Cruz did repairs for me and I spent nearly 3K. The repairs were not properly resolved and the AC didn’t ever work for me. While they had my vehicle they broke the steering wheel. He said he would repair for free if I paid 200.00-300.00 for the part. They broke it. Anyway think twice before using them.

Great, friendly people. Very helpful. Willing to work with you. Seem to be honest, Christian people. Helped us out financially. Spotted a serious problem that we didn't even know existed but could've been dangerous. I knew car was responding oddly but didn't know what it was. Did not say anything but they found it. Car handles like it should now. So thankful they found it before it caused a wreck. We'll go back the next time we have an issue. Fair & honest.

My 2012 Honda Civic was starting to make a squealing sound when I would use the brakes while in reverse. I called Cruz, and he quoted me $400 for front brakes and another $400 for the back brakes, depending on if only one set or both were bad. He had an appointment available for 8:00 the very next day. So I drove it in to Cruz Services (for my appointment on 8-20-2024) and explained to Cruz that I was hearing the sound from the back of the car. He took the Civic into the shop right away and diagnosed and fixed it. It took about an hour and 40 minutes, and then it was ready to go. It turned out that it was only the rear brakes for now, with the front brakes still having a bit left on them, so I won't need to bring the Civic back in for that for a few more months. That suited me just fine and was better on my budget. The charge was $400, just as he had quoted over the phone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CRUZ. WORST SERVICE EVER AND INCOMPETENT MECHANICS. I took my car suv to them for brakes changes. Took them 4 days to fix it. Yet i was charged for a job they never completed and resolved. I brought my car to toyota dealershipand was informed who ever work on my car recently which was the cruz mechanics messed it up and never fix the brakes. So now i am doubling paying. Also they are closed on weekends which i was not informed had to pay out of pocket for rental car. Save your time and money, take your car to a reputable place not a side of the road trade mechanic. I will be calling my bank for a refund. Never again. First and last.

Got a quote from Cruz to fix my Ac on a civic and this guy tried to get me to spend $2,400 for him to replace the whole ac system! What A JOKE! I then took my car elsewhere and it was just the compressor! The part was $300 plus the labor to install it. Don’t come to this place unless you want to get scammed. VERY DISHONEST MECHANIC. If I could give Cruz zero stars I would.

Used them to fix my air conditioner they did a great job and really a good price. Fixing to take it back to repair the front end. Finally found a mechanic I can trust.

Cruz & his guys diagnosed and eventually found my electrical problem that nobody else could! Found the part & put me back on the road. Also at a fair price. I've lived in Hachie my whole life & this was the first time I've ever used Cruz Services... very impressive!! 👍👍

Dropped my daughter's car off yesterday needed the radiator replaced and a couple other things done. Mr Cruz called me today around 1.30 to let me know the car was ready. He did exactly what he said they would at the price he quoted me. Every one there was friendly and very professional. I will definitely go back.

Went into this place basically telling them the problem was more then likely the fuel pump. The mechanic proceeded to change the crank sensor, the cam shaft sensor (now I have a check engine code listing cam shaft timing)and added Lucas treatment after I informed the owner at drop off I had just added sea foam. The diagnosis was a bad fuel pump and charged me $400 for work done including removing spark plugs to dry out. The best part is he offered to change the fuel pump for $800 and I told him I would pass I found one online for $65 I could change myself he then said buy it and he will change for $200. No telling how many people they have ripped off.

My a/c was freezing up on inside, and outside 2009 GMC Sierra. They replaced a blend door, the orfice tube filter, a cycling switch, and they were told it had recently been replaced. I took the truck there 3 times on the 3rd. trip I told them to diagnose, and let me know the problem. I was told I now have a bad compressor that it is leaking die around the clutch. I had already spent over $720.00 so I picked my truck up unfixed. This service was in 2017 or 2018 I no longer have the truck.

We spent a fortune at another car shop and they didn’t fix my husbands mustang. We room it to Cruz and he did a great job at a fair price and deserves 10 stars. We are so grateful to have found an honest mechanic shop. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
