We were quoted 2-3 weeks to repair our daughters' Camry after an accident. We just picked the car up today after 6 weeks and 5 days. During that time we were fed a number of excuses as to why the car was not ready (parts hard to find, parts lost in shipping, additional repairs identified during final text drive, etc.) but the worst of it was the fact that they somehow managed to drop the car off a lift during the repair process and caused additional damage to the car that had nothing to do with the accident. We were not even offered a discount when we picked it up.

My Genesis GV80 had been vandalized and keyed around 7 panels. This was the second time using Crash Champions. Brian, did a great job of settling my nerves as the vehicle would basically require a new paint job. They went above and beyond and even fixed some other areas on the panels they fixed, as a courtesy. I would definitely recommend the West 21st location and talking with Brian. Vehicle looks great and took only 5 days, compared to the 8 days projected. Thanks!!

Upon walking up to car I can see it's filthy, and not washed. Notice passengers rear tire is basically flat. Drivers rear tire is low. THESE ARE BRAND NEW TIRES NO ISSUE UPON DROP OFF. Open door to see no cleaning or detailing was thought about. Started car and check engine light was off ( cleared code so may return idk. ) I put car in gear and immediately the vibration and noise to which we brought car back for is still prevalent and un fixed. I GET THAT ITS REWORK BUTT THE STANDARD LEVEL OF CARE IS EXPECTED. WOW!!! Now I've wasted my day for nothing. And I have wasted gas again. Is this how you do business?? If so idk how you have any customers left. Corbin talks to you like you ate stupid... it's cause you drove a rental car that's why you hear noise.... ( must be straight out of the employee handbook, second time I have heard him use it. ) Nothe noise was not there until you guys touched car.... pathetic lying people employed here. This will be ran up the flag pole.... we will see who is stupid

From the time Nick picked up the phone to answer my initial question of when I can bring my car in for an estimate, the entire team was helpful and professional. As for the work they did, it was excellent 5 stars. They did such a great job inside and out, that I thought it was a new car.

I highly recommend collision crashers! I was unfortunately involved in a hit and run and dropped my car off. I had never been through this experience before. They were prompt, efficient, timely, thoughtful, and did a beautiful job on my car.

I try to step up an appointment with them and the receptionist was so rude unfriendly that I just had to call another location to get help with my vehicle. I would not recommend setting up your appointment through that location. I would say call another location and see if the can call for you instead of dealing that receptionist who I may add never told me her name. Also asked for a manager to get in contact with me but have yet to hear from him. Called back hours later and was put on hold and forgotten.

Their website states they are open in Saturdays from 9 am - 12 pm. I pull into the parking lot at 11:00. And guess what?!?! They were CLOSED! I’ll have Auto Craft call you and thank you for my business

They're great people over there. Frankly, I don't want to see them again unless it's under circumstances unrelated to my vehicles. I'm sorry, just trying to be funny. But in all seriousness, they do great work and they'll take care of you.

Pon was most helpful and explained everything about my repairs. I received my car on date promised. it was perfect, could not see any difference or where it was repaired. they even adjusted the door gap that was not part of the original est. the final cost was over $200.00 less than estimated they gave me. Honest professional and kept me informed as to the repairs. Highly recommend these folks. I hope to never need their services again, BUT if I do, I will only take my "baby" to them for repair.

I would just like to note how FRIENDLY this staff is, especially the receptionists!!! i messed up the location for my appointment and the receptionists at both locations were so helpful and understanding and i was able to fit in my appointment in the SAME day at the correct location!!! very sweet ladies!! :)

Need a trustable, friendly, and professional body shop. Crash Champions is the place to go!!! From the start of my experience with Lisa guiding me through what I needed to do, to get insurance info sent over. Lisa got me scheduled and an assignment set for the insurance agent. She was a great help in explaining things as this was my first experience with dealing with a collision/insurance and a body shop. After dropping my car off for repair, Korban reached out and let me know that they were getting started and gave me detailed updates on what had been done throughout the week. Both Lisa and Korban made my experience at Crash Champions GREAT! This is a place of business I would recommend to anyone looking for any kind of car/body shop needs!!! True professional from start to finish. Thanks to everyone that assisted behind the scenes I was extremely satisfied with getting my car back to 100% looking brand new.

They lost parts of my car still waiting on them a month later. They put my door back on halfass. They say they are professional but I could do the same job with YouTube videos. I had to take my car back after the first time I picked it up because they did a poor job
