If it was possible I have give negative star . I visited them 15 days ago I just came bcz they have good review . Before I coming I called and asked them I'd they had new tires for make of my car . They said yes I drove 40 min and once I came they said they don't have new tires . But they have 90% new 10% used . I said ok they put the tires of another car. I came next day to fix it and paid them again . After 15 days tire blown out . Even though they get warranty for six months . Not recommend this place poor service

Based on the reviews, I thought I could trust this business with my tire works. Unfortunately, they show a high level of insincerity. After buying about 5 used tires to replace the ones I had, at least to use it temporarily for few months before getting a new one. They changed out the old ones and replaced it with the worst tires that had worn out tread and bulges. The one that got me more worried was the front right tire that deflates every 24hrs. After complaining, they did not deem it fit to do anything other than to tell me they are used tires after all. To avoid back and forth, I only get to use those tires for ONE WEEK ONLY. Went to discount tire and got them replaced with new ones. It was later found that they did not even replace the spare tire at all. I will be reporting this business to BBB because of their dealing.

It saddens me that i have used this tire shop before and I came back because i had a great job last time. I decided to visit again for a tire replacement and drove 25 mins from my house because i wanted to support this shop. My rims had zero marks on them and i am a hundred percent sure. As i arrived i told them to please take care of the rims. I am disappointed that both wheels had machine damage to them on the outer lip and also where the lug nuts go (clearly from the impact wrench).  You can clearly tell that is is not curb damage based on the fact that i inspected my rims yesterday as i was doing work on the car and that the damage was so uniform. If you look at my rear rims they have not a scratch on them because they were not replaced. Also, unfortunately the person that replaced the tires would not take responsibility. Definitely a lesson learned on my part. Take photos of your rims before doing any work and go over any damaged areas if they exist before hand so that this doesnt happen. I am sorry that you think it was not yall who damaged it. I clearly inspected my rims the day before since I did work on the car and no damage was on it. Also how could you see if there was any damage when the lubricant you use was all over the rim especially on the outside. I literally took it next door to wipe the lubricant off it and saw the damage right as day. 10 years and maybe this time you made the mistake. I am 100 % sure that there was no damage yesterday on them. I saw how the guy was also using the air ratchet to remove the bolts and I am more than a 1000 percent sure he did the damage to the bolt area. Look at all my reviews I have ever written. I have never said something negative without reason, especially to a small shop because I know what reputation is and I heavily believe in Karma. See the tool marks next to every damaged area.

Excellent customer service. Shop owner is so friendly and very communicative on charges and what he's doing with your vehicle. Looks like he runs his shop on his own so there is a little wait, but it's more than worth it. Very affordable pricing as well. 10 out of 5 stars

I had reached out to Crown Tire & Wheel for used tires, and within minutes of calling, the shop was able to get my boyfriend’s blown out tire changed out. He had hit a pot hole nearby Westpark Tollway and Alief Clodine Rd, which also makes the location of this tire shop very convenient to get to.

I’m very big on CUSTOMER SERVICE and when I tell you he went above and beyond you won’t believe it. Few things that caught my attention was he made sure the temp was just right, my tires were cheap and was done in a timely fashion..ALSO, came to check on you. Very honest and polite. No weird vibes. Very clean and well kept. Very relatable. Someone told me to come here to change tires and to be honest I might just be coming here more often just because of how well he cater to my needs… very professional!

Simon shows great customer service within this business. He helped me purchase tires and rims for my new Pathfinder. I was pleased at how he was so knowledgeable on the tires and how the rims would look on my vehicle. After purchasing the tires and rims, he followed-up ensuring that their were no issues the how the vehicle navigated on the road. I came back to do an edit on my review: I had to come back a couple of times for the tire. The first one they gave me was already leaking air and the second one had an extremely large bubble in it. The associate assured me it was still a good tire but it only lasted me 2 months. — wouldn’t recommend these tires for longevity. Customer service is very good here, greeted immediately and they got to work on my car. I came in for some used tires; price was reasonable/affordable! In&out! Would definitely return for tires and other repairs

This is definitely a place to take your car for tires work. I took my car for an issue with a tire sensor yesterday. Simon the manager took very good car of the vehicle. He inspected the tires thoroughly and was also explaining everything he was doing. Customer service is exceptional! Price is also affordable. Highly recommended.
