(HYUNDAI owner) Satisfaction with repair quality? 1 No. We took our 2009 Hyundai Sonata car inside Crash Champions to see what needed to be done for repair. They returned our car to us with knocking rattling sounds. When we turned it in for repairs, there were no knocking or rattling sounds. Although the car was said to have been not able to be repaired we wanted our car back in the condition that we dropped it off minus the rattling, knocking,& they could have reattached the partial bumper back, although the front bumper was partially gone, our car was not rattling and making loud knocking sounds. They assembled our car back improperly or who knows what they did. Our car still could have been used for a second car for us, but now it's a worthless car. I am dissatisfied with how they assembled it back together and caused it to be knocking and rattling. Do not take your car here. They are disrespectful to you and your property. Satisfaction with customer service? No. Most of the times when we called they did not answer their phones and we would have to leave messages on their machine to call us back which they were not in a hurry to get back with their customers. Their excuse was that their phone is on a wifi system. That is ridiculous. Was your vehicle ready when promised? No. They took our Hyundai Sonata in for repairs took a week and a half for them to just to come back to say that they cannot even do the repair at all and when they put the car back together they did a shoddy job because all that was missing was part of the front bumper and they assembled back our car horribly minus part of the bumper and not replacing the screws and bolts and caused a lot of knocking and rattling inside the engine on the right side they didn't even put the bolts back inside we found them in the back seat along with the front bumper of our car. They could have put the parts in the trunk of the car. We are disappointed in their service. Kept informed during the entire process? No, They did not keep in touch with us on a regular basis we had to be the ones to call them at least three times on the updates of our car and two times that we called the guy that was assigned to working on our car was not even in one day and the other day he was out to lunch or something we left message and he never called us back. I was even told by the progressive guy that the guy named C... would call me back at the end of the day, and he did not, and by then, it was the weekend. I had to wait till Monday to get any information. Cleanliness of the vehicle when it was returned? They showed little regard when they threw the parts in the backseat of the car instead of putting it in the trunk that was very shocking to me. Why would they throw the bumper and parts in the backseat of the car instead of the trunk? They are disrespectful. Would you recommend it to a friend or colleague? No. Being that Crash Champions did not keep us up to date with what was going on with our car to wait over a week and a half to tell us that the car could not be repaired even though only half the bumper was missing from the front, and our car was returned back with rattling and knocking sounds. They also threw the bumper and parts onto the back seat of the car instead of in the trunk. They were not getting in touch with us on a regular basis to let us know how it was going, we had to keep calling back only to get the answer machine because nobody would answer the phone. Additional work? No. Although they said they could not repair our car and it was returned back to us. Our car was returned back to us in poor condition than what it was when we dropped it off to them. Crash Champions poorly assembled our car back together with knocking and rattling sounds when we got it back very disappointed. Crash Champions should not be in business. Avoid them at all cost.

I can not say enough good things about Crash Champions! Amanda was my point of contact. She provided me updates twice a week if not more. My vehicle was done a week and a half prior to the estimated time. They made this completely easy for me. I would recommend them to anyone! Especially Amanda! She was GREAT!

They went above and beyond to make sure I had a car. My insurance failed to communicate with the rental car company leaving me without a car, crash champions covered my rental car from a different company, until one was available thru my insurance.

Had my car fixed there and started having issues related to the part they've worked on and they are telling me it might be a coincidence. What kind of coincidence and it has to be in connection with the same and exact side you worked on? People don't want to take responsibility of their action when anything went wrong but want praises all the time. Pfff... How I wish there was a way to give zero or minus rate.

This is not going to be your typical review. So get your favorite drink, your comfy chair, a snack, and get ready. A month ago I was in an accident. I'm sure the other driver thought he could make the turn and get through the light, but unfortunately he was wrong. So due to no fault of my own my truck was in trouble. Now like everyone else I absolutely love my vehicle. Thank goodness unlike most other people, my truck is linked to my late father-in-law. My father-in-law helped buy me that truck. He unfortunately passed away 2 years later. There were few things that he and I bonded over. That truck was a huge topic. As a matter of fact, he bought almost the exact same truck the year he passed. We had a lot of time to sit and compare and laugh and talk about our vehicles. Now every time I look at the truck I'm reminded of all our good times. The insurance of the vehicle I hit sent me an email and told me my truck looked totaled. With that email, I sat down and cried. They were going to take my truck and treat it like a piece of junk just to try to save some money. I was extremely distraught. When the adjuster finally called they told me to choose a place to try and get it fixed. I looked at all the places here in town and came to the conclusion that 1 had the best chances of making it look like the accident never happened. When presented to the adjuster, they agreed, it wasn't totalled and it was indeed fixable. ENTER CRASH CHAMPIONS... From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was extremely important. They were so nice and supportive. They curbed my fears and let me know they understood the meaning of the truck to me. I was contacted everyday giving me updates on the truck. Letting me know they found all the things that need repair, ordered all the parts, and on and on. I was never left in the dark. Every SINGLE question was answered immediately. I never wondered it worried about my vehicle. I knew it was being cared for the entire time. I know what you're thinking. "Yea, but you had insurance paying for your vehicle." That's true, however, the total to put my truck back to better than new, was surprisingly small. Unfortunately I'm not able to say the exact charge, but let's just say the average person could pay it no problem. They replaced everything that was broken and then some. They got all the codes handled and made sure my truck drove straight as an arrow. They did all of this and more and did it in under a week! I would like to take this time to say thank you. You knew how much my truck meant to me and you brought it back to me looking better than ever. The best part folks, for as long as I own my truck their work is 100% guaranteed...

10/10 would not recommend. Two words: chop shop. Totalled my car for a damaged rear quarter panel and right tail light, and started to pull her for parts before finding out we were retaining ownership. Gutted my backseat, tore apart my rear passenger door, took off the emblem, took the left tail light, lost bolts, ect. They tried to charge us $500 to put the parts in the back of the car. Absolutely disgusted.

Would not recommend taking vehicle there. They had my truck for repairs called me and said the decal was on back order and if I picked up my truck they would have it next week and would take 5 minutes to put on. I picked up truck and they begged for all 10s on a review even though they still needed to get me a part. I held off on review glad i did. 3 weeks later I called asking if decal was in because I never received a call. They told me parts people had switched out and it was not ordered. He said it would be two days to get it and that he would call me when it’s in. The next week no call. So I did the review that they wanted at that time and expressed my disappointment. Then next day they try to call me. I had already got the decal myself at this point and paid them for one in insurance claim. Once they get paid they don’t keep their word they got their money already. Do not waste your time go somewhere else
