The window they "repaired" on my vehicle is now stuck (will not go up). They claim to not have any available appointments to look at the window until next week. If your insurance refers you here I advise you to choose another repair shop.

I recently chose this shop because of the great work and customer service I had experienced with them a few years ago. This time around not so much. Terrible service, experience, and Workmanship. They did not deliver quality and professional work. Picking up my car I realized that the Hood was not properly aligned. Being in a rush to leave for work I was thinking the rest of the car looked good. While driving I felt a rumble from the driver side, I had brought it up to their attention and The Estimator was convinced it was the opposite side of the repairs so they denied My complaint. I brought them the vehicle back and after further Inspection they found the hub was not properly installed. Another issue I had was with my fog lights.I assumed it was some sort of electrical issue, but turns out the tech forgot to connect my fogs. The next day I came back to pick up my vehicle. Drove home and parked in my garage. Next morning I noticed I was low on washer fluid. Don’t know why the shop didn’t check for that but no big deal. I went ahead added some windshield washer fluid only to have it all spill out from the bottom. I looked at the paperwork and they charged my Insurance to have it replaced. I kept finding numerous things wrong with the vehicle. I kept noticing the headlight they replaced was Full of Condensation. Called them on it and they explained to me it was a faulty part. Estimator told me he had Ordered the part. It took 2 months to get the reservoir and the light. Sounds like nothing was ever ordered from the start. Why did it take so long???? Once all the parts were finally there they kept my vehicle for an Additional 4 days to Swap some parts!!!!! The excuse was that the tech didn’t start work until 10 a.m and leaves at 3, if he decides to show up. On top of it all my Tire Light was on after I received my vehicle back. Turns out they never recalibrated my sensors. The estimator said they were waiting for a tool to perform the recalibration and that was something I was going to have wait for AGAIN!!!! Since getting my car back that dayI’ve noticed a rumble in my steering wheel with a slight drift. Over the course of a week it has gotten a bit more extreme.So when I looked at the driver side front wheel, I noticed the lug nuts were coming off! Not safe!!! From driving on I-94 to work everyday and pick up my son from daycare it could have killed us both!! I called the shop and asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for over 30min. Then the call drops! No one ever called me, so I called them back. Spoke to the Estimator and asked to speak to the Market manager. I was told by the Estimator many times he “let me work on getting you that number” . The estimator Sergio has refused to give me the number for his market manager. I feel like my kindness was taken advantage of. State Farm shouldn’t be doing Any Business with a shop like this. Do not choose this shop for repairs!!!!!

I had an awesome experience here, it was a place that works directly with my insurance company. I had my car repaired here under the old company, and I was happy to still get great service from Crash Champions. The repair was quick, and the staff are nice. Miguel recognized me and knew which car was mine. It felt like I had a personal contact there. Great experience.

I have since found out that the stabilizing work they did that I paid $3045. for did not fix the problem & may have made it worse but they have taken no responsibility for this. I am warning you to beware of Crash Champions south loop, 2232 S. Wabash Ave. Oct. 1st update: I did reach out to them & nothing changed. So far, a waste of time when all they have to do is to refund my money. BEWARE! Do not use them! Still no resolution!

The worst experience I ever got. I would not trust these guys. First the euro collision was Tesla certified. so I took my car there. The auto body work they did was terrible and the body is still rubbing against my tire when I am turning. Then Euro collision sold to this even worse Crash champion collision who kept on telling me they are waiting for the supply issues, never telling me this new ownership does not have Tesla certification over a year while I was checking every month what’s going on. They lied to my face until I got a lawyer and then they finally told me they cannot get the supply because Tesla doesn’t recognize their place due to no certification. And then when I asked them to transfer the car to a Tesla certified, they kept on saying they will. This never happened. So I ended up having my insurance take the car away from them after a year and a half!

Crash champions is absolutely incredible, this location in particular. The entire staff was incredible kind, and very flexible around my schedule. My car was finished early, and they returned it to me freshly detailed and washed. Alex was so nice and professional and really made me feel cared for. Overall, I will be recommending crash champions to whoever I run into.

(Initially had 2 stars) The work done on the car was good quality. I actually re-visited this place since I was happy with their work. However, this time my sunglasses were "lost" while the car was in their possession. (and no, there is not a chance I lost it elsewhere). I took my stuff but left my sunglasses, dropped the car on Saturday, and I go there Monday morning and it's not there anymore :) Nobody took responsibility. I asked the videos to be reviewed, but the manager said he doesn't have access to videos, lol So if you take your car here, just remember have no expectation for your belongings to remain there. UPDATE: After 1 week of their response below, nobody has reached out to me. UPDATE: After 1 month of their response below, nobody has reached out to me. Changing it to 1-star.

This shop used to be amazing when it was Euro Collision and when you scroll, you can see most of their positive reviews are from that period. I took my Jeep Wrangler to this location for years when they were Euro Collision and couldn’t rave enough about this place. They took such amazing care of my Jeep back then and I highly recommended them to family/ friends who also had positive experiences. It’s been two years since I had to file a claim so this is my first time dealing with them as Crash Champions and I immensely regret it. I never had issues with my side marker/ fender lights prior to being side swiped on the right side. After the accident, my right side light stopped working as expected but nothing was wrong with the left side. When I came to pick up my Jeep, neither of my fender lights were working…When I pointed this out, I was told they’re unsure of the issue and I should take it to the dealership..excuse me?!? That’s not a proper repair nor proper response. I didn’t accept this explanation and asked them to figure out the issue as I didn’t drop my vehicle off with a non-working left fender light and the right side was working prior to the accident. After some inspection they informed me it was a grounding issue (that suddenly occurred 🤔) and were able to fix it. I was relieved but after I picked up my Jeep, I noticed my rear windshield wiper was broken off and lodged behind my rear bumper (how does that even happen?) and there were UNSIGHTLY holograms/ buffer trails all over my paint. I take so much pride in my Jeep, I literally wanted to pass out. I went ahead and ordered a new wiper on my own though they should have covered this because I was trying to be understanding. As far as the buffer trails go, I had to leave my Jeep with them again and while I appreciate them detailing/ polishing the vehicle properly, no responsibility was taken for the swirls and they implied they came from elsewhere. Mind you, I’ve never dealt with holograms on this Jeep prior. Upon leaving and inspecting my Jeep, I noticed the detailing they just did affected the newly painted/ repaired fender, leaving imperfections. Of course they didn’t point this out before I left. This was upsetting but because I’m extremely busy and tired of dealing with this shop, I was planning to put off the paint repair. Fast forward to today, something told me to make sure my fender lights were working and guess what, the left side (that was working when dropped off) is not working again. I’m irate and disgusted with the quality of service and way in which my Wrangler has been mishandled here. I just had to schedule an appointment with another shop to see if they can properly diagnose and repair this new light issue they obviously caused because I literally do not trust Crash Champions with my vehicle at all. You take it for one thing and will leave with a new problem guaranteed. If you care for your vehicle at all, do not come to this location. They used to be amazing but this is what happens when companies are bought out and corners are cut to increase profits. Update: I called days ago, wanting information on what exactly was done to “repair” my fender lights and Alex (shop representative) has yet to follow up. Disgusting. You and your vehicle are not important to these people at all, please go elsewhere. TL;DR: This shop used to be amazing when it was Euro Collision and when you scroll, you can see most of their positive reviews are from that period. Now they’re under new ownership and do shoddy repairs. My Jeep Wrangler was handled carelessly and left with further damage; it has NOT been restored to its pre-accident condition. I now have to take it elsewhere because I fear they’ll damage it further. On top of this Alex (shop representative) has yet to respond. So many other body shops in Chicago that prioritize quality repairs; please don’t come here. If your vehicle is unfortunately already in their “care,” look over it CLOSELY before you leave. Update 8/8: They used fillers to mask the holograms they caused so they’re back, RUN!

I had significant work done to my Lexus. Body work and eventually had to get suspension and alignment work due to the nature of the collision. Alex was great. He kept me informed and even though the repair took longer due to issues encountered, he had my car back to a safe driving condition and looking great. Their online notification process is nice and the work with the insurance was all done by them. I highly recommend Alex and Crash Champions

I went to pick up the car with my niece. The first step I walked in the shop, it's amazing. The shop makes you feel this is the right professional place you could count on them to fix your car. They fixed any cars, from luxury to the basic model vehicles. Their services provided were excellent, from front desk to the mechanic service man. They could turn your damaged old car to a looked like new car. My niece and me were fully satisfied with the condition of the car repaired, absolutely amazing service. It was a great great experience, it's highly recommended shop.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. It was recommended by geico. My car was in the shop for three weeks for small work. When I was told that my car was ready after about 2 weeks, I went to get it, paid my $1000 deductible and then was told the vehicle was not ready and that it failed calibration as they were driving it out of the lot to give to me. I had to wait five more days for them to fix the issue they had to “further investigate”. Also, after receiving my car, items were stolen from the inside. They took my car vacuum, car freshener, multiple perfumes, and lotion. I called them about it and they said they’d check the detailing area and that nothing was there. So far my car is fine, but the customer service and wait time is terrible.

It’s been several months of me reaching out to them for an estimate. I had an appointment brought the car in they took pictures said they’d follow up in a couple days. They didn’t so I called and left 2 voice mails a couple days apart. No reply. I called a couple weeks later phone person tells me they don’t get their voicemails. Get told I’ll get a call back. Doesn’t happen. I call another 2 weeks later expressing my concern. No call back. I call again and manage to speak with the estimate specialist he apologizes profusely says he has the pictures says ball was dropped because personnel changes (he was the guy I worked with from the start, though.) whatever he says I’ll get this quote to you by Monday latest. I believe him. Monday comes by, nothing. A couple days later I call again ask to speak with manager. They say manager is busy I’ll get a call back they ask if I want to speak with writer and I said no, just the manager please. I express that despite all of this awful communication I just want to get my car fixed. It’s been months. I never got a call back from the manager. Not once did I give anyone attitude I just patiently waited for them to do as they say and they have yet to do so. It’s been months. The opportunity to make this right exists. The moment I go else where the opportunity goes away and my review becomes a permanent fixture here and on other platforms.

The worst experience ever. This shop was recommended by State Farm. The first time my vehicle was brought to this shop they took almost over 3 months. Unorganized, we had to be the ones to follow up almost all the time. Communication sucked and the receptionist almost always had an attitude. The 2nd time my vehicle was brought to the shop they had it collecting dust for almost 2 months. It was brought in on July and they didn’t start working on it until the end of august all because their communication with the customer and the insurance company sucked. Never again. Won’t ever recommend and I wish we would’ve learned our lesson from the first time!
