As a resident of San Jose in the Cambrian area, this location is not super close but my insurance company USAA exclusively uses Crash Champions as they are a Tesla repair shop. I had Crash Champions fix my car, under two claims, and two separate accidents within a 10 day period and they had my car (Tesla Model 3) for about 14 days. It took about 7 days to receive the Tesla parts. My rep here was Bill, he was fantastic and gave me weekly updates so I can have peace of mind. This is a top notch & professional shop, very organized and knowledgeable from top to bottom. I highly recommend & endorse this location for any repair and body/paint work.

Someone close to me recommended this body shop to me and I regret doing business with them. I highly believe they're doing fraud because they're charging insurances a lot of money for stuff they’re not doing. At first glance your car looks okay but if you take someone that knows about cars they will tell you all the things they did wrong. They say they guarantee their work and say that if you don’t like the outcome you can come back to them but once you go in they do not take accountability for their actions. They’re doing a half job to save material and still charge insurance the full amount. Who knows who’s pocketing that money !?
