub did. My car looks brand new; one would never know all the damage that deer did. This is the second time I’ve used Crash champions, and they will be my first call, heaven forbid, if I need them again.

Tracey and the whole team are awesome and have taken care of my family’s cars on 2 separate occasions. They’re extremely friendly, professional, timely, and do excellent work. Highly recommend this location for collision repair.

This place has horrendous customer service. Took them two weeks just to get me an estimate for hail when they told me it would take 3 days. The young receptionist at the front is also very unprofessional and rude. She said that they were very busy but in the sane 3 weeks of trying to get information my other car was already repaired and returned to me from Ken Batchelor. Decided to not take my car there from this poor initial interaction.

Ariel is the star team member of this place. She was professional and very attentive. I read the bad reviews and decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, I did not get a good feeling about this place (other than Ariel) and the estimate was $1,500.00 higher than other estimates for the same work! I won't name who assisted me but will say I felt like he was not honest and got the vibe that I was not worth his time.

Crash champions exceeded my expectations with the repair of my truck. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. It’s a 2022 one ton truck dwr. It had extensive damage caused by my gooseneck trailer Jack knifed into my passenger front door totally crushing it and the back corner of the cab. Jason delivered when promised. I received text updates every day. It was ready on the day promised. Jason also picked me up and delivered me up to/from the car rental. They also came in under the estimate.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in the way of Customer Service. They did repairs 3 years ago. Bondo separated rusted under & bubbled up. Had to have someone more qualified re-do the repair. Could not be reimbursed the $1700 cost under the warranty. Lied to for 3 weeks saying they would call back and never did. I kept calling until they finally said warranty means nothing to them and I was on my own. 2nd terrible experience I’ve had. I never chose them. It was an insurance company choice both times.

Worst service. Waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and still nobody came to me. 5 other people came in without any appointment and got service right away. What a joke.

Brought my car in for mirror repair. My car was in and out the same day and they even made some changes that saved me money. Albert also kept me updated throughout the repair and answered all my questions. Fantastic service! Will definitely be back for any future repairs for my vehicle.

This is my second experience with crash champions, and although the work they did on my vehicle was good. My major complaint would be that both times I took my vehicles there. Articles from my vehicle were missing when I picked it up. The first time I chalked it up to the fact that maybe I lost the items but the second time there were multiple items that were taken from my vehicle. When I called crash champions to let them know, they advised they would give me a gift card for the value of the items. The issue is not about the monetary value of the items, but the sentimental value that I had lost and the fact that they did NOT take responsibility. When I called to complain, they tried to blame it on lack of security measures around the building. But since it was the second time, I’m skeptical. Just because they gave me a gift card, does not make it ok to steal from my vehicle. I will not be taking my vehicles back to this crash champions location. There was also no apology, they just had the receptionist give me the card.

Got a tire replaced here. On the way home the whole tire came off the rim on a 4 lane highway at 65mph. Update: Since the incident, they've offered to pay for a rental car until repairs are made and have met my requests to get this rectified.

I was referred by my insurance when I got in an accident, big mistske. They took almost two weeks to repair my vehicle and told me a remaining part had to be ordered and they would call me in a month. It's been over a month I had to call to follow up for them to tell me it's a waiting game. Do not reccomend having your vehicle serviced here. Who has time to waste?

So my car was supposed to be ready in two weeks. $400 worth of damage from someone rear ending me. Well the person working on my car "left", the part wasn't ordered, then it was back ordered and then someone else took over the job. Nearly a month later I had to go out of town and called numerous times about the trip and needing my car. Well, apparently the part came in and they finished my car while I was out of town and so NOW after having my car for a MONTH, weeks longer than they quoted they are refusing to pay for 3 days of my rental because they were apparently done with my car at their convenience while I was out of town. Absolutely ridiculous!!

We had two issues with our most recent repair: timeframe and quality checks. The repairs took a very long time, and according to regular phone calls I made to check on status, most of that time was not waiting for parts, they just couldn't seem to get the car though each step of the process. For many weeks... Then there is quality control. I had to take the car back 3 times for quality issues. The first time part of the repair just wasn't done at all. Then they had scratched up mirrors and my center console while cleaning and nobody noticed. Then they installed a mirror wrong. This is all disappointing because I used them several years ago for 2 other jobs and the work was outstanding. But I can't recommend them now.
