First I want to say thank you. I want the world to know that ( the insurance company ) was trying to make me move my truck from this shop. After James had explained to me , that this is almost a normal occurrence because 99% of the insurance companies can not stand James because he can not be controlled or made to comply to all of the insurance companies b.s. games and tactics. I have to be careful because a family member that works for one of the biggest insurance companies here in Texas, referred me to him. Well after the war had begun because I would only allow James to communicate on my behalf , this man really knows the inter workings of the business. Pretty much everything he said would happen did happen !! So sad that all's I wanted was to have my new truck put back in the condition it was in before the accident. My truck had been stolen, and driven by who knows who? I have children And we drive around in my truck ! So one of the biggest hold up so that the insurance company refused to pay for was a biohazard clean That crash services made them pay for , thank god because who knows who did what in my truck!! The thought of it make me sick, but now I know it has been cleaned and a complete Decontamination has been completed it's better then new, the prices are very fair. The work is and always has been excellent. This shop has been busy and stays Busy . Just from the simple belief treat people as you want to and expect to be treated. This shop is a small family owned shop has been and will be, the wealth of knowledge that they have to offer is absolutely by far the best in town, it's funny how many employees in the insurance industry and for that matter the government and law enforcement community have their cars,trucks,boats even motorcycles there at any given moment. I'll tell you if I even come into money i would make sure this man would be able to change the automotive world. This guy has help me 3 times already and not to mention all of my referrals. If you have a questions call him you'll see first hand!!!!!!!!! P.s like I said you have help me win my battle against the big bad insurance company. Just Ike you told me , we will win!!!! Great shop I have lived here my whole life , this guy works on everything from boats, cars , trucks , motorhomes , recreational vehicles, Harley Davison , complete custom build, I have seen in person People Throughout the United States and Mexico have brought him helicopters to paint airplane airplane pieces engine building you name it this man has done it knows it and will do it

Getting my truck worked on it was a great experience. The owner James gave me a free rental car to drive while getting my truck worked on. I got a new paint job done and motor work done on it. When I got the truck back it was Beautiful paint work. The motor ran like a brand new after getting it completely rebuilt. I got a really good price and he was very honest with me what needed to be done. James also gave me some very good advice when I had a question about something. I would highly recommend this place.

I just want to say thanks to craah services for providing the snap program so I'm able to get my vehicle maintained and paint it the owner James was very polite and professional in my needs provide me with a rental carwhile he had my vehicle. Thankfully for this company

This place is awesome. Had to get my brakes done and i was in at out in no time. The workers are super cool, the management is A plus, super honest and dont waste time. They get down to business and dont try to upsell you stuff you dont need. Highly recommend this place!!

Awesome guy! James knows the business better than anyone. I’ve had multiple experiences with him working on my cars and my friends cars and he always gives us a fair price and tells us how to keep our cars running. Unlike most mechanics he wants to fix cars so they don’t come back in his shop again. Really honest guy.

Took my car to James after a collision to get the body fixed up. He was able to provide a rental car for the time it was at the shop and even got the insurance company to cover all cost. Glad I went to Crash Services

Wow.... finally found an great mechanic Honest mechanic doesn't try to sell me something I don't need has a finance company called snap he will also Provide a rental car or if I need a ride back to his shop or to home Also provides a tow truck if I need it Just wanna say thanks for all your help I'm staying with this company as long as I have a vehicle....5 stars for sure
