Crowder's has fair prices and they'll never try to screw you over, and will even recommend you to nearby specialist mechanic shops you can trust while warning about the dodgey ones. I recommend Randy and Ray to everyone I can.

The most wonderful experience. This is the only place I take my car. Now this is where my family takes their vehicles. You can leave overnight and they are calling in the morning to let you know it's ready or what needs to be repaired. Love this place I recommend this place to any and everyone!

This established, clean, friendly auto service is my number one go to for my inspection needs. You can drop off at night and you are good to go first thing in the morning. And may I suggest their barbeque... awesome!

Great service!!! Had a brake caliper seize up on me and they had it fixed in no time!..... I wasn't able to pick my truck up for another couple days because i didnt have a ride but it was fixed in just a day. The mechanics name was Randy and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Any question I asked he was able to answer. They were reasonably priced as well. I would recommend this service center to friends and family as well as anyone in need of auto service/ parts. Thanks again Randy!

In a nutshell, a rare find for reliable, honest automotive repair. Crowderâs is a keeper and the first place Iâll go for auto service and inspections in the Richmond area. Iâm 57 yearâs old and Iâve dealt with them all, the âsnake oil salesmanâ in the auto service business. You know the type, walk in for an inspection, and they report a laundry list of required or recommended repairs. Actually, thatâs what lead me to Crowderâs. I found them to be honest, fair and reliable, so Crowderâs has earned a spot in my âgo-toâ contacts list. Shout out to Ray, outstanding experience and service.
