Finding a trustworthy mechanic is challenging. I’ve taken various Toyotas, Hondas, and Subarus to Creech over the past 5 years and always left with a clear understanding of why they recommended certain work and satisfied with quality of that work. I’ve heard they are a bit more expensive than some other independent shops and perhaps that is true. My experience is that their pricing is fair, they don’t push unnecessary repairs, and the work they do lasts. I suspect for the quality of the work, on average your vehicle will end up in the shop less than at shops with seemingly lower prices. Additionally, they have the expertise and equipment to do dealership-level service on Subarus which seems to be pretty unique for independent shops.

I have been a customer at Creech Import for the last couple of years and I couldn't be happier with the level of service they have provided so far! The staff is awesome and the work I've had done there has been more affordable and expeditious than any other shop I've used in the Raleigh area. An extra shout out to Mario specifically who helped me out tremendously with a coil issue that I had earlier this year. The full repair was going to be way outside my price range at the time, and he did me a huge solid by working with my on the cost to help me stay within my budget. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place for any repairs!

After over 40 years in the auto repair business I retired ! When I made a choice of where to get my autos and truck serviced , it was easy to chose CREECH IMPORT AUTO REPAIR ! THE owners , STAN & JORDAN CREECH have done an awsome job of assembling an elite group of employees ! From the front counter to the rear door to the dumpster, every person knows there job. They are polite , professional , well trained , and highly skilled . The front office , customer waiting area , the restrooms , and even a dedicated play area for the kids , is designed with customers in mind . I live some eighty miles from Raleigh , and they have some services that I can wait , with an appointment ! To say the difference is worth the distance is an understatement. My vehicles are always repaired and serviced on time . They are repaired and serviced with the highest quality parts available ! My car and truck are always clean and presented back to me clean and free of any free of any debris. All of the repairs are done correctly , on time and performed at the quoted price ! There is no better feeling than to pick up your vehicle and know that the repairs and service were performed correctly . Creech is outstanding. They've managed to keep my Jeep on the road for 100,000 miles. Sure they do all the normal routine maintenance. But they've made sure to do the things that actually need to be done and the things that have extended the life of the vehicle.

Excellent service. My Hyundai Accent 2016 had several engine check codes coming on. They ran there diagnostic checks and told me how much it would be to fix everything. I needed a new catalytic converter and an oil change. Prices were extremely reasonable which had a brotha shocked. And they literally had everything fix the next day. I will be taking my vehicles to Creech going forward. Vehicles runs perfectly. No complaints.

Honest, helpful, and convenient. We had a faulty water pump on our Highlander and Stan and Mario were both incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring I understood what was going on, especially after they discovered a coolant leak in the process that indicated early head gasket failure. They didn’t catastrophize, but on the contrary told me the current condition was something to just keep an eye on. They were thorough in pointing out unrelated issues that I knew about but hadn’t asked them to address, but they weren’t pushy as if it was all a crisis. Point being, they pay attention to the whole vehicle health as they work, and will identify what’s wrong, but they will be reasonable about how they handle it. They asked all along the way for permission before they did anything, and I didn’t have to wonder what was going on. I walked out feeling informed about how I need to plan for future vehicle expenses. Bonus points for the free loaner car while ours was in the shop! I will absolutely be taking our vehicles there going forward.

My 2002 Toyota 4-runner was having a difficult problem to identify and Creech Imports diagnosed the problem and it’s running great now! Their friendly staff and incredible knowledge makes it a great place to take your vehicles. :)

Our family moved to Raleigh from Los Angeles almost 2 years ago. Leaving behind, what we felt was the greatest mechanic ever. Kind and honest. So I’m looking for the same here I found Creech and am so very glad I did. They are as kind and honest as the mechanism we left behind. My car is humming now too.
